Great service, very sub par food, and dated hotel.
Although eh service is excellent, the resort is dated and sub par for what you pay. We paid $700 per night, for that price, I believe we could have gotten better food, a newer resort, and more amenities at the resort. Frankly, I was bored out of my mind. If you are not a pool person, there is really noting else to do. There are no, boats, no jet skies, no kayaks, no bikes. You are 30 minutes from the airport and 60 minutes from Downtown Cancun. Sure the resort offers all of the amenities mentioned above, but they are offsite and at very inflated prices. I would find something closer to the hotel zone where there is a lot more to do.

Amazing experience
We lived this resort and the new Indigo section! We had so much fun and highly recommend Dreams Sapphire! Alfredo, Eduardo, Ismail, Isla at the Hibaci were so great and we loved every second of it. All of the staff is very friendly and the service is impeccable.

FANTASTIC
Eduardo, Ismael, Alfredo and Isla were outstanding! The food and service were phenomenal! We enjoyed every minute! It was my daughter’s 30th birthday and Alfredo sang happy birthday in Spanish and it was amazing! Keep up the great work everything was fantastic!

Service is impeccable
Amazing service- Alfredo Ismael Edwardo and victor are wonderful hosts/servers. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the service has been a large part in that. Thank you thank you thank you thank you. Food has been great, drinks are great, overall wonderful.

Gratas vacaciones
La comida en todos los restaurantes es riquísima, todos los colaboradores son súper amables, el hotel siempre está limpio y la experiencia en el restaurante de tepanyaki fue espectacular con Alfredo y sus compañeros. Hay muchas actividades para realizar!!!
