We rented on of the Bail Beds and loved our experience. Our Pool Concierges Jesus and Freddy along with our pool waiter Israel gave use the attention we wanted for a wonderful vacation experience

Beautiful rooms and clean, gorgeous resort. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, helped us with anything we needed. Restaurants were delicious, our favorite had to by hibachi or Oceania. Hibachi was delicious as always and the steaks at Oceania were huge and so yummy! Typically portions at all restaurants are small to help prevent waste, and we really appreciate it. The breakfast buffet was typically really busy by about 8:30/8:45am forward, so definitely go right when it opens if possible--food is great and many options available. Alex always took care of us outside and was so fun to meet! He always has a smile on his face and he treated us like family throughout our stay. We plan on getting an iguana when we go home in his honor! Jose was also so funny and a ball of sunshine at bingo. He had such a great personality and we were always laughing with him. Marisol was so funny and always trying to get us to join in on activities too--she is a sweetheart and full of energy! Octavio kept us hydrated with the most amazing drinks at the Preferred Club bar/lounge--his espresso martinis were absolutely amazing. Chino was our guide at the local cenote, ziplining, and atv/side-by-side excursions. He and everyone at the ziplines were great and most patient! Very informative and kept our safety as the priority. I recommend you get the app to stay on top of the different activities throughout the day. There's dancing classes, zumba, aerobics, cooking classes, biking, games like bingo, bracelet making, etc. So much to do other than burning in the sun! Try all the restaurants if you can and check out the beach. Not too many seashells but it's still gorgeous and fun to swim in. Talk with the locals and employees and please respect them all-- they are amazing and kind people and we have been so grateful for everyone here. Please don't feed or try touching the local wildlife such as the cats and lizards. 10/10, we loved it!

Fanny was great for the water aerobics and we really loved the service it made the trip so much better. The food was good but we were not pre-warned about dress code and were not allowed into the French restaurant. The food was average but the best thing was the steak and chimichurri.

We had an incredible time at our friend's wedding at Dreams Riviera Cancun! All of the staff was responsive and accommodating to our needs, and they hosted an incredible ceremony and reception. The food, service, and amenities were amazing, and we would highly recommend!
