Loved Our Stay
Absolutely love everything about this resort. It is beautiful, extremely clean, the entire staff is warm and friendly. It is quiet and peaceful and the pool and beach are beautiful. There are two restaurants on site with tons of other options available.

I enjoyed the activities that were included like ping-pong, dancing. Carlos was a really a good teacher and entertainer. Jeremías made me feel welcome. He was always smiling and really kind and helpful. Alicia cleaned our room really well and was very kind and talkative to us.

Great stay!
We had a great stay at the Royal Cancún. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean. Food and drinks were enjoyable. Jeremias Chi was very nice, friendly and super helpful! Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I have been visiting Cancun annually since 1988. We look forward to our trips each year and have been impressed with how the city has grown and improved. During our time in Cancun, we have stayed at the Grand Residences, the Royal Sands, but we prefer the laid back pace at Royal Cancun. During our many years of visiting, we have become acquainted with a few of the employees at the Royal Cancun. In particular, Renaldo, the bellman at the entrance. has provided excellent information regarding local attractions, taxi fares and has always taken good care of us throughout our stay. Sharon in the Palapa restaurant and Leydi the housekeeper have also been very professional and friendly.
