The Royal Cancun All Suites Resort

We loved our room, which had a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, one bath, and a sink in one room. It had a great view from all windows. The clay tennis courts were just below our room, and there were plenty of activities. Carlos (Charly) was a wonderful Salsa Dance and water aerobics instructor! He made sure everyone was engaged. We also tried stand up paddle boarding, and the staff were very helpful getting us started. The buffet breakfast was great, as well as the poolside food. Only drawback was a noisy air conditioner. Putting it on the low setting helped. Overall, fantastic vacation!

I’ve been here three times, and the only reason I keep coming back is the villa it’s very spacious, and the property is small enough that it’s just steps away from the beach. Unfortunately, the service has gotten worse each time. The staff are unhelpful, rude, and even refuse service. Hector at the Palapa was especially rude I did not appreciate the way he responded when I asked for help. The bartender even refused to give us a drink coz he insisted us to order from the waiter that doesn't exist. Beach service is extremely slow it can take up to an hour just to get a couple of drinks. The rooms are large and comfortable, but the poor service ruins the experience.

I would like to give recommendation to the staff working at the Royal Cancun at the Palapa server especially to Alfredo who is our server for mostly during our entire stay. He is very jolly and very accomodating to our needs. Our housekeeper Candelario who always keep our villa clean everyday. This is the reason why clients like us would want to continue visiting Mexico our second home away from home because you make us feel welcome and very warm people. We look forward to see everyone again!!

As a long time Royal Resorts owner/ member, I am happy to continue visiting my home away from home. I feel so lucky to have seen the evolution of the resorts. Royal Resorts are a place I will continue to visit for years to come.

Nice place bad location. The area was very run down. We were walkers and did not feel comfortable leaving the property. They did offer a shuttle to spend time at the Royal Sands which is in a nicer location. Did get stuck in a 2 1/2 hour sales grilling which was supposed to be a presentation of future plans for the resort. Upside, take the whale shark trip. This is the best think we have ever done in Mexico.
