This was our first time at Impression Isla Mujeres, by Secrets. This resort was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. There is plenty to do at this resort. The food was delicious and there were plenty of options. Our butlers, Ritik and Omar were on top of it. Anything we needed or questions we needed answered they were very helpful and friendly!

Amazing view, great room condition, fantastic foods If you want to best vacation, don’t hesitate. It’s one of the best resort I have never been. All of restaurants are good, especially Spezia is the best. Vogole is recommended ! The crews are very kind and skillful Pancho Francisco and Marco especially kind and they made a good memory. But one thing is ocean partial view room need to explain about view it has. (It is a opposite side of the ocean view room)

Our butlers Wedinzon & Josias were AMAZING. They were VERY helpful, thoughful, & patient. Wedinzon & Josias made certain to complete any task & if we had any problems it was handled without any hesitation. Thank you Wedinzon & Josias for making our 10 year anniversary AMAZING

This was the nicest all inclusive we’ve ever stayed at. The food, service, cleanliness, grounds were all perfect. The amenities were equally amazing. You can order food and drinks from anywhere, they’ll do your laundry at no additional charge — someone even came around to clean our sunglasses while sitting on the deck! Our butler, Angel, was top notch — he responded instantly and took care of our needs.

Travel - Ideally, it would be nice to plan flights that coordinate well with the times the boat leaves from the marina to the resort and form the resort to the marina. This was not an issue for us, but we did see people have to wait about two hours at the marina which personally, would not be ideal. - The boat ride was very seamless and calm for us. We were greeted when we arrived at the marina with snacks and beverages. Room - When we arrived to the resort, we did not have to worry about taking our luggage to our room which was so nice! We were greeted by one of our butlers who gave us a tour of the resort and answered any questions. Our room was very clean, stocked, and they even had a special dessert for our honeymoon. The view from our room was the island and a little bit of ocean. We didn’t spend much time in our room, so it was honestly perfect for us and not worth upgrading. - One area of growth for the resort is sometimes a lack of restocking the fridge, but when we asked our butler, they did it almost immediately for us. Service - Our butlers (Wedj and Josias) were 10/10. They always reached out via WhatsApp or in person. They booked every dinner and activity for us, as well as even went off resort in their free time to buy us special hats we liked:) we truly cannot say enough good things about them! - Housekeeping was great, you just have to make sure the service light is on. Food - I have multiple food allergies and they did great with this!! Many people asked about allergies before I even told them. - Drinks were delicious and strong! - We thought the food quality was great and had large portions. Our favorite dinner was Sake (the sushi restaurant). We absolutely loved the lunch spots El Mercado and the menu by the beach was fantastic. La vista has THE BEST view for dinner during sunset (they can reserve dinner during sunset for you). - Some people were irritated by how long dinners were ( I would say about 1 hour - 1.5 hours). But we weren’t bothered at all, we enjoyed our dinners and were in no rush to go anywhere lol. - Most of the time, we had wonderful services for food and drinks by the beach on the docs. There was one day where we had no service from anywhere on the doc which was interesting. Activities - We did not do any extra excursions that were not through the resort. - We did do the bike tour of the island through the resort and was one of our favorite things. They’re electric bikes so not much work and it’s only an hour. We toured the island, learned some history, and got to see some cool views. - We also did a mixology class where we watched someone make drinks and reach us about them, also pretty cool but nothing too crazy! Nighttime Entertainment - There are planned nighttime events every night. They are honestly as fun as you make them! Many people weren’t dancing but we met some other young couples and had so much fun with them on salsa night. Really just depends on the crowd! Overall, I would recommend this resort for any couple or girls trip! It is VERY relaxed and not a whole lot of activities to do. It was perfect for us, but if people want to adventure, probably not so much! We would also note that 5 nights was plenty. We did everything we wanted to do and it was the perfect amount of time.
