Lotte Hotel Seattle

This just became my top hotel in Seattle. It’s a chain please visit all. The service here top notch. Clean, luxury, cozy, spacious, colorful and most of all welcoming. Jason and Tyler at the registration were my favorite people, always have a smile. And anything you need they got, even a nail filing. The bed super comfy and the pillows just right. The valet personnel were also great! They also have fitness center, steem and hot saunas. Simply the best experience to be in the Lotte Hotel

The atmosphere was excellent—inviting, romantic, and the perfect way to begin my anniversary trip. The art gallery-inspired design was fun, stylish, and full of character, making the space feel unique and memorable. The corridor was beautiful and elegant, creating a wonderful first impression. The staff was professional, welcoming, and pleasant throughout my visit. The bathroom was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. Lyft drop-off was convenient and easy. The overall noise level was very low, making for a peaceful and serene experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return

Let me start this review by mentioning that the hotel itself was incredibly beautiful, and all the staff we interacted with were incredibly professional and very friendly, especially Hugo, who served us at the Charlotte restaurant for breakfast. We were very pleased with the room itself as it was very comfortable as well as stylish. We had stayed here through the FHR program with American Express and upgraded to a very beautiful view of the waterfront, which was very nice to wake up to; we were also greeted with a large cookie that congratulated my wife and I on our recent marriage as we were staying there for a single night as a part of our honeymoon before we embarked on an alaskan cruise, which we thought was a nice touch. The nighttime experience of the hotel itself was not very enjoyable. We had checked in around 9:30 or 10 PM after a long travel day from Hawaii and we’re very hungry upon getting to our room. Our first instinct was to check room service, but we were quickly disappointed in their offerings past 10PM. Essentially, there was no hot food available, and the food they had available, lacked very much if any sustenance for two hungry travelers I tried calling down to the kitchen to see if they could heat something up off of one of their other menus however they declined siding that the chef had gone home for the evening and the kichen was closed at the lounge as well. With that being said, we immediately looked for restaurants in the vicinity that would be open late to which we found almost none in couple block radius of the hotel. We tried our luck walking to the nearest 7-Eleven to see if there was anything there we could heat up, however chickened out, and walked back to the hotel since there was a large amount of homeless people hanging out around outside the 7-Eleven. That being said, we did go to bed, hungry and woke up ready to eat. We had breakfast at the Charlotte restaurant like I mentioned earlier our server Hugo was awesome and the food was incredibly delicious. I’m not sure if it makes up for the lack of availability of real food late night, but it felt nice to and the trip to the lotte on a good foot.

What a nice hotel. Wonderful room. Well decorated and spacious. Friendly staff, especially Antoine, the Concierge, Rusty, who drove us to Pier 66 in a joyful and entertaining ride, and the staff at reception, the restaurant (what a view!) and in the lobby (who told us about the limo service).

The Lotte Hotel is a transcendent experience of enlightenment! The rooms so unique with the design of a genius level imagination! The service was impeccable and lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and warm. The Lotte-Lexus Experience was so inviting, smooth and those models were amazing! The expierence test drive made me a believer and having been a client will always remain as one. Lotte hotels should expand with their incredible design and service philosophy.
