Love this place! Delicious food, attentive staff, and beautiful facilities!
Absolutely wonderful! Every minute was excellent! We loved hanging out at our beach cabana and getting a hotdog from Parfi the hotdog guy every day! He always has a smile and a joke! Every restaurant is delicious and the place is stunning!

This trip wouldn’t be as good as it was without the amazing food and my favorite was this burger stand located just past the hidden garden only around during lunch time he makes the best burgers I’ve ever had

A perfect celebration
This was our first time at Live Aqua and it was a special trip for my daughter and I in celebration of her college graduation. It was nothing short of amazing. We have never been treated with such fantastic customer concern and service. We highly recommend the Aqua Club rooms that provide a butler. Ours was Stephany and she was attentive to all of our needs and every question. She helped us with our dinner reservations, cabana reservations and even with a little special room decor for my daughter. It was perfect. My daughter would like to give a special shout out to Marco, the amazing smoothie guy. She had his creations every day and couldn't stop talking about him and his craft. We can't wait for our next time. Thank you to Stephany and the entire Live Aqua staff.

Quick get-away
My husband and I had a great 5 day trip recently! We were returning visitors (first went in 2021) to Live Aqua and our vacation exceeded our expectations. We reserved a suite and were upgraded free of charge to the Presidential Suite! What a fabulous treat in and of itself! The service we received from our butlers Arturo and Stefany was outstanding and made our trip even more enjoyable. The upgrade was not the reason they were so attentive. They went above for us and we saw them do the same for others as well. They checked in with us via WhatsApp which was perfect. They were there when/if we needed anything but let us enjoy our time without being intrusive, which was exactly what we wanted. In addition to the service, we enjoyed great food, a wine pairing, and a couples massage at the spa. This get away was a perfect few days of rest and relaxation in Cancun!
