Amazing hotel for families with kids
We have two kids (6 and 4 years old) and this is the best hotel we ever stayed in as a family. Everything is so close by and convenient: beach, pools, food, etc. The main highlight for us was the Kids' Club with its teachers: Corina and Sulma. Our kids had so much fun and different craft activities in there. They painted t-shirts, made keychains, drew pictures, and did other awesome things like flowers, pen holders, and whatnot. My son kept talking about Corina even after we arrived back home in the US. Thank you very much for being so wonderful to the kids and for creating these unforgettable memories for our family. When we travel to Cancun again, we will be definitely staying at Royal Cancun All Suite Resort. Highly recommend and don't forget to stop by the Kids' Club!

Great Resort Terrible Food
Beautiful Resort but you will have to go out for lunch and diner. Every year it's the only complaint. I'm a Time Share Member for over 30 years.

Overall the resort is excellent whoever is the new gardener has done a fabulous job this year. The ground absolutely beautiful. The flowers are gorgeous and breathtaking. Maids do a tremendous job. Absolutely wonderful. The only thing that was very much a disappointment was the market prices went up 40% And the restaurant prices went up 40% so they force you to go buy groceries our property and it forces you to go eat at restaurants on property because I do not get my moneys worth to do an all inclusive.

Good Time Had by All
Been enjoying this place since 1982. It is always as expected. More peaceful than its sister property, the Royal Sands. Lots of opportunities to visit Mayan sites and engage in water activities. Fun activities on a daily basis. Rooms cleaned on a daily basis. Waitstaff, especially Patricia, are attentive and quick. Activities directors - Charly, Paola and Alex are fun and personable.

Lovely Family Holiday in Cancun
An amazing holiday in Cancun. The hotel was lovely and the whole family had a great time. I would recommend this hotel and Cancun is beautiful.
