Highly recommend the Willard!
Our family stayed at The Willard for about a week at the end of May 2026, and we wish we could have stayed longer! The property is well-run, clean and welcoming. The front desk staff is professional and helpful, and the bell staff is accommodating and easy to work with. The restaurants and bars were very good, we enjoyed all our meals. Room service was great - our order arrived quickly, well-prepared, and nicely presented. The room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed with good linens, standard bathroom amenities and a mini bar. We loved their little history "museum", and enjoyed learning about the deep and proud history of the property. Overall, it was a pleasure coming back to the hotel after a long day of running around museums and monuments. We highly recommend the Willard!!

Great experience, great location!
Great experience. Ramona was absolutely wonderful checking us in - took great care in explaining our options in the hotel and welcoming us. Dara provided fabulous service for dinner - super attentive, great recommendations, with friendly and solid service all around. Hotel is very classy and historic, and the location is great - super close to the National Mall and the White House. The Round Robin bar is also very cool.

The rooms were spacious and immaculate, the staff was professional and always helpful, the attached restaurants were amazing AND they have a pen store on the back side of the building!

Great Hotel and lovely people
Lovely Hotel Large rooms which are well equipped We were in the cafe for dinner and were served by Deepak who was delightful. The food was amazing and Deepak took the time to talk to us about his homeland and particularly his love for tea. As Brits this is was totally appropriate and very interesting I never knew it was that complex and full of history. Just had an enormous breakfast in the cafe which has sat us up for the day. We have decided this is our go to place in DC now.

Exceptional.
A truly exceptional five-star experience. The Willard Hotel combines timeless elegance, rich history, and outstanding service. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many of Washington’s most famous landmarks. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail , I specify Mr.Ali T.. The beautiful lobby, luxurious rooms, and classic atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Washington, D.C.
