Not worth it
Don’t bother paying more for the preferred package. They apparently over book sometimes and put you in room a lot cheaper than you payed for! It’s been over 2 weeks and they have not processed nor contacted us about a refund for the difference. Resort is dated and definitely not 5 star.

An Unforgettable Vacation in Paradise 🌴
Our stay at Dreams Jade Riviera Maya was absolutely amazing! The resort was spotless, and every staff member we met was so friendly and welcoming. A huge shoutout to Adilia, our pool waitress — she was awesome! She always made sure we were taken care of with a smile. Luis at the restaurant Casper’s was equally wonderful, making every meal special and ensuring our last dinner was unforgettable. Julian, the pool attendant, went above and beyond every single day — setting us up with fresh towels, finding us the perfect spot, and even bringing us fresh coconuts. The food was great, and while we wished there were a few more options at the buffet, everything we had was delicious. Our oceanfront view room was breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure paradise. We had such an incredible experience and would definitely return to Dreams Jade again. 🌴✨

LOVE!!!
We loved dreams jade resort so much!!!! The food was unbelievable, our favourite was CinCin and Nora treated us so well :) all the staff are lovely, entertainment is great, drinks are good. We couldnt have asked for a better stay!

Ethan the bartender was amazing
Ethan at the bar had excellent service, made the best drinks for me and my friend 5/5 experience , it was our first time in Mexico so he made it an amazing experience
