Breathtaking!
We had an amazing experience with the 9am-5pm all inclusive day pass ! Everyone was extremely friendly and the setting is breathtaking.

Our honeymoon experience
This resort was phenomenal. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Food was incredible as well. I went in expecting just typical resort food, but my newlywed wife and I were both very impressed with the food. Our butlers, Edgar and Erick (in one of the pictures), were both very friendly, nice, responsive, and attentive to all our requests and questions. Erick originally met us at the dock, made us feel welcomed and gave us a great tour. Any messages we left for either, they responded in minutes. We will miss them as people, not just employees of the resort. If we get the chance to go back, we hope to work with them again. My wife also has many food allergies. Erick took note of them all after he showed us to our room, and every restaurant in the resort knew about them as we as we were greeted. Cannot recommend this place enough. They truly live up to their reputation that they earned. There were also a lot of activities available as part of the experience.

The resort is amazing, extremely clean, great restaurants, and relaxing. Edgar and Erick were our butlers and they were all about great service! The guest experiences manager also on top of his Game!!! All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and just great. Our experience was first class. And that truly is saying something, we travel Ritz-Carlton style...
