Great Family Vacation!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Royal Cancun All Suites from 8/3-8/9. We stayed in a beachfront suite, which was lovely. We did the Refine All-Inclusive package, which I highly recommend. The refrigerator was stocked daily with beer, soda, and bottled water. We ate on-site each evening rotating between La Palapa (excellent buffet), La Trattoria (amazing steak roquefort and tiramisu), and room service (we ordered pizza every time!). Our favorite bar was the sports bar--Pedro was the best bartender! The pools and beach were perfect for our kids (ages 7 and 3). Gloria Requena was our maid and she was also fantastic! The room was immaculately clean every day. We rode the shuttle one day to go to Royal Sands and visit the Aqua Park, which had 2 slides for older kids/adults, and a smaller water play structure with slides for little kids. The Royal Cancun had a quieter, chiller feel than Royal Sands. Overall, we loved this place!

Carlos the bartender at the pool bar was amazing! Fabulous drinks! Great service. He makes specialty shots and knows how to mix! He is friendly and deserves a shout out!!!

Bad experience
Bad experience, I am a Holyday inn club vacation almost 12 years. This is my my 1st bad experience in Cancun visit with my family.

An experience that’s just right for whatever you want!
This was a Vaca / Birthday in Cancun, Mexico. The Royal Cancun was quaint with easy access to activities you want. We would def go back. 🥰 🌴 🥳 Salas was amazing for our snorkel and paddle boat lessons! Daniel and Sara were gracious hosts for our meals in the restaurant. Our service woman for our room was very thorough. Our concierge, Alfredo, gave us all of the tips and handled scheduling to make our experience a memorable one. And the bar staff made our pool visits extra fun.
