We traveled as a family of 4. We booked a double plunge pool suite. It was our first time booking a room with our own pool. Our two littles loved it. They were in it everyday. The room was very roomy. It had a large shower and big jacuzzi tub, my tall 6'4 husband enjoyed it. Double sinks and plenty of room. There is a closet, no dresser to store clothes. We lived out of our suitcases. Not a big deal for us. Just FYI. They kids enjoyed the kid's pool and the main pool. The main pool was warm during peak hit. We tend to head back to the pool in our room at that point as our it's cooler. The pool suites and room facing the garden are nice and quiet. The food at the buffet was standard nothing spectacular but we found stuff to eat. The a la cart restaurants were okay, our favorite was the French resturant. Which is adults only. Our second favorite was the Mediterranean. This resort is the smallest one we have gone to compared to Xcaret and Baha Principe Akumal. The staff were friendly. The resort was well kept. The beach was alright, there are some rocky points in the water. This resort did alot of weddings. There were atleast 2 day when we were there. The gym is small. For the kids club, it's a drop them off only situation. You can't go in there with them. Outside the kid's pool, there isn't much for little kids to do. They have certain times/ days were they have activities but not much. Our kids were fine with the pool at our room. We did a day trip to peurto morelos. We took an Uber and it was a short drive there. $5CAD. We got gelato, spent time at the beach and grabbed some snacks from the grocery store. Since the resort snacks were ridiculous. $20Usd for a bag of chips. Lol. It was a nice slow trip for us. We usually are out and about on excursions. If you have any question, let me know. **Only thing we wished was better was the buffet food options.

Visited Dreams in September . We had a great experience even though it rained when we arrived . They had making a bracelets, key chains with Angie and enjoy the Zumba class with an Oliver. Oliver is very fun and energetic. If you are coming to dreams resort soon . Definitely go do Zumba with Oliver.

Went to Dreams last week. Fabulous time. Oliver who was part of the entertainment crew was just awesome! The room was clean, spacious and great for family. It rained for half a day and they kept us and the kiddos entertained with various activities.

Hotel was very clean. Workers all worked hard and friendly. Food was average (2 in our group got sick). Drinks were never the same. We dumped many drinks- either too strong or way too sweet. Music was very boring and low key. Made you want to sleep instead of being in vacation mode. Beach could not be used because of sargassum, smell and dark brown water. Times the smell was really bad. The infinity pool was great. Shout out to following workers- they were very friendly and provided excellent service: Enrique - lobby bar Sergio and Armando -the mixology cart Alejandra lobby check out Oliver -entertainment
