Dreams Jade Resort & Spa

What a fantastic place. We went as a couple for our 25 years together celebration. We could not have had a better experience. The resort is fabulous, not too big!! The staff made our holiday a dream. What lovely and gorgeous people. We met so many friends…. Bobbing around on our lilo in the adults pool, having our drinks ready!! We knew about the seaweed problem but honestly they work tirelessly to remove it. We walked to Costa Majures a couple of times. A lovely fishing village and we snorkelled on the reef!! What an experience!! Our favourite place was The Mix bar, a quiet beach front bar. We met the fabulous Hiram, who looked after us every night. He told us where to visit, we chatted every night about our day and he advised us on where to go. He made us the best drinks. We never needed to ask and looked after us!! Thank you Hiram. We are going back in January without two daughters, aged 21 and 22 and I know they will love it!!! If you want a loud and late night resort, this is not the one for you. This is a really friendly and smaller resort but so much better than any of the bigger ones we have been to. Thank you to all at Dreams Jade. 💕 We had the best holiday ever!!

We are sadly coming to the end of a great stay at the Dreams Jade. The food has been outstanding in all the speciality restaurants and the certainly the best in any all inclusive hotel we have ever stayed in. The daytime activities have been fun and a special mention to Raul. We have also seen some great night time shows. The rooms were well cleaned every day and the overall hotel is clean with some beautiful gardens, some work is being undertaken which sadly robbed us of the swim up bar towards the end of our stay. It is also nice to have a 24/7 coffee shop where you always got a coffee and a smile even at 3:30am before our early morning trip.

Lovely resort and well maintained. Good choice of additional restaurants and the staff were exceptional in their level of service. The beach is nice, with lovely soft white sand, however this year the seaweed level seemed quite a problem, even though it is cleared everyday. Very popular venue for a destination wedding. Overall, we had a lovely holiday

This resort continues to deliver an exceptional experience every time we visit. The level of hospitality and attention to detail from the staff is truly top-tier. A very special thank you to Loraynne for her outstanding service. Whether I needed help planning dinner reservations or had questions about activities around the resort, she was always there with a smile and incredibly helpful recommendations. She made everything seamless and stress-free. The bell staff was also amazing — huge shout out to Marcos for always being so hospitable and attentive. He consistently went above and beyond to take care of my group and me. Anytime someone got turned around or needed assistance, Marcos was quick to step in and help with kindness and professionalism. The activities team was superb as well. Yohziro and his team went out of their way to organize a bicycle tour through Puerto Morelos for us, even though it wasn’t part of the regularly scheduled activities that day. It ended up being such a fun and memorable experience. The conference staff was excellent as always. Concepcion and Danivet are an absolute pleasure to work with and consistently made sure our team was prioritized and well taken care of throughout the stay. And finally, thank you to Carlos, the best Group Sales Manager, for helping make everything come together so smoothly. A huge thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We can’t wait to return!

Grounds spectacular. Staff extremely accommodating and friendly. ( Roberto and Cesar Silva at Bar Splash are excellent ambassadors for the resort). >Food choices excellent. >Food quality good for a resort. >Cleanliness is very good. >Activities are plentiful and enjoyable. Puzzling: >internet isn’t good outdoors, noticeably at pool. >Lack of highly visible numbers on buildings is mind boggling. >Lack of hooks in bathrooms is irksome. >Inability to open patio doors from outside is incredibly stupid.
