AMAZING
We had the most fantastic time! It was a perfect holiday from start to finish! Customer service is on another level and all the staff go above and beyond to make you have a fantastic time. Although all the staff were fantastic special shout out to the Victor and Tony part of the entertainment team! And Alberto and Hugo the bar tenders/ servers 🙏🙏🙏 We will be back x

Overall experience
The hotel is an excellent hotel with amazing activities throughout the day, amazing staff, and just an overall great environment! We had a couple staff members we just loved and became friends with while we were there on the trip. Entertainment team- Danny and Tony! Pool Bar tenders- Marlon and Miguel Servers by the pool- Daniel All of the staff is amazing though! Sadly there was sargassum in the water so we couldn’t swim in the ocean, but luckily they have an amazing pool to enjoy!

Pool area concern
We have been to this resort in the past and liked it. This time around was disappointing especially in the pool area. The pool is in need of help. Old dirty cushions. Missing tile. Dirty pool, Wood beams looked to be falling apart. The entertainment on the other hand was the best we have seen.

Dream sapphire trip
Eleuterio was our best waiter the whole trip we are so happy to be served by him ! The hospitality was amazing. It was our honeymoon and he took good care of us

Family vacation
Overall the place is pretty nice it is clean, there is not much ac other than in the rooms and there needs some upgrades like door locks and the food was par.
