We loved this resort! My husband and I came last year and we loved it so much we came back this year, and brought some friends. Now they are all planning to come back next year with their grown kids. The place is beautiful. It's as pretty as any place we've found in Hawaii. And the view from our balcony - wow! There were plenty of beach chairs, so we grabbed on in the morning and hung out there or in the open air restaurants or bars through the day. It wasn't even hot in August because there's a sea breeze all day. We love snorkeling, and their bay has a big roped off area with beautiful snorkeling over the lava rock on right side of the huge sandy beach. No swim out required, as the good snorkeling starts just a few feet from shore, and it attracts all kinds of different fish. The resort also has all kinds of fitness activities. We did the morning group walks that happen every day. They were about 3 to 5 miles, I think, and they have a fast person in the front leading and a relaxed person bringing up the rear for the slower walkers. It was perfect - my fast walking cousin got her hard cardio workout up front, and my husband an I chilled out in the back. Then we usually did a stretch class. But my cousin ran off to play pickleball. They also had yoga classes, a really fun and energetic water aerobics class in the pool twice a day that I loved, tennis, archery, a beach fit boot camp type thing on the beach in the morning for the diehards, volleyball, and, oh, a cooking class and a cocktail making class on some days, and much more that I can't remember because there are like 30 activities happening every day. Plus you can use their kayaks or paddleboards, their hobie cat mini catamaran things if you know how to or want to learn how to sail a hobie cat. They take people tubing and water skiing in the ocean too. And then, everyday, you get a free massage. And all of that stuff, plus the food, drinks, most alcohol is included. The food is delicious and plentiful. A lot of it is Caribbean inspired, and they have buffets and also sit down restaurants. They have such nice veggie and salad bar choices, which I love. It was easy to get plenty of fruits and vegetables on this trip, unlike on a lot of our vacations where you come home craving vegetables because you couldn't find many on your trip. Also plenty of not so healthy choices, like delicious barbequed ribs and lots of yummy desserts. They have thought of everything for everyone. We will be back!

Our family of 3 have just returned from an amazing 11 night stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The food, activities, treatments and staff are all outstanding. We cannot wait to return to this little haven of paradise. Thank you Body Holiday for some wonderful memories.

I traveled with my sister from Miami and had the most amazing stay at BodyHoliday. The resort is absolutely beautiful with lush surroundings and stunning ocean views. I highly recommend booking an ocean view room. This was my first all-inclusive beach and wellness vacation but 7 nights was not nearly long enough. The Ayurvedic Shirodhara treatment was a standout experience (I’m a yoga teacher so appreciate Ayurveda) and the community tables at meals were such a nice touch for meeting new people, especially as a solo traveler. BodyHoliday has a warm, community oriented atmosphere and every day was filled with fun activities, great people, and a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. I cannot wait to come back.

Another wonderful stay at The Body Holiday. Spa treatments have improved significantly. Each one was of a high quality; the following therapists were particularly good: Samia, Charlene and Rhianna. Nardlyn on reception put a smile on my face every day - so lovely and helpful. The food seems to have slipped somewhat in quality at The Pavilion Grill, which is a shame and on several days, the hot food wasn't put out at the main buffet - likely as occupancy was low, but wasn't a change I liked. Food at Cariblue, the Wellness Cafe and Tao was as excellent as ever, as was the service, which was outstanding. Special mention to Rashid who is always so attentive and happy. Ashleigh Nelson was a great choice for guest presenter. Super interesting and friendly with lots of good tips. Whilst we missed seeing some of the old bodyguards, JC, Tyrell and Darren kept us smiling. Thanks to all for another amazing stay.

The resort is exactly what the name implies, it’s a “body holiday”, meaning you go there to relax your body and work on being healthy. What this *IS NOT* is a party place where you go drinking all day and partying at night. I will start with the weakest things about the resort. - Entertainment is very weak and poor. - The alcoholic drinks are just really bad. Usually watered down and badly made. My advice - stick to bottles beer and wine But that’s okay, because you are not there to go nuts drinking and partying. You are there to get healthy and stay fit and relax. Which brings me to the good and strongest things about the resort. - Great beach - Great Staff - Very good food - Very healthy food - Lots of great choices of food - Very good health drinks. Smoothies and so on. - Lots of activities planned. They start from early morning and end around 6ish. - Everything from boot camp to volleyball to golf to yoga and so on. - Very clean rooms. - Very good AC that works well all the time. - There is also a big spa massage complex on the resort where you get treatments. The clientele: The people who go there are quite a wide range .. from some young couples and solo travellers to families with teenage kids to older middle aged and older couples as well as older solo travellers. I would say the age range swings a little more towards the older and mature crowd. You can’t take a boombox and blast Vybz Kartel on the beach. It just won’t go over well. Overall a great experience for me. No real complaints. Weather was great 90% of the time. Some minor oddities: - it’s *mostly* all inclusive. They do this strange thing where they have two menus. The regular all inclusive and the paid menu. I don’t get it. I guess it’s a thing with some resorts. - The place is actually not that big. The pics and map make it look much bigger than it is. You can walk from one side to the other in less than 10 mins. You can do the advertised “hike” in less than 30 mins if you walk briskly
