Birthday Trip
We had a fantastic time, everyone made us feel at home starting with Anely Franco and Luis helping me make our reservation , also meeting us at our arrival was Roberto and Pamela. Julian made sure everything was perfect for our entire stay. He had our room looking like a party w birthday balloons, and a beautiful charcuterie spread w fruit platters, a wine bottle and some birthday macaroons! Absolutely amazing Julian! If it wasn’t for Julian and Anely, we wouldn’t have been able to come on such short notice! Erica made sure our room was always clean and well stocked of soap, towels and any amenities we may require. Mercure restaurant had Claudia, Santos and Juan for breakfast, they always greet us w a smile and took care of pampering us, for dinner time, a very special young man was there for us, he is new at the Jade and I don’t know his name but he made an amazing impression! At the preferred pool was Oscar and Luis who were awesome at keeping us hydrated at all times.. At the Mexican restaurant was Fernanda so sweet and attentive. Argenis made sure our meals everywhere were special, always treating us like family! Eric and Aurelio made us feel super special and at home, definitely giving us a VIP treatment! At the Carnival restaurant was Jose the singing waiter and Heidi in charge of the best taco station ever both amazing! At the preferred lounge Michelle always prepared our drinks as if we were home, so sweet and attentive! I want to give a huge shout out to Julian who does the job of 6 people and without him we would not be repetitively coming back!

Miguel was the best!!! The show was increíble and super attentive and skilled super polite and super fun, would love to come back to see him.

Beautiful resort
Love staying at Dreams Jade. Would like to shout out to Eduardo, Fransico, and Angel for their beverage services! The only thing that was not great, but understandable for the future of Jade was the pool areas were closed different days for painting and the lobby/attrium area where music is played closed down halfway through our stay and that left us trying to find the music each night.

Great staff but food needs improvement
Patrona Gomez room service staff was amazing she went beyond her duty to make sure we received proper service Pamela at VIP concierge was extremely helpful in making our stay comfortable. Staff were all very pleasant and welcoming but food in restaurants were not that great.

November Stay
Amazing food and service! Luis at the spice restaurant was awesome and the staff is always there to tend to all of our needs.
