Close to the airport and to La Isla Mall. Huge hotel with many restaurants and good food. The rooms are nice and spacious. Would be nice if there could be evening entertainment apart from the bar only. One of the hotel staff Javier Bellmon was very efficient with his work. A big thumbs up👍👍👍 to him. Thank you Hilton Cancun and see you soon

Had a great time. We had a good time with Yadhir at archery and the food was great.

I’m writing this review as soon I’ve checked out of the hotel. I know they’re going to respond with their generic “we will take your feedback into consideration blah blah blah” but it needs to be said. If you’re a Latino coming from the states you’ll have a terrible time. I’m Latino, spoke courteously to staff in Spanish but their service to me compared to other guests was visibly and obviously different. At MULTIPLE bars bartenders refused to give me canned water. They said it was unavailable when I saw others with cans of water right next to the bar. In the evening time when the bar gets extremely busy, they ignored me while helping everyone else out. The also refused to give me Bohemia which was available but they’d say it wasn’t. I was tipping, I was courteous. It didn’t matter. They saw me as lesser. When others came to the bar they were greeted with a smile and extremely welcoming. When I came to the bar the opposite happened. When I asked for a drink there was no acknowledgement of “yes be out in a bit” just an unfriendly nod. I travel exclusively with Hilton and I’m a Diamond member. This is without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive. If you’re latino coming from the states, I strongly recommend you find somewhere else.

We brought a group of 20 people for an onsite wedding. Wedding was $20k plus cost of rooms. I traveled solo and my cost for 5 days was $2700. Hotel lost reservation and despite me having proof and email confirmation from wedding coordinator they wouldn’t honor and made me pay another $2700 (usd) for a lesser room (not enclave) for two days staff refused to give me a phone number of manager or even their email. If this is how they treat a group that spent $40,000 imagine how they might treat you.
