Beyond my expectations
This resort really blew away my expectations. Was incredibly clean, well laid out and beautiful. The details were unreal including the smell in the lobby. The explorers club was a highlight my kids were obsessed and had the best time and a lot of adventurous experiences. The Gym was huge and really amazing equipment. The food was really good as well. Best I have had at an all inclusive with a highlight being the wood fire Pizza. Highly recommend!

Amazing service!
Mercedes Mendoza was amazing!! He took care of us the entire trip! He was very attentive, very polite and very care our entire time here! He is an asset to Dreams hotel! Thank you Mercedes for making our trip so perfect!!

No beach but great staff
I gave 4 of 5 stars because the resort doesn't have access to the beach, a big disappointment. Though, staff was amassing specially Cristian at the entertaining host - he is a cool, great human being. He made his entertaining super fun with personal touch.

Beautiful resort! The resort, pools, food, and staff are exceptional. The unswimmable beach is truly awe-inspiring! I could watch the waves for hours. Thanks for a great week!
