Note that some modifications might change the rate. We&#8217;ll confirm with you before doing anything that changes your rate.<\/p>\n<p>If you need to change the type of room you reserved, you must <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luxurylink.com\/luxury-travel-ideas\/cancel-booking\">cancel the original reservation<\/a>\u00a0and make a new one. We apologize for this inconvenience.<\/p>\n<h2>Problems Making a Booking<\/h2>\n<p>If you experienced any problems trying to make a booking on Luxury Link, please send an email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:support@luxurylink.com\">support@luxurylink.com<\/a>. We will be happy to assist you during normal business hours (9:00 am &#8211; 5:00 pm Eastern Time) Monday &#8211; Friday, excluding holidays.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancel a Reservation<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.luxurylink.com\/luxury-travel-ideas\/cancel-booking\">Click here to cancel a reservation.<\/a>\u00a0Be sure to submit your cancellation request before the date indicated on your reservation to avoid penalties.<\/p>\n<p>Our agents are only able to process cancellations during normal business hours (9:00 am &#8211; 5:00 pm Eastern Time) Monday &#8211; Friday, excluding holidays.<\/p>\n<p>If the last date to cancel without penalty is on a weekend or holiday, you should also call the hotel and speak with someone at the front desk. Often, the hotel&#8217;s main reservations call center cannot assist with last-minute cancellations&mdash;it&#8217;s better to speak with someone at the hotel itself. The hotel&#8217;s phone number is listed on the confirmation email you received from us when you made the booking, or you can visit the hotel&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p>Once a reservation has been canceled, it cannot be restored. If you change your mind, you will have to make a new booking at the current day&#8217;s rate.<\/p>\n<h2>Finding a Reservation on the Hotel&#8217;s Website or App<\/h2>\n<p>Most reservations made by a third party, like Luxury Link, won&#8217;t be visible on the hotel&#8217;s website or app. If you are a member of a loyalty program for the hotel, you can add your member number to your reservation at the front desk when you check in&mdash;or <a href=\"mailto:support@luxurylink.com\">email us<\/a> and we&#8217;ll reach out to the hotel for you ahead of time.<\/p>\n<h2>I received 2 confirmation emails. Why are the amounts different?<\/h2>\n<p>Upon booking you receive two confirmation emails, one from Luxury Link and one from the hotel&#8217;s booking engine (from &#8220;Your Travel Consultant&#8221;). The Luxury Link email will always show your rates in U.S. dollars and the hotel&#8217;s email will show the hotel&#8217;s local currency. You will see the currency symbol next to each amount.<\/p>\n<p>All billing is processed by the hotel and they will charge your card at the appropriate time in their country&#8217;s currency.
