Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets

We had an amazing stay and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and incredibly well run. What stood out most was the service! EVERY single staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. I was blown away!!! The food was excellent throughout the resort. Our favorites were the rooftop restaurant, the Sunday brunch, and Wildfire Steakhouse (the bone marrow tacos, empanadas, and steaks were fantastic). The 24/7 café was also a daily stop for coffee, gelato, and pastries. We loved that there were so many activities included, from ceviche making and candle making to wellness experiences and kayaking. A special thank you to our butler, Cinthia, who went above and beyond every single day. From coordinating reservations and activities, to arranging breakfast each morning, and even helping me with outfits, she made everything effortless. The attention to detail she had was truly impressive!!! This is not a late night party resort, and that’s exactly why I loved it. It has a peaceful, luxurious, private-island atmosphere with plenty to do!

We had a fantastic stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was seriously sooo good! A huge thank you to Lalo and especially Raffa, our butler. Raffa was the best butler and made everything easy, from reservations to helping us recover a swimsuit we accidentally left behind. The staff made our celebration extra special, and we can't wait to come back. If possible, request Raffa, he is the best!!

Try to imagine the most beautiful water you have ever seen. That is Impression by Secrets. Quiet Haven for those ready to unwind and simply savor the scene. Service perfected and always with a smile. Practice your spanish or share your Texan english. They can handle it. Check out the yoga and pilates classes in the Temple overlooking the ocean. Amazing. Food quality superb!

Beautiful property. Lots of pools. Never felt crowded. Staff is friendly, accommodating and eager to help. Special call out to our “butlers” Angel and Amairani. They were both always looking to make sure we had dinner reservations, spa reservations. Etc. on my wife’s birthday, they decorated our room with birthday decorations. A nice touch… With several restaurants, the food choices are numerous. The views from the hotel toward Cancun are beautiful. The property is well taken care of and was always clean and felt upper scale. While all bars and restaurants were friendly and we were well taken care of, Special call out to the staff at the coffee shop. Always friendly and happy to make/ suggest drinks. A great way to start the day. Try the tepache freeze. The gelato bar became a daily treat. Only comment for Improvement: wife has celiac disease Gluten is a strict no no. Maybe develop a gluten free menu. The menus do a good job of identifying what each meal has (gluten, Diary, etc). But there aren’t many items that don’t have gluten to start. The staff went out their way to recognize and create gluten free options. Maybe a menu as a starting point would eliminate any anxiety and possible confusion. Overall a very nice property with great people make for an amazing experience. Impressions Isla Mujeres delivers.

Spent 21 nights around both impression resorts. 11 nights at Impression Isla Mujeres truly exceptional and luxurious from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived by the catamaran we knew this resort offered something special. The property itself is tranquil, intimate with countless quiet spaces to relax whethe by the beach, the pools there was always a sense of luxury. The food was outstanding — elevated, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious, many thanks for Manuel exec chef and chef Trejo at Wildfire. Our room was stunning, with luxurious amenities, excellent housekeeping, and exceptional room service. Having butler service Angel and Amairani were attentiveness that made the experience and truly personalized. Big thank you Ritik and Mourad for helping make our stay so memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were a huge part of what made this trip so special. We are already looking forward to returning.
