Reviews for Bisha Hotel Toronto

Outstanding Property in a great location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Let me begin by saying that I stayed at the property the night of a World Series game which was played a few blocks away at the Rogers Centre. Also, rather than pay $2K+ a night, I used points which I booked well before anyone knew the World Series would be played right by the hotel. The Property is beautiful, sleek and elegant. When i pulled up to the property, no one was on duty to valet the car. I had to go inside and someone quickly responded. They greeted us with a glass of Champagne. Very classy! Staff is first rate and they go to great lengths to answer all of my logistical questions. Room was excellent, spacious and quiet. A loved the heated bathroom floors. The Restaurant on the 44th floor, was excellent. The view was fantastic. Well worth a visit if only for the view. Food was excellent. I am not sure the hotel is worth what they charge though. $2,000 a night is a lot of money. For that kind of money you expect perfection which I am not sure is consistently possible at any hotels that serves so many guests. I had a few other minor issues that I personally raised with Jacob The Front Office Manager who dealt with them as well as you could hope.

Fantastic stay, attentive staff.

Great experience, room service was a life’s pricey for what you got, HOWEVER, everything else was top of the line. The staff went out of their way for us and were great to work with even though we had some odd requests. Will stay again.

Glamorous design, but lacking comfort

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Sparkling clean, with pleasant front desk people and a welcome glass of sparkling. However for the steep steep price I would expect: 1) A make up mirror at the correct height, not at the level of my waist 2) soundproofing from the hallway. When I was in the hall, I could hear people coughing in their rooms. In my room I could hear every time the door open and closed, and every word spoken in the hall. 3) Water that is not in plastic bottles. Having their own filtered, water in a carafe would be so much classier. Next time I will go back to the Hazelton.

Magnificent hotel

The BISHA hotel and the staff surpassed our expectations. The front desk staff, especially Totchie, the Front Office Supervisor were incredibly welcoming , kind, professional and attentive, they went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel combines comfortable and stylish elements, the ambiance peaceful and the location convenient, close to all major attractions. The room was immaculate, spacious, stylish and luxurious. We had a wonderful stay.

Luxurious anniversary experience at the BISHA

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

My wife and I recently visited Toronto for our wedding anniversary. We visit Toronto frequently, but this was a first time staying at the BISHA hotel. We typically stay at five star hotels, but the Bisha was beyond luxury. We stayed in one of the beautifully decorated suites for three nights and did not have one minute of disappointment. Jonathon Twigg and the entire team made sure everything was perfect for our stay right down to the smallest of details. Thank you, Jonathon and team for a luxurious experience.
