The most magnificent island to visit in the BVI's. A truly magical and special experience being with the Guana Island staff. The chef is amazing. The beach boys, other staff, and cleanliness are all out of this world perfect. Truly unbelievably impressed.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The epitome of barefoot luxury with a home away from home feel. The staff were friendly and always available to help without being overbearing. Arrival and departure were handled seamlessly. Our room was very clean and comfortable and really did feel like a home away from home. The food was spectacular! We will absolutely be back!

Guana is amazing and special. The resort and staff are also the best. It feels like you are in a natural wonderland and they take care of you like you are royalty. We will definitely be back.

Spectacular hidden boutique resort in the BVI. A private island. Idyllic beaches. Spectacular hiking trails. Great food. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Friendly, attentive employees who proved that "island time," in terms of service, does not apply at this particular BVI resort. Special hint; take the tour of the on-island farm that produces much of the food served. Sample multiple varieties of bananas, mango and tropical spices, direct from the soil. Don't be frightened by the large Iguanas that are the island's namesake. Although they look like remnants from Jurassic Park, they are actually harmless... and scurry away the moment they see you.

If I had to describe our first trip to Guana Island in one word, it would be “perfect”. Flying directly into Tortola and the transfer over to Guana was very easy and a smooth process. The resort is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. They truly do everything they can to make your stay the very best. We stayed in the Anegada #3 sea cottage with a pool and it was great. The views were amazing and it was very quiet and private and great to have the pool with the cottage. Things we did and would highly recommend are: - We did several different hikes and they were challenging and very scenic. - Toured the orchard on our own and it is well marked and very interesting. - The meals are great and the dinner setting is very beautiful and a great experience. Dinner includes a bottle of wine. - White bay beach is beautiful and easily accessible and very private. On the beach services are great. - My wife had a massage at the spa and really enjoyed it, very relaxing. - Our last night, we did the Garden of Eden dinner which is a little more secluded and really enjoyed it, highly recommend. - Met a lot of other guests at the resort and enjoyed getting to know them better throughout our visit. - We did a one day excursion and went over to Virgin Gorda and Saba Rock. I would stay on Island for the most part because it is so perfect, but we really enjoyed our one day excursion and learned a lot more about the BVI in general. The staff at Guana were absolutely great and do everything they can possibly do to make your stay the very best. While I can’t name everybody, Sampson was very welcoming and helpful, Jackson seemed to be everywhere and was very helpful and Collette was very friendly and helpful. The entire beach and meal staffs were absolutely the best. As you can tell, I highly recommend Guana Island as a great relaxing and fun vacation spot!

The best vacation of our lives without a doubt. Kayaking and hiking around the island was a great adventure. Snorkeling and White Bay Beach were highlights. The views were amazing and sunsets no words can describe. We will miss April and the entire staff on Guana!

Another fabulous trip to Guana. It is the little changes each year that keep on making our visits more and more special. Our 41st anniversary, most memorable...plan to keep coming up to and including our 50th!

Our appreciation to everyone at Guana Island for making our visit so special...our family enjoyed the luxury of having the island to ourselves, and equally enjoyed the company of the wonderful staff. Our thanks to the Jarecki's for continuing to share this amazing place. My parents have long enjoyed this sacred spot - we now know why, first hand. We can't imagine celebrating our 25th anniversary any other way! Thank you everyone. We will return.
