Grand Velas Los Cabos

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Grand Velas Los Cabos and can’t recommend it highly enough. The resort truly has everything you would expect from a 5-star luxury all-inclusive: exceptional hospitality, incredibly warm and gracious staff, outstanding food, beautiful amenities, luxurious rooms, and a world-class spa. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated, and the service consistently exceeded expectations. Because I know how hard it can be for anyone with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, I wanted to share some specific information. From the very first meal, the level of care around food safety was exceptional. At every restaurant, the chefs personally came out to greet us, asked detailed questions, and ensured we had a completely safe dining experience. We never once felt like an afterthought or a burden...quite the opposite. The care and attention were truly remarkable. Our celiac family member was able to enjoy foods they rarely get to have while traveling, including fries, steak, Pad Thai, and even fried rice at Sen Lin. Everything was clearly well planned, carefully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The culinary team’s knowledge and attentiveness alone would bring us back. One helpful tip for future guests: make restaurant reservations well in advance, and if you prefer to dine outside, be sure to specify that when booking. On our last night, we ended up waiting over an hour past our reservation because we hadn’t indicated we wanted outdoor seating and a table for four wasn’t immediately available. Overall, Grand Velas Los Cabos delivers a true luxury experience with genuine warmth and exceptional accommodation for dietary needs. If you’re celiac and want a place where you can fully relax, enjoy every meal, and feel completely taken care of, this resort is outstanding.

This is our 4th time vacationing in Grand Velas and our second in the Cabo location. We just love it. From the young kids to the grandparents there’s something for everyone. The food is terrific but the only thing better is the staff! Ana Arana , our concierge was the best we’ve ever had. She was on top of all our reservations and appointments! The servers around the pool (Abraham and Alex) as well as the wait staff (Yessey and Alberto) remembered everything we needed.

This place was amazing! The rooms were exotic. The facilities were amazing and all of the staff were super friendly. The two cons I had at this place was the food which wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The other challenge was the staff not speaking a lot of English. This sometimes made planning events difficult.

The Grand Velas was amazing! The food and the service were top notch. Our concierge, Ana, was incredibly attentive and often left surprises and/or toys for our kids throughout the week. Ana made the whole experience much better and took care of everything we needed! If you are looking for a high end all inclusive resort, I highly recommend Grand Velas.

Our stay at Grand Velas was perfect! The location of the property was in a great position to provide us with perfect views of the beach, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day. The amenities were first class and luxurious throughout the property. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to all of our needs throughout the day. Our Concierge, Ana A, provided us with excellent customer service and went above and beyond to answer any/all questions we had during our stay. She is an absolute Rock Star and made our vacation that much more enjoyable.
