Lovely beach getaway
An older style resport with villas walking out to the beach or pool. Absolutely pristine condition. Clean and well maintained. Excellent staff who were courteous and spoke English (for the most art). I felt safe. The food was good and the beach was beautiful.

A number of activities for young children, good base from which to go to special venues, friendly staff but need better orientation to various activities and how to access. nice environment to chill out.

Family vacation
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids club staff especially, Paola and Corina. The kids had a great time with them and swimming in the pool. Overall great vacation!

Smaller but nice resort
It was a good experience staying in Royal Cancún. The resort was clean, quiet in the night, the water was shallow with seaweeds during this season. but we can use the beach in the neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also had the opportunity to enjoy the food, beverage and facilities in Royal Sands, which is the sister resort. Recommended.

Margaritas and Relaxation on the beach
The rooms were spacious and clean. The. Housekeeper came every day and made sure our refrigerator was stocked with beverages. Customer service was excellent and they made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We were able to go to their sister hotel The Royal Sands and enjoy their amenities, that was included in our all inclusive package. We had a great time.
