A bar in the lobby had the worst customer service I have ever seen in a hotel. Ordered a drink and water from the ceiling above dropped into my glass. Told the male bar worker (Joel) who replied “So, just means your blessed. Asked him to change my drink, he spilt it down the sink and walked off”. If it was so blessed I asked him to drink it as he could do with the luck. RUDE!

This resort is perfect for families. Overall, the staff were kind and always greeted us with warm smiles, making every encounter a pleasant experience. What stood out the most was Antonio at the lobby bar—his coffee cocktail and the way he explained and served it with such warmth and friendliness will always stay in my memory. I’ve visited more than twenty resorts in Cancun, but this is the first time I felt compelled to leave a review because it was that memorable. As a trip with a baby, it was so good that we would definitely want to return. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, and I know that sometimes people may not like the sound of a baby crying. However, the staff here were always understanding, proactive in solving any issues, and went out of their way to reassure us and check several times to make sure our baby was doing well. From Antonio and the café staff, to the restaurant staff, the front office team, and the online chat support—everyone was so friendly. It was a wonderful trip, and I highly recommend this resort, especially for families traveling with little ones.
