Terrible food, resort was run down. I would not recommend at all! There were tons of screaming little kids throwing tantrums everywhere and poop in the pool. We felt like we were in Ponderosa all week.

I had a beautiful encounter with Theresa , Natalay and Carmen. Beautiful. Would recommend!! Not only was it a wonderful scenery it was quiet and fun

On arriving it was a bit disappointing as no-one was there to greet us as a couple in front got all the attention. Paid for preferred and didn’t receive any of the welcome or checking experience. Waited for 20 minutes to check in as only 1 person serving the preferred guests. Room was lovely, clean. We had swim up pool over looking main pool. Great location, no complaints apart from our room didn’t get cleaned/serviced for 2 days. Mini bar didn’t get restocked. We ran out of toilet paper. Only reason it was cleaned/serviced was because I phoned and asked. Dissatisfied with paying for preferred and the room didn’t get stocked/cleaned all the time. Staff are amazing: Esequiel waiter portofino restaurant very knowledgeable and super friendly. Andy and Martin looked after us so well every breakfast. They are so lovely. Vincenti at the pool kept us hydrated and smiling all day. Never ever did he stop, always making sure we were okay. Uzie and Kevin in the entertainment crew. They didn’t stop making us laugh, including everyone and making our holiday special. Want to thank all the staff for making this holiday. The grounds are kept tidy all the time and they try and stay onto of the seaweed. Entertaining at night is okay, a bit hit and miss with the shows. We loved the popworld and fireshow. Lots of food to choose from but I must say the main buffet the food was nearly always cold. We went as soon as opened so it should of been fresh and hot but wasn’t. Mostly had room service as it was easier and fresher.

Relaxing vacation. Nice resort. More for families than an all adult vacation. Only enforced adult only pool after an incident. Ocean view rooms are lovely. Staff was so nice, personable, and accommodating. Especially the activity staff (Tony) and pool servers (Israel). Food was average, but as expected at an all inclusive resort.

So let me preface this review with this: I visited with wife and 2 daughters. I'd been to cancun 2x before. We stayed in two diff rooms for this trip (preferred partial ocean view, and preferred with plunge pool) Pros- The preferred club lounge/bar was nice to have. Easy access to drinks/snacks and rarely more then a few ppl ever there. Highly recommend a preferred room with plunge pool. We did it for 3/5 nights and it made the vacation so much better. The pool actually looks larger in person then in the photo. Service was excellent. We had 2 issues in the first room but they fixed them FAST once reported. Room service was impressive. Used it only once but was surprised how fast it came and quality compared to restaurants. Pelican tours next door although not part of the hotel. Highly recommended! Michael was such a pleasure to work with and prices super reasonable. Lastly I want to shout out or make sure these Dreams employees get kudos for going above and beyond (Wilbert from preferred lounge bar, Alejandro waiter from the pool area, and Antonio from Barracuda bar, ) Cons- 75% of dining options; Went to Italian and Mexican specialty restaurants and both were mediocre. The buffet and room service were acceptable. We were disappointed with the preferred restaurant by the pools especially. We don't usually stay at 5 star restaurants so it's not like we had super high expectations for food either. This is really my only con but it's a big one imo.
