Pineapple Beach Club - All Inclusive

Well let’s start by saying this was our 13th trip to Antigua and 11th time to pineapple. So there must be something that we like. Pineapple has been under a renovation since our last visit and the changes are noticeable and practical to make the experience more accommodating and modern. Arrival easy checkin and requires scanning a qr code to complete details and access the WiFi. Run punch for a welcome and a welcome cold face towel. Walked ourselves to the room as we knew where to go. Tropical waterfront room had been ungraded and looked amazing and modern with a bit of Caribbean charm. Food. Buffets good and provide choice for all. Booking restaurants need to be booked at guest services, but you can book up to a week in advance which is a major improvement. Pineapple Grill and Chef Pietro’s both upgraded and serve good food and service. Mary’s outhouse always good for an informal tasty lunch with the grill for informal and snack food great. Tuna wrap and onion rings amazing. Coffee shop and staff are also a bonus. There is always entertainment in the evenings, some great and some background atmosphere. As we have been on many tours previously we hired a car and took time to go to the places on the island that we liked and to some new places that we hadn’t been to before. Easy to book and driving hassle free. Was also lovely to be welcomed back and remembered by Joanne and Arlene, both who are stars and perfect ambassadors for Antigua and Pineapple. Other staff who made us feel welcome and took time to talk, laugh and joke and to take time to ask us about us and our days were: Martise, Kurtrice, Elisha, Delta, Anetta, Kellogg, Jasper, Joel and Natasha. We had a great time and will be back

We recently returned from Pineapple Beach Club and had a fantastic week. We truly can’t say enough about the resort; there was always plenty of staff ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank‑you to Renee at Café 1761 for the perfect morning caffeine boost, and to Stepon at both Topaz and Outhouse for always making sure we had everything we needed, whether food or drinks. And an extra heartfelt thank‑you to Jasper, who consistently went out of his way to help, support, and make us feel like family. Thank you to everyone for an unforgettable stay.

My recent stay at Pineapple Beach Club in Antigua was outstanding. Our group consisted of more than 70 people, and despite the size of our group, the resort did an excellent job of providing a memorable experience. The food throughout our stay was very good, with the highlight being Saturday night's poolside dining event. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the event, but the atmosphere, food selection, and overall experience made it one of the highlights of our trip. I would especially like to recognize Troy Watkins from Pelican Bay. A large portion of our group attended the Shirley Heights Sunset Party and returned to the resort around 10:10 p.m. At that time, Pelican Bay was the only location still serving food. To help streamline the process, our group collected everyone's orders on the bus and sent one person to place them. When we arrived, we quickly realized we were not the only bus that had the same idea. Troy was suddenly faced with an overwhelming volume of orders from multiple groups arriving at the same time. Despite the pressure and obvious workload, he remained professional, courteous, and focused on serving guests. We observed him asking for assistance several times. When another employee eventually arrived, the support appeared limited. At one point, we overheard the employee tell Troy to simply tell everyone that they had run out of food. What impressed me was Troy's response to the situation. Rather than taking the easy way out, he continued working through the orders and doing everything he could to accommodate guests. While anyone in that position could have become frustrated, Troy remained professional and continued providing excellent customer service under extremely challenging circumstances. I am not mentioning this incident as a criticism of the resort. In fact, quite the opposite. No resort is perfect, and busy periods happen. What stood out to me was the dedication of an employee who was determined to take care of guests despite the circumstances. Overall, my experience at Pineapple Beach Club was excellent. The staff members I interacted with were friendly and welcoming, the food was enjoyable, and the resort provided a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation and fun. Employees like Troy Watkins are a tremendous asset to the resort and played a significant role in making our stay memorable. I would gladly recommend Pineapple Beach Club to anyone visiting Antigua and would not hesitate to return.

Stayed in the waterfront apartment in June 2026 for 1 week and had an excellent holiday. Apartment was bright, clean and terrific views over the water & beach. Enjoyed everything about the resort, food was good, staff very friendly and a fun & relaxed vibe. Would definitely go back. Best to book a la carte restaurants well in advance as very popular.

This was the absolute BEST vacation ever! This resort is amazing all the way from arrival to departure. The staff, the vibe, the room, the cleanliness, the location, the beach, the entertainment, the size of the resort…EVERYTHING was top notch! I cannot remember all of the staff’s name but I give a special recognition to all of them! I am already booked to return in 2027 🌴❤️😊
