In light of the current situation around the globe, we at Oetker Collection are adopting special measures to address your concerns about travelling during these uncertain times. 

All cancellation fees are suspended on new reservations made at any Oetker Collection property until March 31st, 2020. This fee waiver applies to all stays booked through May 31st, 2020 and is in place to allow you to postpone or cancel your travel plans if necessary, without penalty. 

Our foremost priority is to ensure your health and wellbeing throughout this challenging moment. We assure you that Oetker Collection took early and decisive action to maintain strict anti-viral hygiene standards in all Hotels and Estates. We have been following, and will continue to follow, the advice released by the World Health Organisation for coronavirus prevention. 

If you will be joining us in Europe, the Caribbean or Brasil this spring, please be assured that Oetker Collection is taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our treasured guests, employees and communities. 

You and your loved ones are in our thoughts as we navigate these difficult circumstances together. We remain hopeful that, by working in unison, we can mitigate the impact of this crisis and emerge stronger and more resilient than ever.
