The restaurant waiters were wonderful - Sergio Shadey was the best - great customer service, attentive and friendly - Praises to Ivan, Alan, and Francisco for their were very helpful and gave great service

Great getaway! Outstanding all-inclusive experience.
Entire resort was fantastic. All restaurants outstanding. The chef’s choices at El Patio were great and Jacinto took great care of us. Portofino and the table at Himitsu were also favorites!

The absolute best all inclusive resort. Every staff I had encountered were all met with friendly smiles and buenos días, tardes, y noches. Every question I had about the area were kindly answered. The entire 4 day stay were spent at the pool with my 2 kids ages 6-8 and we had a blast. Our things were set and not touched, drinks were brought out to us upon requests by the staff who walked around. My children swam to the middle fountain got up top and put on a mini 10sec dance show. It was adorable, there was a water aerobics in the middle of the day and that was fun to see with the music blasting. The whole thing was just very enjoyable and much needed. We came for my brother's wedding and the decor that the staff had set up were amazingly beautiful. They did a wonderful job with bringing my bride's vision to life. The entire ceremony, (I missed cocktail hour), and reception was so nice and wonderfully timed. The dj was so fun! The bride and us bridesmaid stayed on that dance floor all night! I'm talking about when it started til it rained down on us at the end 😂 if you're booking a wedding, they really did amazing. One thing I will say is check on the time/month of seaweed season. We had no idea about that, went, and the beach wasn't as pleasant to look at lol. However, you are able to tour outside and go to different beaches where the water is much clearer. Overall, it's 10/10 recommended and will come back. 🙂
