The only issue i had was the noise level due to the people next door were having a bachelorette party. But i had a great time with the food, the hotel and the people.

A great location, well priced. This was the 2nd time I stayed here in a year. Room immaculate, bed extremely comfortable. The staff was attentive and made me feel appreciated as a guest. The only downside would be parking and parking fees.

My recent stay at the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU was exceptional from beginning to end and easily one of the best hotel experiences I have had in many years. What impressed me most was that the outstanding service began well before I even arrived. A simple pre-arrival request prompted kind and welcoming outreach from Emily Harris (Front Office Manager), Lei Wong Yuen (Loyalty Ambassador), and Cameron Seaman (Assistant Restaurant Manager), each of whom asked how they could make my stay even better. That level of thoughtfulness set the tone for everything that followed. The hospitality was truly top-tier, with every employee making us feel welcomed and valued. At the very top of a long list was Marvis Floyd at Lucero, the hotel’s rooftop lounge. Marvis welcomed my wife and me with complimentary glasses of champagne and treated us like longtime VIP guests. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our evenings at Lucero memorable. Equally impressive was the experience at Salt & Gila. Heather (Director of Food & Beverage, I think), Reanna and Al (servers), went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, happy, and thoroughly enjoying ourselves while relaxing poolside. Their attentiveness struck the perfect balance of refined and personable. Our suite was roomy, beautifully appointed, and comfortable. The hotel itself has a relaxed elegance that feels elevated without ever being pretentious — exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope for when traveling. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not mention Kyana Gerard, Director of Rooms, who promptly resolved a billing issue involving a third-party booking service (I would encourage you to join Omni's loyalty program, book directly with Omni, and avoid such third-party services). Not only did she handle the matter efficiently, but she also graciously provided additional Omni credits for the inconvenience, which was greatly appreciated. Omni Tempe at ASU has mastered hospitality. For anyone visiting the area, this is THE place to stay.

Locked out of our room at 1145a while on campus tour with future college student despite arranging for a late checkout the night before. Tried to charge us $25 to get our bags when we arrived back at hotel. Avoid this hotel and chain at all cost. Zero customer skills and they could lock you out of your room.

Omni Spa is worth every penny. In house pools closed in spa but the Ladies were Regal and attentive. Professionals Spa Boutique was perfection. Black suit fit like a glove. "Lash" in Spa is Director Paid $2000.00 cash for a room, I never stayed in. I would like another room for future stay. Omni should make this correct. I am a travel writer since 1999. Integrity, Hospitality, Customer Service and Support are my Forte.
