This resort & staff was amazing. From the day we arrived & and were met by our UVC Representative Eduardo & Bellman Oscar on the pier. We knew we were in paradise. We arrived early so we had a snack at Cocoa and met Luis & the Concierge Manager Alexander. We would continue to run into Alexander and he always greeted us with a smile & a hug. The next morning we headed to the pool and got our chairs where we met the pool Concierge Gilman. He was fantastic always greeted us every morning with a hug & he got us our towels & always made sure that our loungers were always in the shade. Our drink servers were Mickie who had us laughing all the time and always made sure our yeti’s were always filled with amazing drinks. Our other favorite server was the beautiful Regina. Beautiful smile and wonderful personality. We had breakfast at La Vista & our were our server was Erik. After our first breakfast order with him he remembered exactly what we wanted and every time we came in he knew what I wanted & always brought me some “Orejitta” cookies. I think we ate here 4 times and our other server who was amazing was Carlos. We ate bkfst at the rooftop restaurant called Unik… server was Erik & Ariana…. Amazing food & Great service!!! We would head back to the pool to chill & relax, with our favorite servers Regina, Mickie, Jobar. One afternoon we were invited to “Cooking With the General Mgr.” His name was Essefi Mourad. It was sooo much fun & even got invited to get up & cook with him along with other guests. There were 6 couples and was held at “ The Temple Bar”. Food was fantastic!!! One of our Concierge named Stefani set up a beautiful Private Sunset dinner in a private area of the Unik Restaurant. Had a wonderful bottle of wine, steak & shrimp with lemon risotto…. YUMMM YUMMM. A beautiful romantic dinner!! Fernando was our server and he was amazing!! We had several lunches at Unik and our servers were Carlos & Omar and our host was Sao at several of the restaurants we ate at. We had dinner at the Italian Restaurant “Spezia” a couple of times and they always accommodated me with dinners off the menu… & always a wonderful bottle of wine. Javier was our server whenever we ate there. He was amazing every time. One of the excursions that we did do was an event on the catamaran with beautiful music on his violin be Jen Herman. The day before we returned home Gilman & Alexander greeted us at the pool after lunch and surprised us with a wonderful chocolate cake decorated with with strawberries with & “Come Back Soon” I hope we got every one that waited on us…here are more servers that took care of us & always made us feel like family: Javier, Arthur (Coffee Shop with our coffee 7:30, every morning “,Hostess at Spezia Vanessa, server Carlos, UNIK Bar , Christian, UNIK bkfst, Erick & Arianna,, Jacob, Sunset Cruise, Abraham & Isaac, La Vista Hostess Arline, Sake Hostess Vanessa & server Jacob. I think I got everyone that made our trip unforgettable & we do plan on coming back, Thank you Familia, Steve & Sylvia

Perfection! Leo & Angel delivered above and beyond service! We had the most relaxing experience. Leo went wayyy out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. Angel lead several activities I attended and it was the most magical vacation. The beach, service, food and just environment was unforgettable!

The resort is breathtaking! The water looks fake it’s so stunning, the pools are incredible and the service is next level. Our butlers Amairani and Zelma were so lovely, and helped us with everything we needed. All the food was wonderful and we love the secret box for room service! Shout out to Eli, Carlos, Frankie, Jenner, Roman, April, Miguel and everyone else we forgot to name! We had the best time and will be back :)

Beautiful property. Excellent service. Our butlers, Zelma & Amairani, went above and beyond. 5 stars for both of them. We could not have ask for a better duo.

This hotel is more beautiful than the photos; the rooftop views are seriously breathtaking. The staff and service are lovely and welcoming, and a few special team members went above and beyond to make our stay exactly what we wanted. We are fortunate to have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and our butlers David and Angel are some of the best we’ve ever met. One of the beach and pool servers Noel took special to care to remember our preferences and had our favorite food and drinks delivered to us before we could even ask. The catamaran crew took great care of us on multiple joyrides to Cancún and back. We loved the Sunday brunch and the multiple DJ sets during our 4 night stay. The golf carts are a nice touch since the resort is on the opposite side of the island from the downtown area. We LOVED our stay here and will definitely be back.
