A great resort overall located not too far from CUN airport. Most of the drive actually is mainly from the entrance of the hotel until you get to the hotel itself. The atmosphere is great with great welcoming show with a nice vibe all around the hotel. I love the small stalls they have throughout the hotel with different types of drinks and some speciality drinks. Rooms are spacious with modern design and incredibly clean. They include a lot of amenities such as toothbrush with tooth paste and some hygienic amenities. A great selections of restaurants, I was not able to dine at all the restaurants as we were there only for 4 days, but every restaurant we tried was excellent. In terms of noise it can get pretty noisy at times as it is a family resort, but during our stay the noise level did not reach to an intolerable level. The only downsides were first I would say is the nightly entertainment is pretty average, maybe because it's a hotel rather than a resort, but past dinner time, there is barely anything to do other than just staying by the bar. The second downside I would say is the beach. The fact that there is a hill I'm not personally a fan of. The good thing is that it is quite a long clean beach where someone can walk or jog along. The water however is not the typical turquoise color that you might find somewhere else in Riviera Maya and the sand is not as soft either. That's why overall I would give it 4/5

Overall it was a good experience. Our server by the pool Erick was the BEST - super friendly and always had a smile on his face even in the really hot sun. He came with drinks/food really fast. Remembered who we were and what our order was which was really sweet. Really hope to see him again if we go back. 10/10 for Erick. Our server Quan in the buffet was amazing. Such a great personality and made us laugh. Very quick and made sure we were well taken care of. The bartenders Saul and Carols made our drinks perfectly and were a blast. The hotel was nice with friendly staff. The lobby is stunning and clean. Loved the coffee bar in the lobby - the lattes were great. I do wish they had more for entertainment in the evening. There was so much space outside that could have been utilized with shows ect. But the silent disco was pretty fun! Room service was extremely slow when ordered later at night - up to 2 hours to wait for food. There was a day where our room didn’t get cleaned which was strange but also not a big deal. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and my boyfriend left with pretty bad lower back pain when we got back home. The towels in the room are really rough on the skin so after getting some sun that didn’t feel great haha. The food was fine. Nothing special. But if you have a sweet tooth like I do you will be disappointed - their desserts are not good. Pastry’s in the morning by the coffee bar are good though. Not sure if we’ll be back because there’s not a ton of stuff to do during the day/night. The adult only section was blocked off the entire time we were there which was disappointing because we were hoping for one later party night but oh well. Definitely not a party resort and more kid/family friendly.

Excellent stay. We went to Celebrate our 51st Wedding anniversary. Had a wonderful Time. As a Hilton Diamond Member we got upgraded and were given a bottle of White Wine & choclates covered Raspberies on the Anniversary Date. As a Courtsey to us the first night speciality Restrauant was also reserved for us. We ate Several times over 7 days at Vela the Buffet Restrauant and always found something interesting and nice. We dinned at the other Restrauants too and enjoyed the food. Views from the room were good facing the sea and the pool. Staff were very helpful, the Coincerge assisted me to return to the Airport after I had difficulty getting a app based ride to the airport. Enjoyed the seven days we were there. Strongly recommend this Hilton All Inclusive Hotel and we are planning to return in March 2026 for another week.

Yvan was great. One of the best overall meals we ate during our stay. Steak was well cooked as well as the sides. Quick and friendly service.
