Grounding transcendent experience
An unforgettable stay at the Post Ranch Inn. The experience is pure quiet luxury — ultra peaceful, with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from nearly every angle. The design is simple, sustainable, and deeply elegant, using beautiful natural materials that blend seamlessly into the landscape. Every need was thoughtfully and meticulously anticipated. The forest trails are gorgeous, and the infinity soaking spas overlooking the ocean are absolutely magical. A rare place that feels both grounding and transcendent.

Engagement Getaway
Such a beautiful stay, and wonderful experience from start to finish. We came here for a (surprise) proposal, and our main point of contact, Derek, was such a phenomenal part of planning and execution. Working with him was such a pleasure. Everything in the room and around the property seemed thoughtfully taken care of, to create such an inviting experience. 10 out of 10, such a haven - we hope to be back again soon !!

Unreal setting at unreal price
The setting is everything. It is so insanely, breathtakingly beautiful. It is also insanely, stupefyingly expensive for the quality of the rooms and the food. The service is great though and if you can stomach the cost, it is worth visiting just for the spectacular setting. Rooms are kind of dated, uncomfortable and tired. Food was very average and not at all what we expected. The chicken bullion, however, was the star of dinner. The spa was closed and under construction until this coming summer, a point which we were not made aware of at the time of booking.

Romantic Stay Off the Grid!
One of my favorite places to visit! If you are looking for a quiet place, off the grid, to decompress and get back in touch with nature, Post Ranch cannot be beat. The cost is high, but once you are there, you understand. Service is impeccable. The accommodations are well thought out, and you want for nothing during your stay. Love the privacy, the location and views, and the meals at Sierra Mar never disappoint.

Construction noise in an idyllic setting with amazing views.
Construction noise all day and even at the meditation pool. Spa is under construction and they start at 8:45am and go till 4pm. This is unacceptable when paying thousands of dollars per night for a getaway. Some rooms are closer in proximity than others but most are affected.
