Grand Velas Los Cabos

For my husband‘s birthday this year, we decided to go to grand Villa Los Cabos with four of our dear friends! This resort is exactly what a Cabo vacation of your dreams will feel like. Ana and Eric were our private concierge team that took care of every single thing we needed. We moved reservations around two times. We had a Mezcal tasting that was incredible and my husband and his friends were able to watch a dodger game at the sports bar while we stayed at the resort. There were a few highlights from this trip. One was the steakhouse by the pool, second was the Italian restaurant Lucca, and the spa was world class! Hands-down, this was the best spa we’ve ever been to. Thank you again Eric and Ana for making my husband’s birthday trip memorable.

Our recent stay at Grand Velas Los Cabos was nothing short of extraordinary. Even visiting during the off-season when we experienced some rain, the resort shone brightly due to its exceptional staff-to-guest ratio. We felt deeply cared for by absolutely everyone we encountered. A massive standout of the trip was our dinner at Cocina de Autor. It is a Michelin-starred restaurant for good reason—the meal was absolutely amazing, creative, and flawlessly executed. What truly elevated our entire vacation, however, was the personal concierge service. They were constantly available and made us feel like true VIPs from start to finish. Our concierges, Eric Cuandon and Ana, went completely above and beyond. At one point during the trip, I came down with a sudden stomach illness. Ana handled the situation with the utmost grace and care, immediately sending medicine directly to our room to ensure I could recover comfortably. That level of proactive, empathetic service is hard to find. If you are looking for a luxury resort where you are treated with genuine warmth and premium care, Grand Velas is unmatched. This resort is top notch all the way around! The resort is very much a luxury resort but is so family friendly! We could not ask for more. The rooms were decent, the pools are beautiful and spacious, the food was amazing at eat restaurant. The best food I’ve had at an all inclusive by far. But the best part of the resort is the people! Every server and waiter and staff we had took the best care. Our concierge team was Eric and Ana. And they took amazing care of us and our daughter while we were there. They were in touch everyday. They helped us store breast milk to feed my daughter, took care of of our dinner reservations and helped when we need some extra childcare items. The whole experience was amazing. I would go back in any time!

Tony and Josue were amazing! Incredibly helpful, attentive, and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciate all the help and the great service. Looking forward to our next stay!

This is a resort you absolutely must have on your "bucket list". We have been to many resorts over the years. My wife has informed me this the BEST one she has ever experienced.....and we will never go to a different one. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding. Our concierges (Ana Aranda and Eric Cuandon) were so incredibly thoughtful and considerate. We couldn't have been assigned anyone better. The culinary options seemed limitless. Their Michelin Star restaurant was and experience not to be missed. However, not to be outdone, Frida offered a totally different experience but just as enjoyable. Chef Karla Rivera is a treasure. Given an opportunity, take a cooking class with her. You won't regret it. The rooms were spacious and offered all we could need for the trip. The location is spectacular, unless you have your heart set on swimming in the ocean. Swimming in the ocean requires a short walk down the beach to a safer area. Lastly, the staff is incredible. Everyone is so kind and friendly....and I mean EVERYONE. It is rare in the service industry to encounter some individuals who are not thrilled to be there. This resort didn't seem to have anyone who wasn't happy to see us. Cudos to everyone.
