We had an amazing first-time experience in Cancun, especially staying at an all-inclusive resort. The variety of food and drinks was excellent. A big shoutout to Raymundo and David, our servers—they were outstanding! Friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. They kept our drinks full and checked in with perfect timing. Their warm and welcoming attitude made every meal feel special. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at the hilton. Staff are attentive and accommodating. Special thanks to Juan Rolando in guest services. He has made our stay comfortable especially due to allergies in our family. Thank you Juan! Another mention for Guadalupe in La Luce restaurant. He is exceptional and he even helped us set our daughter up on some chairs when she fell asleep at dinner. He is kind and knowledgable and an asset to the team at the Hilton and La Luce. We loved our high floor corner room with beautiful views over the pool and beach. The pool is perfect with the perfect balance of kids and adult activities and also keeping the relaxed atmosphere. We only stayed in the main pool on the kids pool side as we have a toddler, so I am not sure about the other side pool during the day. There was some fun entertainment in the evenings too. Big shoutout to Nico and Gustavo. They are great at their jobs and made our stay much more enjoyable! I wish there were more vegan options as we paid all inclusive and there wasn’t even ice cream to eat. They did accommodate, but it takes away from the all inclusive experience when you have to ask for a treat. No vegan desserts in Vela main restaurant for lunch or dinner for 10 days and the same vegan desserts were brought out some days for me. There was no vegan yoghurt at breakfast but they did source vegan cheese. We couldn’t really use the poolside food options like burgers, hot dogs and burritos as they didn’t have vegan options. They did make a vegan burrito without cheese but they cook it all on the same plate as the meat so this really put us off as the food tasted like meat. Overall a lovely stay and the resort is beautiful. Great staff and fun entertainment.

We spent two weeks here and had a brilliant time. This is genuinely a place I could return to over and over again. Rooms and property are well designed, modern and clean. Beautiful infinity pools with no shortage of loungers. Kids loved the splash pool. Restaurants were great (except for the steak one!) with ample availability. I would have been satisfied with them even if it was not an all inclusive resort. Great kids club. No bugs in sight. Great service from all staff, both attentive and fast. Really impressive all round. A great stay with no aggravation. Special mentions go to Maria and Jaime at onboarding, Jeho at La Luce and Adalizet at Vela who all went above and beyond for us. I will mention that the beach is very small and a lot of seaweed washes up on it which staff do try to remove but it’s impossible to keep it completely clean with the amount that washes up. This didn’t bother us but may be important to know if you want to spend a lot of time on the beach. Also, I’m not sure if the pools are heated but they could be pretty cold, even on days with 30 degree heat if there was a lot of wind. They have hot tubs though if the main pools are too cold.

We went to the Hilton Cancun during spring break and had a great experience. The hotel is very well maintained and the decorations are modern and stylish. The restaurants are very good for a resort standard, I specially recommend the steakhouse and Italian ones. I only wish they had a tennis or pickleball court, it would have made our stay even better.
