Good overall visit
If you’re there for the beach you’ll have to visit isle mujeres to have a clean and beautiful beach. The seaweed is really bad right now. They try to be honest with the tractor rakes but it doesn’t help much. The resort itself was very nice and family oriented

Relaxing Trip Thanks to Friendly Staff
A brilliant stay, helped by friendly staff who went out of their way to make our holiday as relaxing as possible. We were greeted and made to feel so welcome when we arrived. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a well stocked fridge. There was a mixture of activities and entertainment every day - some was aimed at children and families specifically but there was still plenty for us to do when we wanted a break from relaxing. This is the second Dreams we've stayed at, and it met our high expectations and is somewhere we would come back to again. A special thank you to Israel in the World Cafe, and Christal and Laura at the bar and beach. We will be back again one day!

Dream Wedding at Dreams Sapphire
I had the most beautifully perfect wedding at Dreams Sapphire. It was a dream and I wish I could relive it 10 more times. My ceremony was at the pergola and it was stunning. I would recommend this resort to anyone traveling to mexico for vacation or for any couples looking for a destination wedding location. The resort is beautiful and there is plenty to do. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I cant wait to return next April for my 1 year anniversary. They upgraded our room and it was one of the nicest rooms ive ever stayed in.

Awesome holiday
I don’t no were to start it was amazing from start to finish, the room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were so attentive and eager to help , the entertainment crew absolutely rocked mar,Michele,Tony,Abraham,Sergio,eduardo,david,Armos all kept the place rocking day & night ,with the volleyball,water polo , aqua aerobics ,and all the crazy games daily ,they made our holiday special,much love to all of them The food was amazing,the guys at the swim up bar Jose,Miguel looked after us brilliantly I can’t fault the hotel or the staff in anyway ,all ready booked for next year It will be our fourth time returning
