Our holiday was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by pure luxury in a beautiful hotel with breathtaking surroundings. The service was truly first class—warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome and ensured every detail was taken care of. The food was simply outstanding. We have dined at many high-end restaurants around the world, and we can honestly say the food here was the best we've ever had. Every restaurant exceeded our expectations, whether it was the steakhouse, Mexican, or Italian. Each meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The pool area is stunning, with incredible views overlooking the ocean, making it the perfect place to relax. The private beach is equally beautiful, peaceful, and immaculately maintained. We also loved the beautiful swim-up pool bar, which added to the luxurious atmosphere. The evening entertainment was fantastic and provided the perfect end to each day. Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and had every luxury you could ask for. Every aspect of the hotel reflected quality and elegance, making this a truly luxurious holiday. A special mention has to go to our wonderful butlers, Leo and Amy. They were absolutely amazing—always attentive, kind, and genuinely warm. They regularly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and nothing was ever too much trouble. We felt completely looked after and very happy in their hands. They truly made our holiday unforgettable. This was one of the most luxurious and memorable holidays we've ever had, and we cannot wait to return. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, exceptional food, and a truly five-star experience.

My wife and I traveled to Impression Isla Mujeres for our 20th anniversary. We'd stayed at several other high-end all-inclusives before, so expectations were high going in. This met them. We've been to resorts in Mexico several times and had looked across at Isla Mujeres from Playa Mujeres more than once, always saying we should check it out. It never worked out until this trip, and I'm glad we finally took it, since staying on the island gave us more reason to get out and explore. Punta Sur was picturesque, Playa Norte is worth a quick stop but gets crowded fast, and the eastern coastline makes for a good walk or golf-cart drive. The catamaran arrival is a fine introduction to the island. Being on the water for the trip in with the resort appearing as you get closer makes while the staff greets you on arrival makes for a grand entrance. Depending on your flight home though, it can mean an early start. Our return flight was 12:30 PM, so we took the first boat at 7 AM, which meant having luggage out by 6:20 AM. Account for this on your departure day. While initial check-in at the marina was good, things didn't go as smoothly once we made it to the resort. Our room wasn't ready until almost 4 PM, and when we got in, the door wasn't working right; opening it took considerable force and closing it took the same. The guest experience manager offered a room upgrade, a free golf-cart rental, and a romantic dinner for two. We declined the room upgrade since the room would have only been available the following day, and moving would have eaten into our trip. That was the only rough stretch of the week. Amy and Leo, our butlers, kept the week on track and memorable without us having to ask twice. The pool and beach concierges moved our umbrella on request whenever we wanted more shade or more sun and got us set up for the day in our preferred location. Restaurant and wait staff were attentive at every meal. The bar staff working the pools and beach made sure you had what you needed, when you needed it. The bartenders also provided great recommendations for what you were looking when it was time for a more formal cocktail. One thing to watch for: when the resort is at higher capacity, lounger space gets tight. We usually got what we wanted at the beach (with some minor snags), but the pools were another story, and we ended up skipping them or going much later in the day than we wanted. The concierges would help you look for space, but the usual problem showed up: towels and bags reserving loungers hours in advance, with nobody showing up until two or three hours after you'd already claimed a spot yourself that was in direct sun late in the day when you're looking for shade and water to beat the heat. The rooftop pool is worth the trip up for the view alone. Space is tight, so go early or go late if you want a spot to yourself. Sign up for the activities. The bike tour covered island history and culture and was worth the time. Tequila tasting has limited seats, so reserve it as soon as you can. You'll taste a few varieties and hear how it's made. My wife did the dream catcher workshop and brought one home for our daughter. We're not usually "night entertainment" people, but the steampunk fire show was worth catching, especially with the violinist and DJs playing alongside it. This is a boutique resort with a small beach. If you're used to long stretches of sand and rows of loungers, expect something different here. The dock loungers get you a good tan, but if you want long beach walks, you won't get them on-site. We made up for it with walks around the island, though July/August heat made that an early morning activity that still got hot. This was a great trip for a milestone anniversary. If the budget works for you, it's worth booking.

You could genuinely tell that they are passionate about what they do. David and Angel didn't just do their jobs, they showed us they truly cared every single day, and that kind of hospitality is rare and made all the difference. If you are considering Impression Isla Mujeres for a honeymoon, anniversary, or any special occasion, do not hesitate. This place is the real deal and the people who work here will make sure your stay is unforgettable. I recently spent a week at Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres, and it truly delivered a luxurious all-inclusive experience from start to finish. The vacation begins with a private catamaran ride from the mainland, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The resort features a beautiful private beach with lounge chairs, Bali beds, and complimentary water activities like paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling. From the beach, it’s an 81-step climb to the main level, passing multiple pools, restaurants, and bars along the way. The food was consistently gourmet, the cocktails were expertly crafted, and waiter service was available whether relaxing by the pool or the beach. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a large rain shower, plenty of storage, and a peaceful balcony. The daily wellness schedule included yoga, meditation, sound healing, and aqua fitness classes, all held in beautiful settings with small class sizes that created a personalized experience. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making each guest feel welcome. Combined with the beautiful setting, outstanding dining, and luxurious accommodations, Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres is a destination I would gladly visit again.

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon recently at Impressions Isla Mujeres. We had an amazing time! From the moment we stepped off the catameran and were welcomed with a cool wet towel and an amazing drink (the "green moon"), as well as meeting one of our two butlers for a tour of the grounds, everyone at the resort made us feel so special. First, our two butlers, David and Angel went above and beyond to attend to all of our needs. From reservations, to recommendations and advising us on our golf cart trip into town, there were so incredibly helpful. They also surprised us on our final night at the resort and decorated our room in honor of our honeymoon. It was super sweet. The service all around is what we enjoyed most. Every waiter and waitress new our name and we had drinks brought to us quickly, sun shades moved around, towels brought to us, and our room cleaned 2-3 times per day. The food was excellent throughout our stay. We had a great meal everywhere we went, but especially enjoyed the Wildfire grill. We highly recommend the chocolate souffle to end your wonderful meal! We will absolutely be back for an anniversary sometime down the road.
