Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets

We absolutely loved our honeymoon at Impression. The service and views are what make the price point. We made such great connections with all of the workers and truly felt relaxed by the pool or on the beach. We were looking for a place that we could relax and wouldn’t struggle to find the perfect beach chair. We found that at Impression. Our room was beautiful, the resort was beautiful, our food was great, and the vibes were wonderful. I would recommend this resort to any couple looking for a relaxing nom crowded vacation.

Impressions Isla Mujeres is perhaps the most luxurious and elegant beach resort in the world. Pure luxury. The roof top pool, with lounge beds, rooftop bar and bed are unsurpassed in Latin America. Pure luxury, with views of Isla Mujeres Coastline and Punta Sur, across to the full extent of the Cancun skyline from Punta Cancun to Costa Mujeres to Isla Blanca!! There is a bar with a full wall of backlit translucent honey onyx bar back. Stunning! Built on a hill overlooking the ocean, the hotel has pools, restaurants draping down the hill to the beach snd and a marina/dock area. You are transported from puerto Juarez marina to the hotel via catamaran. It creates quite an impression when you approach this magnificent hotel conceived by owner Jorge Macari! The rooms are stunning. Quite the place! And the food is outstanding!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived on their catamaran taxi, the resort wrapped us in a wonderful atmosphere and ambiance that felt both elegant and deeply relaxing. The design is stunning—think Santorini-inspired white curves, dramatic ocean views, and a serene, adults-only vibe that makes you forget the outside world exists. The property is impeccably clean and luxurious in every detail. The suites are spacious and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches that make you feel truly pampered. We loved the beautiful beach with its soft sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, perfect for swimming and lounging. With multiple pools to choose from—including breathtaking infinity pools overlooking the Caribbean—we could always find the ideal spot to unwind, whether we wanted lively energy or quiet seclusion. Dining was a highlight. The fabulous Italian restaurant delivered outstanding flavors and ambiance, and the teppanyaki experience was equally memorable—fun, interactive, and delicious. Every meal we had across the resort was top-notch. A huge part of what made our stay exceptional was the expert butler service. We were incredibly fortunate to have Amairani as our butler. Her attention to detail and timeliness were impeccable—she anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and handled everything with warmth and professionalism. On the very few occasions when she wasn’t on property, her assistant Angel stepped in seamlessly and was equally helpful and attentive. Overall, this is a tremendous resort that delivers a world-class luxury experience. The combination of stunning location, pristine amenities, exceptional food, and outstanding service makes it one of the best all-inclusive resorts we’ve ever visited. We’re already counting down the days until our prompt return later this year—we can’t wait to go back! Highly recommended for couples seeking romance, relaxation, and five-star indulgence.
