Lovely hotel - ignore any negative reviews!
I have just returned from this hotel and have to say it was lovely. ALL of the staff are amazing, with nothing too much trouble. They were always smiling and helpful. Food is tasty (no chips - what a pleasant change!). Room was cool and comfortable and WIFI was really good and free throughout the hotel grounds. The only thing I was disappointed with was the beach - it was fine for a dip, but I like to snorkel and this was not possible. The reef is about half a mile out (too far to swim to) and you have to pay to be taken out there by boat, which is fair but expensive if you want to go every day. The spa is very expensive as they are used to charging prices the Americans don't mind paying. Small gripes though, as this hotel is really very good.

Reception
We traveled for a wedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful, specifically Eleuterio. He was one of the servers at the reception and was outstanding. He hustled all night and made sure everyone was attended to. Great job.

May 2026 - Dreams Sapphire Stay
Wonderful resort with great amenities for our room, atmosphere, service and food/drinks. We received top tier service throughout our stay from various workers including our friend, Zaqueo. Always on top of it with friendly and quick service. Would definitely recommend Dreams Sapphire for its location/proximity from the airport and for great value. Clean all throughout.

Dreamy vacation
Amazing vacation spot. Very dreamy. Good ambiance amazing staff enjoyable for all ages. Pool was big good layout. Was a very relaxing place with good entertainment as well. Would definitely stay again!
