I can’t help but admire the wonderful experience my girlfriend and I had during our first visit to this remarkable resort. It exceeded all our expectations! The all-inclusive setup was simply fantastic, and the level of service we experienced was truly exceptional. Our concierge, Sebastian, stood out with his outstanding dedication and attention to detail—he made our stay unforgettable. The food was another highlight that left us in awe. The variety in the restaurants was impressive, featuring high-end cuisine that delighted our palates. We also appreciated the on-the-go dining options, which allowed us to savor great meals without missing out on activities. What really took our experience to the next level was the stunning beach proposal that they helped me arrange for my now-fiancée. It was nothing short of magical, and the resort team was incredibly attentive to all my wishes, ensuring every detail was perfect. Mariana, in particular, was a true superstar in making it all come together beautifully! This resort has certainly earned a special place in our hearts, and I admire everything they did to make our stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

The AC issue is real. According to an employee the master suites consistently have ac issues. We stayed for a week and every day even with blinds and doors closed 100% of the time our room never cooled below 74. In the afternoons it was 78-82. It’s a shame because we chose the room for the beautiful views. Food and service were good but would not return to this resort.

Very clean and the staff are so helpful. Clean room and fantastic food at all the restaurants. Would definitely like to return for another vacation.

The overall experience was one of a kind. From the time we got out of the van from transportation until we checked out. It was a great experience. When it was time to go, we were sad, but we also knew where we planned to come the next time we are afforded the opportunity to enjoy some adult down time. The seaweed was massive, but it did not impact our overall experience, with four pools to enjoy-who needs the sand.

Juan at the cabanas was amazing. We even added another day of cabanas due to the great experience. Our biggest issue with our stay was that we booked the preferred club and our room was placed right outside the preferred club lounge. Every noise could be heard from our room as early as 6 am and late at night. This was disturbing and disappointing to not have the ability to have quality sleep after we spent a lot of money for our honeymoon.
