Had a great experience at Stolen time. The staff were amazing. Danielle at concierge was the highlight of our visit. She was amazing, warm and friendly. Her smile and composure wow. She made our day. Not forgetting our bar tender Glen and waitress Gena. The were very nice. We will return soon.

A very beautiful hotel with fantastic staff who could not do enough for you. The location was idyllic with a stunning beach and fantastic gardens. There was a lovely selection of food and drink and we found we were constantly spoilt for choice. There was a bit of confusion regarding some of the vegetarian options and a lack of meat alternatives but no one went hungry ( one of our party is a vegetarian that doesn't eat fish). Because it's a small hotel we never had an issue getting a spot on the beach, by the pool or the lazy river. There were absolutely loads if activities on every day which we didn't really utilise as we were here for a completely horizontal trip but so much to keep you busy. We used the gym once which was modern and well looked after. In terms of negatives the room we stayed in was looking a bit tired. The furniture was a bit battered and in general it needed a bit of a tidy up/ refresh but it was clean and housekeeping did a great job. These were very small things overall. We did some of the excursions which I felt were slightly pricey. The snorkeling was great but it felt quite short and I would have liked a longer day. I have paid the same price for snorkeling trips in other places that lasted double that amount of time. Many people we met were returning visitors over several years with staff recognising them. It was a lovely welcoming atmosphere and we would absolutely come back.

Our first time in St. Lucia and only stayed 3 nights before moving south to Anse Chastanet. After an exhausting 13 hour trip we got off to a rocky start when our cottage wasn't ready for more than an hour past check-in time, and when finally ready, the receptionist brought the wrong key. However, after that, everything became perfection. We have traveled all over the Caribbean, Mexico, Australia and the US, and the service here is exceptional. Everyone is friendly and constantly checking to see if you need anything, no matter if you are at a restaurant, on the beach, or just in passing. The gorgeous landscaping is constantly tended, room cleaning is always thorough and prompt, and the activities staff is knowledgeable and fun. Some have commented on the couple of dogs, children, and occasional horses on the beach or the tree frogs at night. These and the few on-site cats all enhance the unique charm of Stolentime. If you don't like these things, best to find someplace else. However, if you crave beauty and serenity blended with as many activities as you can imagine and great food, come here.
