Baglioni Hotel Luna

During our recent stay at the Baglioni Hotel Luna, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and luxurious amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety of fresh options. I highly recommend this hotel. A special note to Roberto, who was ever so professional and thoughtful with his attention to our needs. We thank you!

Our experience at the Baglioni Luna in Venice was absolutely excellent in every way. The concierge service was terrific. They handled so many things for us making our stay most enjoyable. The service in the spa from Gabriela was wonderful . We had 4 massages. Each was excellent. She is a delightful person and a total professional. Our acomodation was very nice. We particularly like the terrace. Sitting out enjoying beautiful weather and smoking a great cigar could not be beat. Over-all the Baglioni Luna Venice is a treat.

We had a great stay at this hotel - it was in a great location and the room was really nice. The concierge and front desk staff were super helpful. The room was very large and our daughter had the living room area to herself as the doors to the main bedroom closed.

We just returned from a five night stay at the Baglioni Luna Venezia. We had booked a junior suite (city view), but upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite with a view of the Grand Canal. This hotel is fabulous in so many ways- it is only steps away from St.Mark’s Square down a quiet side canal which makes it easily reachable by private water taxi and yet centrally located. It was a Venetian palazzo at one time and is very elegantly decorated. Even though our flight was delayed by hours, we received a gracious, warm welcome from both the Reception and Concierge Staff. The staff could not do enough for us and any request we had was immediately supplied within what seemed like minutes. During our stay, the entire staff was wonderful, but we interacted the most with two fantastic people –Antonio at Concierge and Beatrice at Reception. Breakfast is served in a breathtaking room that has a ceiling with frescoes from the 1400’s and offers a large selection of buffet and menu items. Housekeeping came twice a day keeping the room and bath immaculate – never had to ask, it was just done. Yes, the hotel is beautiful, but as other reviewers have said, it is the 5 plus star service and the people who work at this hotel who cheerily anticipate your every need that makes this hotel the best at which I have ever stayed. Their warmth and affection is genuine and they care about your having a terrific stay. My husband and I may have arrived at the Baglioni as guests, but feel we left as family – treat yourself and stay at the Baglioni Luna!

We stayed here as part of a trip to Europe for a special anniversary. We intentionally booked this location as if was in the heart of Venice. The asked in advance about special requests and then made sure to fulfill the same. The room had wine upon arrival. The room itself was luxurious and quiet. But all of the staff were exceptionally professional, polite and helpful, and even humorous when that was welcomed and needed. Admittedly expensive but well worth the money for the experience.
