Fantastic teppanyaki experience! The service from Alberto was outstanding – he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Luis, our chef, delivered an amazing show at the grill, combining great cooking with fun, impressive knife skills and flair that made the whole dinner unforgettable.

Traveled with group of 8. Mercure restaurant was only one difficult to get a larger table, waited a couple hours. Spice and Tamarindo were our favorites. This resort is small, great for those who don't want to walk a lot or have mobility issues. But you can also walk miles on beach (to south). Enjoyed the lobby bar - Oscar makes a delicious lemon drop martini. Wish we had known about the driving range on the roof before our last day. Excursions: very short walk to swim with dolphins and just a little further to El Cid marina to go on a catamaran or deep sea fishing. Use the path by rock wall (to north of resort). *Don't recommend preferred status for this resort. Preferred lounge doesn't have full bar, food, games and books like other Dream resorts. Preferred pool is nice but not worth the price tag.

Both chill and exciting with lots of entertainment, ocean views, delicious food, and great pools. Excellent service throughout the hotel. The best Teppanyaki show with Miguel! I’ve been to a dozen of them.

Nothing could have been better. Our butler Julian went above and beyond fantastic service from making our dinner reservations to champagne in our room. Our pool concierge’s Miguel and Jose were the best so attentive with ice and water all day long. Clean towels and whatever we needed. The resort is so clean with plenty of activities to do. It was our 11th time here and we will be back for sure. Stay here it won’t let you down.
