Grand Velas Los Cabos

We came to Cabo for a family trip for our kids Easter break, we were all blown away by this hotel. The level of luxury and service was unmatched. We also had our own concierge Atenas, she was amazing and took care of everything we needed.

My family (with two teen boys) had a fabulous experience at the Grand Velas in Cabo. The location is spectacular and the property is exquisite. The food was also amazing - from the breakfast buffet to the wide variety of dinner options, my family was thrilled with the culinary options. The service was also incredible - very pleasant and responsive at every turn. Everyone was super helpful, but David at the gym and Juan Tovar at Velas 10 were exceptionally helpful. We also did three excursions, two of which were fantastic - the dolphin and UTV activities were awesome. (The whale watching was a little disappointing and over priced, we felt.) We stayed at the Grand Velas in Playa Del Carmen earlier and they're both fantastic.

We decided to try Cabo for the first time for our last vacation pre children. We've done a few high end all inclusives in other parts of Mexico previously so I'll highlight a few places grand velas really separates: 1) Service: I can't overstate how incredible everyone we interacted with was. Christian our concierge made sure we had everything we needed, including finding a boat that would take my wife out snorkeling despite a pregnancy restriction the typical company that operates through the hotel had. Staff was also extra accommodating in getting my wife all the mocktails she could handle and went out of their way to make sure she felt taken care of. 2) Food: I'm a hard guy to please when it comes to high-end food (I do the client dinner travel life for work), but we really did not have a bad meal at any of the 5 restaurants we ate at across our stay. They even nailed the cook on a steak, which is usually an issue at any other all inclusive. 100% recommend getting your reservations taken care of ahead of time, as they filled up extremely quick. We tried to swap a date a week out from the trip and it wasn't possible as a frame of reference Overall - it's on the pricy side but the people of Grand Velas will do everything in their power to make it a worthwhile experience. Definitely recommend

We had an excellent time at Grand Velas resort for our honeymoon. The food and drinks were phenomenal and the resort itself was wonderful. We had a personal concierge, Josué Martinez , who is the best in the world. He was attentive, helpful, and very kind. He made sure our experience was the best and consistently checked in on us. All of the staff members were kind and wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this resort. If you're thinking about booking this resort for your next stay, don't hesitate at all. We will definitely be back.
