The Royal Cancun All Suites Resort

Our family had an incredible experience at the Royal Cancun! This was our second year and it was even better than the first. The rooms and grounds are immaculate- the 2 BR, 2 Bath Master Villa was so spacious and perfect for our family of 5. Ocean view could not be beat!The staff is friendly and professional (shout out to Corina in Kids Club and Sergio at Hacienda Sisal for making our experience extra special), the food was delicious and the activities were engaging and fun! We will definitely be back!

The Royal Cancun continues to exceed expectations. This is unique gem nestled in the busy Hotel Zone offering true Mexican hacienda flavor and experience to your vacation. This is not my first visit here and will not be my last. The Villa's are beautiful, the property is just spectacular, the amenities are numerous and the staff are second to none. I highly recommend a stay at this resort at least once in a person's lifetime.

Great week here,lovely big rooms and clean and quiet resort.Pools lovely and on the beach too.Food was nice.Nora who cleaned our room was great.Only warning a lot of these are timeshare owned and the average age is over 60 but I would go back.Not a place for young party animals.All in All very nice.

Can’t say enough good things about this resort so I’ll list them. For context, my first time as a family of 4 out of the country although my wife and I have extensive travel experience in Latin America and Europe. -super attentive staff -great great food -variety in adult and kid activities -super calm vibe in whole resort -many eating and drinking options (1 main buffet/restaurant, one fine dining, many other snack/beach bar options plus attentive wait staff to bring you whatever you need wherever you are!) -all inclusive bracelet is 100% worth it. -kids club was awesome, every day my girls (4 and 8) asked “what is the kids club today”. They have activities all day 9-5 and most are free. The paid ones are very reasonable like $3 for key chain craft. I sorta hung around and they were like, no, you can go and we will let you know when they are done so my wife and I went to the pool to read!) -I enjoyed playing BlackJack with David and the guests. -it was fun to shuttle to Royal Sands for the kids water park and a different beach view and vibe. -room service was very good and 24/7 -easy to leave a tip on your bill Then square up as the end. Can’t wait to go back! Shout out to Hector at La Palapa and Corina and Paula at kids club! Los amamos!!!
