Hilton Cancun, an All Inclusive Resort

Israel of La Luce was a excellent waiter who made us feel so well taken care of. Took the time to get to know us in order to give us good drink recommendations! Explained the ingredients and shared so much insight about the menu!

We’ve just returned from a fab 2 week family holiday. We upgraded to an ocean view room on the 4th floor and were so glad we did as the views were amazing. The hotel is fantastic even though it’s not a huge complex. That said, we weren’t tripping up over people and felt there was room for everyone. We spent lots of time at the pool and Veronica made our stay perfect ensuring we always had a drink or whatever we needed. The staff here are what makes it. It’s definitely worth booking in at the restaurants and our favourite was the Steakhouse. The buffet was perfect for breakfast and lunch but much smaller than you’d find at the big complex’s but there was always so much food on offer. We used room service a couple of times and this being included on the AI was a nice touch. I’d definitely return to this hotel as it had everything we needed (2 adults and 2 children).

We just returned from a fabulous week at the beautiful Hilton Cancún ! The Hilton is a fairly new resort only opened in 2021 and everything looks like new. The rooms were spacious, clean and our complimentary bar fridge was always topped up with our favourites. The beds were super comfy and you could order room service if your heart desired. The food was fabulous our favourites were La Luce, Maxal and of course Auma (the yummy steak house) Our waiters at all of the restaurants were great, speedy and friendly!!! Make sure to book your reservations early for these ones so you don’t miss out! We also enjoyed the quesadilla station of the buffet for breakfast, the smoothie bar was fun and of course lots of tacos!!! I was recently at the Hilton for a fitness exchange and got to know a lot of the entertainment and fitness crew! Big shout out to Angel, Rocko and Saul for going above and beyond making me fell welcome, setup and your kindness was definitely felt! You can really tell Rocko loves what he does when he’s teaching Pilates or morning yoga! I would not hesitate to recommend the Hilton to my friends and family

Joel Josas was the best in making any smoothies! Delicious!! Everything was fresh and mind blowing. He also was always very friendly with great sense of humor!!! Whatever you desire he would delivered. Strongly recommend to stop by his station and enjoy any of his delicious drinks
