Hotel Mongibello Ibiza

My wife and I stayed here in last week of May 26 for 8 nights. Hotel location is fantastic with access to a public beach and a 10 minute lovely walk into Santa Eulalia main town. Staff a very good especially the lovely Aisha and Jose. Hotel has lovely Miami art deco feel with a Dolce Vita inspired theme. Breakfast options are good and there are couple local restaurants which are excellent. Hotel was very well kept and clean. The only issue I really have is the music. The playlist is fantastic but too loud in the lobby areas and pool areas. The lobby areas are lovely but you don't want to spend any time there because music too loud. I think the management needs to look at this. Sometimes on holiday you need to reflect and have moments of self thinking. If management can bring music down to background levels and have the DJ starting slightly later then it's the type of place you would keep coming back to. I am in hospitality myself and know the importance of music. Even younger fashionistas need time to reflect. Other than the music we enjoyed our stay

Came here last August 2025, and now May 2026 The good Great location, great staff, especially Jose the bell boy, who helped me with my upgrade, and the other Jose around the pool with the drinks and nice chat, great guys both of them. The music around the pool is still great as are the drinks, be careful it is easy to clock up a lot of money on these, as they are more expensive then most hotels in Ibiza, I’ve been to this wonderful island over 100 times. Room upgrade was great, we had a suite with a glass balcony, overlooking the pool. The not so good The gym has no water in there, which is nuts, when I asked they said get a can of drink from reception, which was warm and horrid, like I say in this day and age is nuts. The drinks are so overpriced, the paladium next door, the wine per glass is half the price per glass. Lastly, has I explained in my review last year the smoking areas are so close to the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but management have not listened again or actioned, many of the guests were moaning about this, so I have a simple solution, bar people who have this nasty habit, or put them down to smoke on the lower level away from the clean Lung people, I and everyone else should not have to put up with them, also on the Balconys, people are smoking joints and there usual Come on Manager start being one, instead of just talking, like last years review.

This is by far our favourite hotel to stay at in Ibiza. We’ve travelled all around the world, and the staff here are genuinely some of the best we’ve experienced — professional, attentive, helpful, yet always discreet. A special shoutout to Alison and Oscar. Keep up the fantastic work! The rooms are exceptionally clean, bright, spacious, and very thoughtfully designed. You can really tell that a lot of care has gone into the layout and overall comfort of the rooms. Large Tv's and a great Marshall speaker in the room. Every morning it’s so nice waking up, stepping onto the balcony, and seeing the staff already hard at work cleaning around the pool area. The poolside is always absolutely spotless, and the attention to detail never goes unnoticed. The pool temperature is also perfect. The food throughout the hotel and restaurant is excellent — great quality and consistently delicious. Breakfast in particular is fantastic, with a huge selection!! We always look forward to coming back here, and it continues to exceed our expectations every time.

This hotel has no respect for its customers, they don’t want to provide any kind of even basic service or keep up to their word. For instance we asked to change room as our suite with terrace was unusable since it was above super noisy A/C, and were told it would be done in the morning. We confirmed again in the morning at reception that they would do the change. When we came back later that day they said didn’t change it because we didn’t come. It’s a mix of lying, blatant lack of customer care. Avoid.

Hotel Mongibello Ibiza exceeded all expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a stylish retro-Mediterranean atmosphere that perfectly captures the Ibiza vibe while still feeling relaxed and luxurious.The room were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, and the views were absolutely stunning. The pool area was one of the highlights , calm, elegant, and perfect for unwinding with a cocktail in the sun.The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make everything special. The food and drinks were also fantastic, with great variety and quality. A perfect place for a relaxing Ibiza getaway. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chic and memorable stay on the island.
