The bartender is a true artist — you can tell they’re passionate about every pour, every garnish, and every flavor balance. Each cocktail was crafted with precision and creativity —from the first sip to the last drop, you could taste the care and skill that went into it. The presentation was stunning, the ingredients fresh, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. On top of that, the service was warm, friendly, and professional. The bartender took the time to recommend drinks based on our tastes and even created something unique for us and it was incredible! If you’re looking for world-class cocktails and a memorable experience, this is the spot. Easily one of the best mixologists I’ve ever met and someone who truly elevates the craft. Highly recommend

We spent an incredible week at Secrets Isla Mujeres – the crown jewel of the Caribbean! When I asked my travel agent about this resort, she replied that it was a bucket list trip. Her observations could not have been more accurate, and I would describe my week spent here as one of the best of my life. I have been to many all-inclusives, but this one is now at the top of the list. Let’s start with check-in – everything is done at the marina when you arrive from the airport, so after the catamaran picks you up and takes you to the resort, the only thing left is for your butler to hand you the keys to your room! I loved the smooth check-in process, as it allowed us to immediately begin enjoying the resort. The resort is immaculately maintained, both in the public areas and in rooms. Housekeeping consistently came twice a day, and our daily service was always great – restocking towels, toiletries, and keeping the room clean. The pools were also always very clean and sparkling, and we loved the option of having multiple pools to go to. If you don’t want to go to the pool and are going for the beach vibe (without all the sand!) we loved the dock area with the umbrellas. Antonio always greeted us with a smile and brought cushions and towels for our chairs, adjusting the umbrella throughout the day as the sun moved. Angeles always had a smile on her face as she brought both food and drinks. Restaurants were one of the highlights of the trip as well. We loved being served by Jacob each morning at UNIK. By the third day, he knew our drink preferences and didn’t even have the stop by to ask what we wanted – he just brought it to us! The real gem of the resort is Spezia, both for lunch and dinner. We ate at this restaurant 5 times during our stay (twice for lunch, three times for dinner) and the lamb chops and truffle mac and cheese were my favorite meal. And let me tell you about George and Carlos! Those two were absolutely amazing servers, constantly making sure our wine glasses were always full and going above and beyond. I loved all of our breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. My only complaint was the sea bass I ordered for dinner at UNIK – it was very overcooked and not good. The staff at each bar also provided wonderful service – Miguel, who we had the pleasure of running into at both UNIK the bar and the Sharks pool bar, always had a smile on his face and was ready to serve us! Irving at Sharks also made sure our glasses were never empty. And last – but certainly not least – David and Angel, our incredible butler team, could not have done more to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. Anything we needed, they made sure it was taken care of. Which brings me to my final thoughts – there is only one resort I have ever considered returning to, until I came to Secrets Isla Mujeres. Now there are two, and when we come back we will make sure David and Angel are our butlers. Thank you for a magical and incredible week to celebrate my 12th wedding anniversary. You all made it so special and I will carry this with me in my heart forever!

Impressions Isla Mujeres is absolutely stunning! Gorgeous views, impeccable service, and a truly relaxing atmosphere - perfect for a quick getaway or an extended stay. Can't wait to go back!

Keywords: Mosquitos were all over the room. Can't sleep during the first night. Slow responsiveness for services -- Laundry, room switching, bike rental. 40 min paddle board or kayak rent period -- barely made it to the fish spot. We tipped really well. But waiters are too eager for tips in a very pushy way. But I figure it's the case anywhere in Cancun. Just don't like it.

Impression Isla Mujeres was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was so relaxing and the food at every rest and poolside was the very best I’ve ever experienced at an all inclusive resort. The rooms were perfect: mattress was comfortable, amenities were spot on! The servers, guest relations, and hospitality impeccable.
