Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets

My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend a week at this spectacular resort. We've been to several all inclusive resorts and this one is by far our favorite, with gorgeous views, spectacular architecture around every corner, thoughtful amenities, VIP service, and some of the best food we have eaten anywhere in the world. We felt like VIPs all week as we came to know the friendly and attentive staff, and they came to know us and anticipate our needs and desires. Truly everyone went above and beyond at every encounter. I should have made note of everyone's names, but we would like to especially thank our Butlers Erick and Edgar who made sure we were taken care of each day. We spent many hours on the rooftop and looked forward to seeing Hermes for our daily mocktails and virgin mojitos. We had wonderful service from Carlos in Wildfire, and Eric in Vista. Maribal greeted us at several restaurants for dinner. And each and every member of the Entertainment staff was fabulous! Thank you so much to Abraham, Franco, April, Adrian, and everyone else for hosting such memorable, thoughful, curated experiences! It was a joy to practice yoga every morning in the gorgeous Temple, experience Sound Baths and meditations, workshops, dancing, and more. I especially loved my first Ice Bath experience. If you are wondering if Impression Isla Mujeres will live up to its reputation as the most instagrammable hotel in the world, you won't be disappointed. And you won't regret spending any length of time at his fabulous resort. We can't wait to go back!

A fantastic place to have a little adventure, and a lot of relaxation! The available activities were excellent. I recommend borrowing a bike to ride to Punta Sur, and the golf cart rental to see the island. The on resort activities were also great, particularly the spa and snorkeling experience. The food was consistently great and the service was top notch!

This was by far our favorite all inclusive resort stay my wife and I have ever been to! The water was beautiful, the staff was kind, helpful, and very friendly! Amairani and Zelma were extremely friendly and always there if we needed anything! Amairani was even kind and thoughtful enough to remember to tell me which kind of mattress was in our room (I had asked the day we left and a couple days later when she found out, she remembered to tell me!). The food and drinks were among the best we’ve had on any vacation anywhere. As my wife and I a few times, “there is not a bad seat in the house”. The views from our room, all the pools, the beach, the restaurants, and bars, were all breathtaking. We loved the very chill and laid back atmosphere of the resort most. It allowed us to truly relax, reconnect, and connect with some awesome new people along the way who we will hopefully stay in touch with for a long time! We are already looking forward to going back!

Erick & Edgar were my butlers & they really made my birthday trip special! I felt very taken care of & valued. They coordinated a wonderful dinner with the chef (special request) from La Vista restaurant and IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL spread & display! I felt so special. Thank you so much. Also Andrei with the activity team was so fun (bike tour, cooking class, tequila tasting, brew & painting). The gentleman with the mixology class gave me wonderful vibes. I loved it! We definitely enjoyed hearing about the culture and appreciated the resort highlighting it. The bartender at the bar was so nice & got our order to us right away. I would highly recommend this resort! It doesn't get any better.

White Lotus for sure! The resort itself is beautiful with amazing views! We loved all of the available sitting areas, so nice! The service however was not great and the dinner restaurants were a disaster. Having 2 butlers was unnecessary for us and kind of inconvenient. I’d much prefer to book every meal/ spa service myself and have the butlers anticipate needs. Our room was never cleaned before 6pm. We had to ask for more water every day. On our last night our butler was in our room decorating it for our anniversary when we arrived back from dinner. Which was so sweet but it would have made more sense to have it done when we arrived on the first day and not 9pm the night before we leave. The hotel jacuzzi was dirty and never had a server all 4 days we were there. Our room had a hot tub which was a kiddie pool with no jets. Just standing water which mostly evaporated by the time we left. Hopefully it’s drained and cleaned between guests (yuck)! The service overall was just ok. When your price point is considered “luxury “ you should make people feel spoiled. The massage prices are really high. But we felt they were amazing so it was worth it! The hydrotherapy before was rushed and not relaxing at all. The dinner food was just blah. Mostly undercooked and inedible. We went to our room and ordered room service after every dinner. (Quesadillas were so good!) Saki’s teppanyaki show was overly sexual. A shrimp humping rice every minute got old and was uncomfortable. Overall the views were incredible but I think every resort on the island has the same views. I wouldn’t rush back here because I expected service and food to be better.
