What a fantastic resort! I’m very skeptical of all inclusive hotels but wow how this exceeded my expectations. Food and drinks were really good and I liked all of the dining options. The multiple pools are incredible and they have a lot of chairs so you can always find a spot. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist. The best part was the relaxing sound of the crashing waves. Rooms themselves are massive, modern, and all face the ocean

We had an amazing experience at Grand Velas Los Cabos while traveling with our 6-month-old baby. We felt incredibly well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ana and Eric, who were always attentive, available, and responded to every request we had. Traveling with a baby meant we needed quite a few extra things, and they made everything so easy for us. We truly felt cared for and cannot say enough good things about the service. It made our family vacation relaxing and very special, and we would absolutely love to return.

We planned this trip to celebrate several family milestones, and after researching a number of resorts, chose Grand Velas Los Cabos based on glowing reviews of the amenities, food, and family-friendly atmosphere. We booked directly through their site during the "Playcation" Summer Special (free stay for kids, 50% off teens). Two days after booking, guest experience agent Thamara Martinez reached out to help plan our itinerary — restaurant reservations, a photoshoot with the resort photographer, and a sunset cruise with Cabo Adventures. She also noted our son's tree nut allergy and answered every question we had along the way. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and grounds blew us away. Our concierge, Christian García, made us feel instantly welcome and let us know each day what activities were happening, while helping with nightly restaurant reservations. Every restaurant we visited took our son's food allergy seriously without us having to remind them twice. Housekeeping and turndown service were impeccable — our room always felt cozy when we returned. One evening we came back to a beautiful surprise: kid-friendly sparkling cider, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a birthday cake. My two boys loved the pool — smoothies from the pool bar, ice cream, and the daily paletas from a wonderfully cheerful staff member. Paul, our server there for several days, was consistently friendly and attentive, and we never struggled to find lounge chairs even when the pool was busy. The kids club and teen club were another highlight. Our boys weren't quite old enough for the teen club unsupervised, so my husband or I usually joined them. One attendant, Ariana, was endlessly patient with all the kids, and the whole team clearly cared about the children in their charge. Another unexpected favorite was Amat Café, with friendly baristas, refreshing drinks, and delicious treats for an afternoon pick-me-up. Our only regret is not booking a longer stay. In four nights, we made some of our best family memories yet — from the paletas man's daily visit to the surprise birthday cake, every detail felt personal. We hope to return soon!

Great service, suites, restaurants, activities, the concierge staff and kids club is mazing!

Grand Velas Los Cabos continues to be one of the best luxury all-inclusive resorts we have ever experienced, and it is perfect for our family. From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully handled and catered specifically for our tastes and preferences. The resort itself is stunning, with dramatic ocean views, elegant designs, beautiful heated pools, and a calm, upscale atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and recharge. This was another unforgettable trip for our family, and once again Grand Velas completely knocked it out of the park. What stood out most was the service, especially from our concierge, Eric, who was incredible! He quickly learned our preferences and noticed that we ordered room service when we woke up. He arranged to have our order automatically delivered to our suite every morning, which was so helpful and made our days with our children start effortlessly. He checked in on us every day to make sure we had everything we desired, and personally handled any requests. He was absolutely amazing and he took such exquisite care of us! He even organized a surprise anniversary celebration for us on our last night, which was thoughtful, memorable, and such a special way to end the trip. Eric: We are so grateful to you and the time and effort you took to make sure that we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! You definitely made it one to remember and we are so appreciative! Our Grand Class Corner Suite was an absolute dream. The room was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and the views are simply unmatched – even from the shower! Waking up to the calming ocean views was something we all can’t wait to return to. The plunge pool on the balcony is spacious and was the center of many fun afternoons with our kids. They even set up a teepee and had a couple of toys for our boys, ages 9 and 2, to play with. All of us were so comfortable in the room, and the housekeeping service was impeccable. Our room was cleaned twice daily, everything was spotless, and every detail was handled with care. The suite service was timely and delicious, and the snacks left in the room satisfied our cravings. The Nespresso machine was enjoyed multiple times a day as well! The dining was a huge highlight of this trip. Frida was such an unexpected surprise, and we absolutely loved going there. Luis was a standout server and made flaming coffee for us, putting on such a wonderful show. The mole was impeccable and a dish we are still craving! Lucca was our favorite restaurant this trip, and every dish we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. We even got to meet and take pictures with the head chef, which made the experience even more memorable. Carmen took phenomenal care of us a few times at Lucca and was so friendly, kind, and helpful. Sen Lin and Velas 10 were also delicious and seamless dining experiences. Honestly, all of the restaurants and incredible! We also dined at Azul a few times. Daniel Alcaraz was so friendly and welcoming, and he was so wonderful with our boys. We were also incredibly grateful for how thoughtfully the resort handled our youngest son’s gluten and dairy-free dietary needs. At Sen Lin, they made him chicken fried rice with gluten-free soy sauce. At Lucca, he devoured the gluten-free pasta. He loved the chicken and vegetables at both Frida and Velas 10, and every morning he requested and loved the gluten-free muffins at Azul. Our concierge, Eric, even arranged to have special gluten and dairy-free treats and snacks for him in our suite. Traveling with food restrictions can be stressful, but Grand Velas made it feel easy, safe, and truly enjoyable for him. Thank you for making this so care-free for us! The spa was another standout. My husband and I both had massages at SE Spa, and they were relaxing, thorough, and exactly what we needed. Our massage therapists, Carmen, Celeste and Maria, were incredible. Antoine led us through the water ceremony, which was so relaxing and really elevated the entire spa experience. It was such a restorative part of the trip and we both highly recommend the spa and can’t wait to return to it on a future trip. The pool areas, ocean views, and overall resort atmosphere were as beautiful and relaxing as ever. Even though Grand Velas has so much to offer, it never feels chaotic. It manages to be luxurious, family-friendly, and deeply relaxing all at once. The staff consistently made us feel cared for, and so many small details throughout the stay reminded us why we keep coming back. Thank you to the entire Grand Velas Los Cabos team for making our annual vacation such an incredibly enjoyable experience. We truly cannot imagine going anywhere else and have created such wonderful memories at this spectacular resort.
