We stayed in the preferred governor suite. Well worth the $1000 upgrade to us. 2 big bathrooms, very clean, big master with sitting area in master, long hallway into dining and living room, and a coffee and refrigerator area. The fridge was fully stocked. Huge balcony facing ocean, big bathtub on deck but it was dirty and had a bad patch job. Our friends tried three different rooms that were preferred ocean view. They hated them all. One had mold all over the drapes. One had water all over the floor from condensation and they all smelled bad. They were good size rooms though. The restaurants were pretty good. Lots of options. My friend is celiac and she found things at every restaurant and they were all very helpful and knowledgeable about her allergy. The town is a quick taxi ride but there is not much to do besides hit one or two silver shops and eat. The preferred alcohol was not great but it’s Mexico so…Overall if you’re looking for a nice relaxing all inclusive trip this could be your spot. Our preferred governor sure, food and tips cost $4000 for 4 nights. We didn’t think that was bad at all. We stayed at the Faena in Miami for 4 days in a suite and that with food was around $10,000.

Miguel at Spice is one of the best in the business! We went to the hibachi and he was fun, nice, and wow the food was so tasty! Told everyone at the resort they must ask for him. He was also very funny and did tricks I have not seen before, I highly recommend him and you will not be disappointed! Restaurant has a good atmosphere and clean environment!, and also family friendly restaurants but also cozy enough for a romantic dinner.

We came to Dreams Jade for a family wedding and ate at the French restaurant and the buffet. We went to Spice on our last night and we had the Best hibachi by Miguel, great show for dinner! And afterwards the dinner you get fried ice cream which is amazing!
