Hotel Conrad is amazing. The rooms are clean immaculate, very well-organized and set up. I checked in went to my room and sent my kids a message and said I was never coming home because it was so beautiful The atmosphere is equally as amazing. I was here on business but would not think twice about coming back and staying on a pleasure trip.

- Rude staff who were unwilling to help. - No bathtub. - No view. - Crowded restaurant; I had to wait 20 minutes to get a seat. - No real experience besides the uncomfortable and overpriced robot massage. - The room lights suddenly turned off. In short, this is an overpriced hotel with poor service. Park Hyatt is a much better choice.

10/10 at everything! Best hotel and service I've enjoyed in years. Beautiful facility, exceptional staff, fabulous restaurant. It's not the cheapest place in town, but you get what you pay for and then some!!!

We recently completed a one-night stay when we were in DC to celebrate a birthday over a weekend. The Conrad is one of our go-to hotels in DC. The service has always been great. For example, the front desk clerk asked what brought us to town, and we said the birthday, and the next thing we knew the concierge sent baloons and a nice card to the room. The rooms are clean. Unlike many other hotels we have used in DC, the rooms are also quiet inside. We had drinks at the bar at Estuary, and the cocktails were very good, as was breakfast in the morning.

This was our first visit to Washington Dc and the Conrad I have to say this visit to Conrad was an eye opener to the start of a wonderful few days. Every member of staff was so very professional. The hotel is amazing my 16 year granddaughter was so impressed as well as my wife and myself. I can not wait to visit the Conrad again as well as DC . Hats off to each and everyone that serviced us .Thank you all .
