Grand Velas Los Cabos

Mesmerizing resort and wonderful environment. The people who works there are top notch.

I just returned from Grand Velas Los Cabos, where I generally celebrate my birthday, with my family and friends. I have also visited several of the other Grand Velas Resorts, and they have all been excellent. I particularly enjoy the Cabo resort, since I have visited many times. It is a beautiful resort with luxurious suites and incredible views, a wonderful, attentive staff, and delicious cuisine and cocktails, that would please anyone who enjoys gourmet food; including a Michelin Star restaurant. I want to thank the wonderful gentleman who was our personal Concierge, whom I requested for this last visit, since he assisted on previous visits, and we were so impressed with his level of service. His name is Abdias Flores, and on this last visit, he made our experience extra special; he decorated my suite for my birthday, sent champagne and cake, and also surprised my newly married son and his wife with a lovely pre-honeymoon decor and treats in their suite. The service and attention to detail is exceptional. I would highly recommend a Grand Velas vacation for a very memorable experience that you will want to repeat for future visits!

We had high expectations for our family celebration to Grand Velas but we couldn't imagine how amazing our time would be with our children and grandchildren. The property itself is magnificent and each and every staff member was so attentive and warm, Abraham at the pool, Armin the pool bar, Alberto our host at Frida, Yessey at Azul each morning and the chef at Azul who graciously prepared our day's catch after hours in five delicious offerings.Most importantly our personal concierge Alexis Mora was invaluable and in communication with us 24 hours a day and coordinated with each of our children's families arranging dinner reservations, Spa visits, kids club and fishing charters and more! Gianni went out of his way to make our stay fabulous! He even got me a book because I read mine so quickly and left the other ones on my table. The resort is very clean!! The food is beyond excellent! Best food I’ve had at any resort I’ve been too.

We had a most wonderful week at Grand Velas. The resort is amazingly beautiful. Our room was beautiful and had great views of the ocean. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We even had a personal concierge by the name of Gianni Paredes. He was most helpful in keeping us informed of daily activities and booking restaurants and spa treatments. We highly recommend this resort. We give it a perfect 10.
