My now fiancé :) planned an amazing weekend away to surprise me with a proposal at Post Ranch Inn. Not only was the property itself stunning, but the staff and events team went above and beyond to make this a special experience. From a floral room set up, a private cliffside proposal, dinner reservations, and transportation across the property, everything was catered to make the experience memorable. Social shout out to Derek for all his help upfront with my fiancé to plan such an unforgettable experience!

Another amazing experience at the Post Ranch Inn! Every detail was perfect. A special thank you to Tim (the GM). He’s laser focused on making sure the guest experience is exceptional in every way. No request was too small or too big. He has built an incredible team. They’re friendly, professional and helpful in every way. The front office (DJ, Jackie, Andreas and others) all went the extra mile to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The restaurant ( Sierra Mar) is fantastic. Great wait staff (Phil, and Trevor) were excellent and the chefs and bartenders were top notch. Also want to thank the rest of the team for a great experience (Abraham, Glen, Juan and many others). A few memorable and recommended activities…Stargazing by the jade pool through a high powered telescope with staff astronomer Sergio was definitely a highlight. Morning yoga with Janelle was the perfect way to start the day. She’s the best! And finally relaxing on the deck or hot tub of our very private room enjoying some wine and watching the ocean can’t be beat. Every room is unique and spectacular. If you’ve never been here do yourself a favor and make the trip. It’s worth every penny.

Our stay at the Post Ranch was entirely unforgettable; from small, curated details, to the offerings of the property and attention of all staff, the Ranch is bespoke without being overwhelming. If you are considering any of the romantic packages, we couldn’t be more pleased; my fiancé and I got engaged over the weekend, and the planning, communication, privacy, and fulsome service provided by Derek truly made the experience as memorable as possible; his perfect timing, kindness, and detail oriented approach made the proposal seamless and the rest of the trip special. Jordon and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and we are already planning our return trip for next year.

If you are reading this and thinking about doing a proposal at Post Ranch Inn, just do it!! Post Ranch was literally the best hotel experience we've ever had, and it made our engagement so special. The property is unreal - I'd made some plans to leave the property over the course of the weekend, and we ended up just not leaving the property because it was so stunning! Derek was exceptional and went above and beyond to make everything feel seamless, thoughtful, and special. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process. (The bench spot for the proposal also works really well - it was secluded and felt like our own private area.) The entire staff was amazing as well - really warm, attentive, and welcoming. Post Ranch is one of those rare places that fully lives up to the hype and then exceeds it. We will definitely be back!!
