Good value
Not bad for the price, this property is mostly a timeshare. Not a high end resort but a good value on a budget. I wouldn’t plan on this property for romantic getaway.

The Royal Cancun and its staff getting better year after year.
I have lost track of how many vacations we have spent at the Royal Cancún (CIC). But I can confirm that it gets better every year. The facilities are impeccable and the food is outstanding, as always. However, their best feature is still their staff, all of them, without exceptions. Jeremías Chi, Reynaldo KC and Vicente Velazquez at the Reception. Nadia Balam as the Villa Housekeeper. Rafael, Lizbet and Oscar at the Market Store. Patricia, Miriam and Eliseo at the Pool and Playa Bar and Grill. Mizael, Omar and Pascual at the Sports Desk and Laundry. Juan at the Lifeguard Tower/Stand. Last but not least, Fidel Narvaez, at La Palapa, who made our dining experiences truly special with his kindness and patience for a big family of picky eaters! All of them are just fantastic. Looking forward to seeing them all again in 2026!

Great winter break in Mexico at the Royal Cancun
Super friendly staff, great big suite type rooms with a full kitchen, comfortably sleeps 5. The all inclusive option proved to be the best option with kids. The resort is very safe and the kids could roam freely and be independent (10+) . This time we also had to accommodate for my daughter's celiac and found a very knowledgeable and understanding staff who worked with us and were always willing to help. Highly recommended!!

KIDS CLUB!!! Beyond amazing. Corina and Paula are so dedicated to the kids and create an amazing, safe environment. This is NOT a party central spring break destination, it’s a chill but active haven. Keep the secret. I will return again and again.

The Royal Cancun All Inclusive Resort experience
The Royal Cancun All-Suites Resort is very well managed. The food at LapaLapa and La Trattoria was delicious and offered a great variety. In addition to our experience at the Royal Cancun, we also enjoyed the food at the Royal Sands Resort, particularly at Hacienda Sisal, where the service was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay.
