The location on the ocean is amazing. But the very best part of Sandos is the employees! They are kind and so very helpful. The front desk staff, Alice,Lesli and Reyes were extra special and did everything they could to make my stay great and memorable.

I really enjoy this hotel. It’s my second time here and sometimes when when you still have to work, but do you need a little sunlight and a little fun break for a couple days? Also, this hotel is the perfect match. It’s a smaller hotel with great energy and great people working here. so whether you’re looking to do some work or some quiet relaxing it’s here or if you want to have a little bit more fun with some music there’s also a decent vibe here . The Hotel is definitely not the newest or most fancy, But it has everything you need is a great balance, good food, great pools, great beaches, relaxing, and mixed in with a little bit of music & fun. Big thanks to Leslie at the front desk when I checked in late night due to a delayed flight (11pm), she was courteous and polite and extremely helpful with helping me get my room and set me up with some late night, food, etc. Very thankful . The pool entertainment team with Emanuel and Carlos and the rest of the team here is awesome!! Even though I am solo travelling, doing a little online work, I always feel welcome when I do join in with the water sports or some of the games/parties, etc. everyone is so welcoming always! Big thanks to everyone from the bartenders, waiters, cleaning staff to the gentleman working the towels are all Great! Thanks you…. An unexpected gem. We just returned from a week at Sandos and cannot say enough about the hotel and their wonderful staff. Clarissa maintained our room for the week. She was in and out in a flash and it was spotless. The waitstaff was attentive and always on point. The food and drinks were good. The infinity pools were always clean, cool and refreshing under the beautiful sunny sky. The grounds were well-maintained and there was plenty of seating. Gabriel was always around by the pools if you needed a cold drink or two. The beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs and cabana beds and drink service always there when you wanted anything. St. Trop is right by the pool/beach with plenty of variety to keep you satisfied when you were hungry and needed a break from he sun. This place won't break the bank and you'll have a wonderful time.
