Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa

We chose Dreams, Los Cabos because we were looking for a resort that offered lovely, fine dining and a fun, but also peaceful atmosphere for our mother daughter’s trip. We couldn’t have picked a better or more friendly resort! The food was absolutely fantastic. The staff was incredible and we felt cared for in a five star fashion. The ladies at the 24 hour café, were not only hard-working but kind and very efficient! We loved the vanilla lattes! Our restaurant servers were attentive and offered excellent suggestions. When planning our excursion to the arches, both Martin and Marlon offered expert advice and consideration to what our group was looking to get out of the experience. They helped us organize the details for a trip that not only allowed for a visit to the arches, but for some shopping time downtown, it was the perfect amount. Thank you to Martin and Marlon for your assistance! The beach time was amazing and our server Rufo made us the best drinks! He visited us often to be sure we were happily enjoying our ocean view and brought us the most refreshing specialty drinks. We were even able to order food which he delivered to us under our cabana hut. He was such a pleasure. Our servers at each restaurant made our experience great. Oscar at the French restaurant made perfect recommendations for dinner choices and kept our drinks filled and courses coming out promptly through dinner. We never had to ask for more water and our glasses stayed full. The attention to detail made dinner service exquisite. We were so impressed by the breakfast service seaside grill. The only thing I am disappointed in is that I can’t remember all of the names of each of our serve servers so that they could be thanked for the wonderful job they did. We would definitely plan a future adventure to Dreams! It was more than we had hoped for!

Despite checking reservations multiple times the reservation was not as requested. Upon arrival despite only 50 occupancy the front disk were not helpful. They questioned my communication so I brought the emails to them. I was told the rooms were ready, NO they weren't until we visited the colleague with the high pressure sales push. MIraculously, as soon as the sales pitch was over the rooms were ready. All inclusive? we received snacks the night before check out. Also, they brought a bottle of inexpensive tequila the night before we left. We left it there.

Had a great stay at the Dreams Los Cabo’s. Great hospitality and service from Ruffo on the beach and Zack with the pool activities!! They were the best!

We had a great trip with friends the best food as far as all inclusive and we have been to alot of them . Mercedes at the preferred beach bar area is the best waiter and server in the business he was amazing.

The resort is very nice. Food was good but the drinks were mediocre. We did however, enjoy the entertainment staff, especially Diana, Zack, Christian and Manuel. Our drink waiter, Lucas was top notch. Nightly entertainment was usually 2 people playing instruments and sometimes singing.
