Great first time
My family with teens had a great time for our first time in Cancun. Food was great and the activities were super fun! Yodhir had great energy and patience as he gave my family Spanish lessons and led various other activities. We had a great time!

My work experience
This is my second year, coming in working with Fitness vacations to come in to teach Spin and Boot Camp. Everybody makes me feel very welcome. Everybody so kind and patient with me. It makes me feel like it’s a home away from home. The staff was exceptional helpful! David from the concierge Angel from the lobby nighttime bar And the Michael Jackson from the resort unforgettable people. Also shout out to William from the fitness center. Very professional and great energy. Looking forward to coming back in a few few years. Please give everybody their credit in this review

Mostly wonderful but not accessible
The facility is beautiful and the employees are fantastic. The chilequiles and ceviche were fabulous on the buffet. My complaints are about accessibility. I walk with a cane and found the limestone tiles in the bathroom and on our patio extremely slippery when wet , which was most of the time. I also found the amphitheater impossible to access safe safely.

La Luce Restaurant
La Luce restaurant at the Hilton Cancun all-inclusive is delicious and wonderful. Montoserrat and all the servers are so kind and absolutely great! I highly recommend.
