BodyHoliday All-Inclusive is one of the World’s best spas, that also turns out to be one of the world’s most pleasurable holidays. It has been a pioneering concept in the hospitality industry since it first opened in 1988 and continues to win major industry awards. It’s become well known for its unique approach to well-being and BodyHoliday continues to deliver on its promise; ‘Give us your body for a week and we’ll give you back your mind”. The resort provides a great beach holiday, supported by luxurious rooms and delicious cuisine, but it is far more than that; it is also designed to be the most relaxing and rejuvenating wellness holiday in the world. One thing to remember is that when you stay here you can enjoy a spa treatment every day included with your room rate. As a resort in the all-inclusive beach market, its spa and fitness facilites exceed that of any resort anywhere in the world. In the wellness market it equals the best on offer and one of its signature facilities-“Pavitra” is certainly the only genuine Ayurvedic temple in the West Indies.

Wonderful holiday. Guests and staff lovely. Choices to do activities, classes or have treatments all day or relax by the pools, beach or beautiful ocean. No pressure. Food wine cocktails delicious. Lots of choice. Loved the steel band and saxophonist. We relaxed and enjoyed everything minute.

After 11 years I returned to TheBodyholiday and found it even more magical than I had expected- the beach, the sea, the food and the classes and treatments were fabulous! Most of the staff were brilliant with a few exceptions at the spa reception - however, the spa manager made sure that my experience was not affected by that, thank you! We went on some boat trips - snorkeling and sunset cruising- which were well organised and great fun. We also took advantage of the watersports on the beach and swam to the little local reef in the hotel's bay. The bedroom was well appointed and perfectly clean (4th floor) and well insulated from the outside where the ?crickets ?frogs were having a full song and dance in the evenings...once the balcony door was closed there was nothing to disturb a blissful sleep, thank you to all at the Bodyholiday for my wonderful week, I will definitely be back!

I travelled to BodyHoliday in December of 2025. There was a group of 8 of us and I can say that this review echoes all of us. From the moment we were greeted at the Welcome Pavillion to the day that we left I cannot say enough about about this resort. We took advantage of many classes and all the instructors were superb. Our favorite was spinning in the Tree House. Pilates was amazing too as well as stretching. We all loved the food and many healthy options available. Staff were wonderful, helpful and pleasure to deal with. I have read in some other reviews that some staff were not as friendly and I would agree on that point. There was a time when we were ignored for service for close to 30 min at the Pavilion. We left without food or drinks. Supervisors caught up with us shortly after and apologized. It happens, it's a busy place and we didn't let this 1 hick-up ruin our vacation. Overall, a superb week and we are most definitely looking to return this year !

They say ‘third time a charm’ but sadly that is not the case for our third visit here. We last went in 2016 as a family of four and we all remember a vibrant and busy resort staffed by people who really want you to have an amazing time. They have clearly all left and this time we found most staff, particularly in the food and beverage department, to be brusque and surly. There were a few exceptions of course but mostly we were made to feel as if we were a bit of a nuisance. Another poster has made similar observations but we prefer to feedback whilst in the resort, so my husband spoke to a duty manager at the end of our first day. He promised it would be escalated to the General Manager but we now know it was simply put on the system as a ‘glitch’ and seemingly ignored. Given that two different guests said the same thing in one week, we assumed that the GM would want reach out to us to explore further but this didn’t happen. The resort itself is in need of an upgrade and we left feeling very sad that the place our family remembers as so special has changed. We will not return.

My husband and I have just returned two weeks ago from a great holiday here. It was a very friendly resort with sport & activities all day if you wanted it. The USP is the daily massage treatment included up at the beautiful wellness centre there. The whole place could possibly do with a renovation to be honest but hen it would have to close down and we wouldn't be able to go back next year! The food was all lovely as was the service. The beach was fantastic and generally at the resort there was a laid back feeling with no rules. If anything to say it would be that the evening entertainment is lacking. The beach DJ was very good (better if the lady singer with him who had a beautiful voice just sang and didn't tell us how we should live our lives - bit strange). The stage and dancing area at the Pavillion needs rethinking - it could have been fantastic but it felt like a Butlins space and there was no atmosphere for the poor singers/players and possibly it was on a bit too late? Maybe could do with some Caribbean vibes - beach dancing to reggae music and a rum punch shack, etc? A special shout out to those who went above and beyond in our view - Patricia in management, Neil in tennis, Hannah in Wellness, Pauline in fitness, Lee and Shaun in service.
