I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay. As a hospitality industry professional, I value constructive feedback and believe it is essential for maintaining high service standards.Our room was spectacular, the view was amazing, and the concierge team was excellent. However, because we paid for an all-inclusive package for a one-day stay, the rest of our experience fell short of expectations.While lunch was amazing, the food quality at dinner and breakfast was lacking. Furthermore, the dining service lacked warmth. Ironically, we received much better, more attentive service from our food runner than our assigned waiter, though we tipped both.Most importantly, we were celebrating my daughter’s first birthday. I requested a crib and noted the celebration in our booking notes. Upon arrival, the crib was missing, forcing me to call down for delivery, and no effort was made to recognize her milestone birthday.Excellent service is what creates loyal guests, but unfortunately, we did not leave with that feeling. I hope this feedback helps your team refine its operations.

Loved our time at The Royal Cancún. Resort was beautiful and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only thing is that we did not like the location because of the road noise. We had the lagoon view, but basically it's the parking lot and road. Carlos was extremely helpful and kind. We loved on Chichen Itza excursion with Marion through Thomas More Travel. Highly recommend!

Nice resort, but... Spent there from June 13th till June 20th, 2026. NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. Came there with gastro intestinal problem from a prior resort. When received an Account Bill, noticed that I was wrongly charged for rafly $160 USD for eating/drinking at one of their eateries, while I physically couldn't due to my gastric problems. Spoke about it to a manager. She produced a receipt with forged signature where attempt to make it look like mine was definately made. So, I told her that there was a problem at the resort. At least 2 people were involved: one from services with an access to my signature and another at their eatery. One of them had to have a knowledge that I was not ""All inclusive guest," as well. Although my charges were cancelled Im not sure they initiated any investigation in regards the above vrime: impersonating and forging.

Staff here is unmatched. I’ve had multiple stays here since 2011 and I’m afraid if I praise this place too strongly too many folks might want to come. It’s much more beautiful here than many of the photos online depict. We had an excellent vacation with safe and easy transportation with Thomas More (tip: go online and sign up for Thomas more transportation to the resort from the airport and don’t get sucked in to talking with all the very talented but motivated salespeople when you get off your plane) then schedule your ride back to the airport with them during your vacation, it was relatively inexpensive [~50USD for a private van], safe, and staff is very accommodating and friendly. This resort is also a really easy walking distance from some great restaurants like hijos de la tostada and others! It’s beach front and has two really nice pools.
