Body Holiday-Le Sport Resort & Spa — ★★★★★ Saint Lucia · From the moment we arrived at the resort, it was clear this was going to be something special. Body Holiday exceeded every expectation — a rare feat for a destination with our level of anticipation built up around it. We were there for two weeks to celebrate our anniversary and the staff at Body Holiday went out of their way to make our celebration a memorable one. The staff were the undeniable heart of the experience. Our suite attendant greeted us by name within minutes of arrival. Charlise always served us with a caring smile. Pauline made our aqua fitness classes refreshing and fun. Management clearly cultivates a culture of care, not just professionalism. The facilities were immaculate and thoughtfully designed. Three pools including an infinity pool cascade toward the turquoise sea. The spa center boasts 33 massage rooms and offers professional treatments. The SPA facility also includes a Wellness center. The fitness pavilion offers the latest in resistance training equipment and staffed with competent instructors. Nothing felt overcrowded, a testament to the resort's intelligent layout and capacity management. For activities, we barely scratched the surface. Over 45!! different land and water activities are listed daily on the chalk board. Morning walks, cycling, yoga, Tai Chi, archery, afternoon snorkelling right there by the stunning beach, catamaran, kayaking, water skiing, tubing, sunset cruises, and beach volleyball tournaments kept the days full and joyful. The activities team was enthusiastic without being pushy — you could choose your own pace entirely. And the food? Exceptional. An incredible variety of healthy food selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast spread alone — with fresh tropical fruit, made-to-order omelettes, and house-baked pastries — would justify returning. Cocktail hour at the beach bar as the sun dipped below the horizon is something we'll be talking about for years. Add entertainment every night and you’ve got yourself a truly unique and memorable experience. Travelling today can be precarious and expensive. We all want “value for our money”. Be careful as their website is a marketing trap! Some rooms are renovated which you will end up paying A LOT more. The room that we got was advertised as a “luxury fully renovated room.” It was NOT!!!! Mold covered the bathroom, towels and linens needed to be thrown out. Mattress old. They refused to accommodate us in anyway basically telling us to leave. They did NOTHING to make up for the lies, deception and fraud. See photos…

This was our third visit to the Body Holiday and we had a fantastic stay! The grounds are beautifully maintained while staying authentic to the area and the natural beauty of the resort is clear to see from every aspect. The daily activities schedule is extensive yet it's equally welcomed if you want to relax by the pool or beach or indulge in spa time. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to ensure that your holiday is relaxing and that you leave planning your return trip! The rooms are clean, spacious and offer a relaxing haven with stunning views of the resort. The transfer from UVF international airport is worth being aware of (it can take around 90 minutes with some winding roads!) but the taxi drivers do their best to make this manageable and you'll forget all about it the minute you step foot in the resort!

My sister and I decided to take this vacation together to relax and rest from busy lifestyle. Bodyholiday did not disappoint. We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind, the room was very clean ( it does need an update), the food choices were vast. We enjoyed the spa however the spa treatments should’ve 50 minutes and some of them we felt were cut short by 5-10 minutes- we brought this to the spa concierge and our concerns were resolved. Also the workouts were nice - not very intense and only 45 minutes. I would recommend scheduling spa later in the day this way workouts can be done in the morning and afternoon. We are definitely going again!

My wife and I had a fabulous stay at BodyHoliday in St. Lucia. From the staff, the food, the spa and the beach, all were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this resort not only for their on-site activities but also for the relaxing atmosphere.
