Just back from another great holiday at StolenTime, St Lucia. Our third visit and I'm sure this won't be our last, straight from the start we felt relaxed and all the wonderful staff were very welcoming. Stunning location right on the beach, which is public but even on weekends never busy. Food is great in all restaurants, love the Malabar for great views at lunchtime and wonderful service, day and night and also the main restaurant The Terrace, a great variety of buffet and also a la carte dining. The Tyme restaurant is opened in the evenings and is air conditioned, usually visit only once as for us we prefer the other restaurants. We always book the garden veranda rooms upper floor overlooking the gorgeous gardens and sea beyond. Great size room with huge veranda, table and two chairs plus a double sunbed. Hairdryer provided along with white robes and slippers, iron and ironing board. Plugs are the same as uk so not need for adapters. Great list of activities everyday, so you can do as much or as little as you wish. Love the champagne bar opened from 7pm each evening, its quite unique and a great way to start the evening and meet other guests, and learn a little about the champagnes on offer each evening. Many return guests, the same as us and that is due mainly to the great service with wonderful happy staff, always there with a smile and a dance to the music, putting everyone in the holiday mood. We will return soon its a special place, with special people.🥰

StolenTime is near the town of Castries and right next to a small airport. Police sirens can be heard throughout the resort. Small planes fly over head. The beach is public so locals come in along with cruise ship people. There are stray dogs (4) that walk the beach and pee on the beach chairs. There are also stray cats that wonder the resort. They are all friendly. The resort is nice not large but well-kept. There are security guards on the beach keeping non resort people off the chairs and out of the restaurants. The food and service is good and the staff is friendly. We had a garden terrace room on the second floor. The terrace was nice. The room was a good size. I didn't like that the bathroom which was part of the bedroom with the tub next to the bed and a rather small shower and only one sink with no room to put anything.

This was one of our favourite places to visit as local honeymooners. From the time we arrived on the property, we were treated like royalty. The natural surroundings seemed untouched with the amazing sounds of birds and Vigie Beach nearby. From the food, to the amenities, we had an unforgettable stay. Oh! Not forgetting how spotless our room was with both housekeeping and turn-down services. Since this was our first time at Stolentime, we promise to return for our anniversary. If you are considering an all-inclusive property with value for your money, I highly recommend Stolentime.

In our humble opinion this has to be one of the best hotels in the world. Okay it is not ultra luxurious when compared to many other hotels but it has a magic ingredient that the majority of hotels can only strive to achieve. We think the philosophy comes from the simple fact that the hotel is not corporately owned, marketed or managed. Being owned by s St Lucian family clearly makes all the difference and long may it last. The magic of the location on Malabar Beach, the gardens superbly looked after, the constant smiles of the staff just keep on adding value to your holiday. Malabar Beach restaurant was out standing both at lunch and dinner, one simply could not fault the cooking or service. Thyme was again faultless, the very old fashioned decor just adds to the ambiance although we felt dress standards could have been applied a little more rigidly The terrace restaurant was generally very satisfactory although at times the cooking was a little inconsistent, but that is the problem with buffet restaurants. On a personal note we wish Caribbean hotels would stop doing barbecues as invariably the food that would have been served on the buffet is transferred outside, quality suffers! We first visited this hotel in October 1970, then known as the Malabar Beach Club, but still owned by the same family. We have stayed many times since and always appreciate the warm welcome we receive It is unfair to pick out staff of particular note when the majority provide such excellent service but we feel it would be remiss not to mention Sara, Gladstone and Johnson in the Malabar restaurant, Chrissie and Tana on the beach and Al in the gardens, thank you you all added to our enjoyment Yes a couple of niggles, lack of water pressure in the bathroom, the staff in the concierge office could be a little inflexible and did not communicate well and finally we felt Senior Management could have been a little more visible. And something you cannot control the superior entitled attitude of the B A cabin crew who were particularly selfish at breakfast

Had a great experience at Stolen time. The staff were amazing. Danielle at concierge was the highlight of our visit. She was amazing, warm and friendly. Her smile and composure wow. She made our day. Not forgetting our bar tender Glen and waitress Gena. The were very nice. We will return soon.
