Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa

Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We upgraded to Preferred and it was well worth it, we made full use of the a la carte breakfasts, adults only preferred pool and the preferred lounge. The wildlife around the hotel is very cute. We were in block 3 which was nice and close to all the amenities. The smell of the seaweed did get a bit overwhelming sometime but not enough to ruin our holiday in any way. I think the hotel was at about 60% occupancy, it felt lovely and quiet (although the main pool always looked very busy). We had to wait for dinner most nights but it wasn’t a problem as we put our names on the waiting list then went for a drink. Most nights we ate around 8pm. The evening shows were great, the dj in the sports bar was a nice touch if we fancied a dance. The food was AMAZING! The Italian, French and Asian restaurants were so good and the quality and presentation of the food was perfect. We ate breakfast in the preferred areas most mornings and although the menus choices were limited it was so tasty we kept going back. Lunch in the Bluewater Grill overlooking the sea was great. We did eat at the buffet a couple of times and found the choices and quality to be good. We also ate at the snack bar by the main oool a few times and that was lovely too. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had the best experience at this Dreams! The staff made our anniversary trip and family wedding perfect! Special thanks to the spa team, Moises, Francisco, Eduardo, Leonardo, Adriana, Gabriella, Daniel, Yurson, Dania and Sergio aka Brown Sugar! The wedding team did a fantastic job on the wedding we were there to attend! They also worked sun up to sundown cleaning up the Sargassum on the beach with the barricade and tractors! Although we were super sad we didn’t get to swim in the ocean they made up for it by all the pool options as a preferred Indigo! Seeing posts now it looks like all their hard work paid off and the beach looks beautiful! The food options seem limited but that was the most we’ve ever eaten even with my picky eater. They’re always willing to remove or add something and we loved El Patio for breakfast! Everyone was friendly, helpful and we would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful experience at the resort. We had breakfast daily at the blue water grill and the staff were so pleasant and wonderful to us and especially the children. They made us feel like family. Thank you Eduardo, Matteo, Eloy and Julio. The entertainment was amazing and there was never a dull moment. The activities were both for the adults and kids. Great experience, great people, good food, and good service. Overall a very enjoyable experience and had no real complaints. We would definitely come back!
