We just got back Wednesday from a 4 night stay at this hotel. To start off the staff that picked us up from the airport to take us to the dock was very polite and the car was very clean. It was a pleasant experience. The staff at the dock before boarding the catamaran were also very polite they had a bar with drinks and snacks. We enjoyed the catamaran ride the waters are turquoise. When we got to the hotel we got a tour and Raffa was our assigned butler. Raffa made our experience a 10/10 he made sure we were well taken care of throughout our entire stay. He would check up on us a few times a day. Raffa recommended us a few things to do outside of the hotel like watching the sunrise and renting a golf cart. Raffa made sure to be there until the moment we got in the car to go back to the airport on our last day. He was a super cool and helpful butler. The food at the hotel was great and reservations were always available for any restaurant we wanted at whatever time we wanted. Our room 1310 had an amazing view. We loved the wellness oriented activities that they had specially the sound bath meditation with Francco who was so sweet and very talented at what he does! We loved hanging out at the heated pool by Spezia and also at the private beach. We never had an issue finding a beach bed. We rented a golf cart for $100 which was very fun. I would totally come back again to this hotel..

A wonderful stay at this special place. The views are magical, the service is exceptional and the staff meets all your needs. The general manager Mr. Essafi, Ritik and the entire staff provide a memorial experience.

We visited this hotel for the first time and we were not disappointed. The views are stunning. The rooms are wonderful. We were treated with care. Our butler Vienna was wonderful and took care of anything that we needed in no time. When she was off Widzenon did a splendid job as well. We spent many days by the pool and German the pool attendant made sure that our spots in the shade were ready for us when we arrived. We had a specialty dinner in the wine room of Woodfire and the restaurant made sure it was truly special and made us a flamebee dessert that was not on the menu. It was so good we went back to the wine room twice. All of the restaurant were excellent and the food by the pool provided by the Mercado were phenomenal for pool food. All of the bartenders and wait staff were wonderful. Irving, Jacob and Annie truly stand out as exceptional. We will definitely be back as we are UVC members but there are so many resorts to go to it might be an awhile.

My husband and I just got back from celebrating our 15 year anniversary here and we would definitely go back! This was our first all-inclusive resort and the experience was grand! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing, calming, and beautiful getaway for yourself or as a couple. This place is a beautiful little oasis where you are pampered and can take a true break for a while! Everything from location, to decor, to dining, feels very luxurious and they create a very beauitful and calming atmosphere by complementing and including the beautiful nature around the resort. Every guest gets assigned butlers to help them with anything they might need. Zelma greated us upon arrival and her friendly face immediately put me at ease. She helped get me into that relaxing vacation mindset after our boat transfer was a little bumpy due to rough seas (I tend to get sea sick but thankfully I made it). Zelma and David were so friendly and so helpful and helped us schedule activities and things to experience the kind of vacation we wanted. If we get to go back, I want to request this duo again!

Another stunning trip to Impressions. This was our second time back (and we don’t like to repeat but couldn’t resist going back). Wonderful and accomodating staff, including our butlers, Angel and Amairani. Abraham/AB was a treat as always and we enjoyed many of the activities. We will return!
