Excellent service with Pedro at Seasons restaurant in Sandos. Food was good and attention to details by all the servers. I had the shrimp bisque soup and the new-York steak. Everything was could has it should be. I recommand that place if you get a chance.

We had a lot of fun, the activities every day were very entertaining, the restaurants served very good food, most of all, the service was awesome. I really enjoyed the restaurant Seasons, our server was Lorenzo, he was super nice, accommodating and polite.

Room service will be late 30-60min every time. Deiago at the pool will only help You if you speak Spanish. We ordered many things and once did we recieve our order. The app is terrible and doesn’t work half the time. The girls that check you in at the dinning hall are very rude. The heavier set guy that works the desk in the afternoon is also very rude if you are white American. There is some incredible staff here that do not deserve this review that should go somewhere to be appreciated as they should. The managers treat the working staff like slaves. I saw a manager drinking on the job. They were also renovating/painting our entire floor and had us spelling these awful fumes all week. This places is far from luxury! Shout out to Jose at the pool for excellent service! The one star is not because him as he is outstanding!!!

Beachfront Breakfast was always wonderful at Sandos Cancún. Guarneros was our waiter each morning and made sure we had mimosas and coffee ready to go. He catered to our every need. Thank you Guarneros for making our trip so memorable! We will be back to see you again! 💙

Not what I expected for the stars given to this place. Food in buffet is horrible. Many amenities are broken, drinks are ok but for coffee you should only use the machine in your room. Room is clean beds comfortable but pillows not so much. Entrainment is also for a 3 star hotel . I ordered chicken soup from room service and it was horrible they cut chicken breast used in my sandwich and two vegetables and add plain hot water. Photo is included. Pools are great and the beach area is beautiful. I don’t recommend the steak house food was not good. But the Japanese place was ok. Italian restaurant didn’t try. The bathroom by the bar Two is completely broken doors not closing and wall is falling. The terrace doors couldn’t open easily or close.
