Our recent experience at your resort was truly amazing. The food was exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. We especially want to highlight the Treehouse Kids Retreat — one of the most unique and brilliant concepts for a kids club in the Maldives. It added so much value to our stay and is a remarkable idea. The services and hospitality we received were among the very best in the Maldives. Special thanks to the entire team — Nabeel, Jinah, Naaif, Faiz, Limna, and Kenan — for your warmth, care, and outstanding service throughout our stay. Our holiday at OUTRIGGER Maldives was absolute perfection from start to finish. We stayed in an overwater villa with a private pool, which was stunning, luxurious, and offered incredible views and privacy. While the property itself is beautiful, what truly made our holiday so memorable was the outstanding team. Our butler, Nabeel, was incredible and constantly checked in with us to ensure everything was perfect. A huge thank you also goes to Shash, Esha, and Victoria, who were such happy, efficient, and wonderful waitresses, and to Moosa, who was always happy to chat and help us with a smile. They are just a few of the amazing staff members who made us feel so welcome. The culinary experience was also a massive standout—every single restaurant on the island was absolutely perfect. The food quality, presentation, and service were flawless across the board. An easy 10 out of 10 experience. We cannot recommend this resort highly enough!

Stayed in April for my birthday, we had an overwater villa with direct access to snorkelling in the reef. Pros: Beautiful location with friendly staff and amazing food Incredibly clean and spacious villa with room service and mini bar Daily snorkelling from villa and on house reef with sharks, rays, turtles, octopus and an array of fish Dive centre with excellent excursions- we did the 4 hour private boat and saw dolphins and turtles (sadly no whale sharks that day) Amazing food - japanese, traditional, grill house and buffet. There was also Koffee and Chill which was the friendliest place on the island! Spa and gym facilities were excellent, I had two massages and they were fantastic (better than anything you would get in the UK) Cons: We were desperate to kayak and paddle boarding but the weather would not allow for this (not the resorts fault obviously) This was our second Outrigger hotel experience and it did not disappoint, we are torn between coming back here of trying another Outrigger (we have also been to Koh Samui - also amazing) Would highly recommend this amazing resort to anyone who is considering the Maldives

We stayed two nights from 4th to 6th August 2026 and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived we received a warm and genuine welcome from the entire team. Special mention must go to our GSA, Jinah – he was simply the best. Thoughtful, proactive and always one step ahead, he arranged everything during our stay perfectly with nothing missing. His care and attention made a real difference. The buffet was excellent – all the chefs are amazing. Throughout the restaurants the staff were consistently helpful, friendly and fabulous. We had a fantastic lunch at Edgewater Bar. On our last night my wife and I dined at KOTO restaurant and it was the highlight of our stay – easily the best dining experience we had. My wife enjoyed every single minute. The staff were outstanding: they patiently explained the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and the service went well beyond our expectations. 25th Anniversay Bliss. 5 days on this stunning island was not enough. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, nothing was too much. Breakfast buffets were plentiful with a great selection. Lunch in Breakwater was absolutley delicious and always so fresh. We ate at Modu Grill twice, Koto and Artisan and enjoyed every single one, Koto being my favourite. We stayed in a hot tub room which was cleaned twice daily and had everything we could need. I especially loved the walk through shower after snorkelling off our room. My husband also enjoyed a couple of scuba dives whilst on the island, thank you Ciara for all your help and dive master Castiell. Special mention to the following staff who made our anniversary getaway memorable - Nabeel, Joy, Pema, Amit, Shafraz, Thail, Simah (?) and Indikah. Can't wait to see you all again!
