Warning- you will be disappointed.
Don’t even bother. Pick Dreams which was right next door to this resort. The food was terrible and the grounds are not well kept. We went 4 days with no refill of water in our mini bar. We called for room service and were told no they were too busy. The pool was filled with debris and dead lizards floating around. This was the worst vacation choice I have made in 20 years. I am a member of their vacation club. We weren’t even offered an upgraded room at check in like the non members were for 200.00. So we get penalized for buying in?? Skip this place. I’m telling you.

Beautiful beach! Nice secluded south on island away from town! Good food; not too much partying. Relaxing.. tranquil..

rent an Airbnb or stay at a differnt resort.
Very run down. Pools were not very clean and they were falling apart around the steps and top edge. was suppose to have the mini bar stocked daily and it was not. We never got any more liquor. The water was partially stocked. Some days housekeeping even skipped our room.

Aaron and Paula (the activity directors) and Vicky (the girl who took our poolside order) were the absolute best people ever! The made the experience a time to remember and we will definitely be back!

I had the best time at dreams cozumel cape resort & spa!! Aaron was our absolute favorite person on this trip !! I would recommend him to everyone! he showed up around he played volleyball with us he is truly amazing. vicky was an amazing waitress and catered to our every need !! WE LOVE MS VICKY AND AARON💗💗💗

Truly a five star place - the resort never seemed crowded and maintained a quiet vibe. The food was outstanding at every meal. I would recommend this resort to anyone at any time without blinking. We will definitely return to this resort.
