20th Anniversary - This is exactly what we needed.
Leading up to vacation was dealing with graduation of a high school student and prepping to send her off to college 3000 miles away. We hardly had a moment to breath and I scheduled this weekend away to just slow down and enjoy stillness for a moment. Thankfully Post Ranch Inn delivered in spades. Not only was the food the best hotel food I've ever had in a LONG time, the service was also out of this world. We went on several hikes after each meal and had restful times by the pools. The tree house was perfect and serene. A full day felt like 2 days of rest. Highly recommended...... The price hurts a little. But you get what you pay for.

Perhaps the single best hotel/resort experience of my life. I’ve been lucky enough to stay at a handful of luxury, high end resorts in my life and this was the best. This is an expensive experience but it really delivers. Truly memorable and I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again

Beauty and Romance
Gorgeous location, conscientious service, romantic getaway for couples with breakfast and fully stocked minibar included in room rate. My husband and I chose this place to 'elope,' and it was perfect yet laid-back - they offer a package that takes care of everything including a planner (Derek was great), paperwork (they made it easy and official), officiant (Soaring was the perfect vibe for Big Sur), flowers, mini cake, choice of photographer, etc. Rooms are private with impressive views, though they could use a more thorough updating to keep the resort's 5-star status in tact. It's a special property.

One of a kind special hotel we’ll be back! Service levels from the moment you arrive to the time you leave are second to none! We stayed in the Grimes treehouse which was exceptional!

Zen Stay!
Everything about our Post Ranch Inn stay was phenomenal! Excellent staff, flawless! From start to finish we felt completely pampered. Extremely well appointed: the unique Treehouse suites are a slice of heaven! The property, breathtaking! Dining at Sierra Mar for breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing. The dishes were absolutely bursting with flavor and the attentive service was impeccable. We left the couples relaxation massages walking on air. Post Ranch Inn is zen in every way.
