After a 2 hr wait to get through customs at Seattle airport it was a delight to receive such a warm friendly welcome from Robin:3, she took time to explain everything and to ask reception if we needed anything. We asked the doormen constantly for help and they provide us with directions & restaurant recommendations! This hotel did not disappoint and would recommend

We arrived late to a warm welcome and very helpful person at the door. Our receptionist Nobke and Robin were delightful and very helpful making our first impressions of this Hotel and excellent experience. Thank you to all 3.

Lovely, renovated hotel. We had bright corner room, with modern furnishings and large windows! The people at the frost desk were so welcoming and helpful, even when we needed to leave our bags before and after our reservation - they even helped to get us a taxi that would be cheaper than an Uber to the airport. The bar and coffee shop right downstairs was also a plus! And it was an easy walk to Pioneer Square and Pike Place. I would definitely stay here again if ever in downtown Seattle

We had a lovely experience - the staff is what really stood out! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make this weekend special. Special shout out to Nobel, who was the front desk receptionist who was so friendly, welcoming, and helped us get the perfect room for us :)
