Bluefields Bay Villas

We were extra specially, pleasantly surprised when we visited this vacation spot. It is the best little resort we have visited across the world. *Intimate, small, private beach, cook to order meals, nightly tub baths on the terrace overlooking the beach, most amazing sunsets, tranquil, green fresh foliage. *Lilly and Bammie came running to greet us as we came out the car and became our furry dog friends. *Staff - well knitted family, please don’t lose that *Selfishly we don’t want to tell people about this vacation spot but we know we cannot keep to ourselves. *Staff* Danielle Ariana Stephanie Tevin Dwayne Rudy and Martino Shamrakaye This team is the epitome of excellence and they went out of their way to make our stay an unforgettable experience. Bluefields Bay is a wonder to behold. The rooms are elegantly furnished and decorated; fit for royalties and that is just how the team made us feel. We cannot forget our driver Percy who took us through the mountains to visit my aunt of 98 years and also to visit our grandmother‘s property. If you are looking for tranquility combined with exceptional service then Bluefields Bay is the place for you. We recommend them without any reservations and are confident that it will redefine your expectations of world class.

I knew we were in the right place after AA losing our luggage, arriving late and being met by 3 staff to put a smile on our faces; we walk into a beautiful living room/dining room, view of the ocean and the swimming pool and my wife asking when will we see our Villa and the staff said, 'You are in your Villa!'...my wife smiled the rest of the trip. Amazing Villa, Amazing Staff, everything we could have hoped for!

From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away. The staff at this resort were some of the kindest, most attentive people we’ve ever met—genuinely warm, thoughtful, and always one step ahead in making sure we were comfortable and cared for. The views were stunning—everywhere we turned we felt like we were in a postcard! Our room had the most beautiful balcony, complete with a private outdoor soaking tub for two. Every morning when we walked to the private restaurant, we’d watch hummingbirds and butterflies drift through the lush, vibrant flora. It felt like something out of a dream. As plant lovers, we couldn’t stop ooh-ing and awe-ing over all of the beautiful plants surrounding the resort! Everything about this place was romantic, peaceful, and unforgettable. The attention to detail, the delicious meals!, the natural beauty, the sense of privacy and serenity—it was hands down the best vacation we’ve ever taken. We left already dreaming about coming back. If you’re looking for a romantic escape with heart, beauty, and soul, this is it.

Everything spectacular. This was our 3rd visit to bluefields. We have stayed in the providence and the hermitage now 2 times. Both houses are beyond beautiful. Dwayne is amazing, kind and always smiling. Makes the best smoothies! the girls who helped plan all our adventures were fantastic, arranged all our trips, even around weather. Brought in a hair braider and fantastic masseuse. Food was delicious! We had 7 of us and even two 19 year old boys who can eat and they always made sure they were full…after the first day they started adding more just for them. My daughter is gluten free and she always had an option and things were prepared for her, even gluten free fried chicken! Our night butler made the kids delicious grilled cheeses and he always made sure I had orange juice in the very early mornings.

It was an amazing experience - great staff, beautiful location, 10/10. The water activities were fun, all the drinks delicious. Suite (villa) itself was gorgeous - right by the water and with an outside tub - a nighttime bath is a must. Absolutely would love to go back!
