Not only is the locations absolutely stunning any time of day, it is a slice of pure heaven and relaxation. The food is delicious, so many options. I mean so many options!! The room was spacious, the view of the ocean was perfect and I loved that I could sit outside and enjoy the sun right from my balcony. You absolutely get what you pay for, if you are looking for a relaxing but fun get away, not a big party scene so you can hear your thoughts, enjoy the spa, the catamaran ride to and from. And the Butler service just everything the team as a whole they work so well together and so friendly I just cannot express how much I love staying here.

We stayed at Impression Isla Mujeres for my husband's 40th bday. Half of our trip was with another couple and the the second half was just me and my husband. This hotel has the best level of service I've experienced at an all inclusive. The one issue we raised was resolved with an above and beyond solution. The rooms had so many details that made the stay great and of course the property is absolutely gorgeous. The only ding we would give is there aren't a lot of activities outside of the daily schedule - no darts, pool table, corn hole or anything like that to do on your own time. I think thats the vibe of the resort though so wouldn't take a star off for that. I have to give a few shout outs to the 4 staff members that made our stay extra special: Our butlers Zelma and Amairani were there for everything we needed and often anticipated things before we needed them. Christian who gave us a fabulous private mixology class catered to our tastes. He was so fun and we learned a lot from him! Finally, Isaac who was a great karaoke host but more importantly lead us on a very memorable bike tour through the island. We saw and learned a lot about the culture that we will remember for a lifetime.

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how incredible our week was celebrating our 10-year anniversary here. Our butlers, Edgar and Erick, thought of absolutely everything and took such amazing care of us from start to finish. The service throughout the entire resort was hands down the best we’ve ever experienced. We travel to Mexico every year and have always received wonderful service, but Impressions truly set a new standard. A huge shoutout to the entertainment team, Isaac and April, who made every day so much fun with tastings, shows, and their genuine personalities. Highly recommend the sunset yacht violin tour (additional charge but worth it.) If you visit, make sure to find Reuben at the main pool—he’s the best! Ever at the lobby bar remembered our pre-dinner drinks every evening, and Carlos always took great care of us at both the beach and the rooftop pool with the friendliest attitude. Every detail of this resort is intentional, making it one of the most romantic and unforgettable places we’ve ever stayed. If you’re planning a honeymoon, anniversary, or any special celebration, I can’t recommend this place enough. We’re leaving with full hearts and memories we’ll cherish forever.

This resort was simply a breath of fresh air. Upon arrival you a greeted by staff waving you from the catamaran. Fresh cold towels and refreshing mocktails. Your butler is there to greet you and give you a tour through the resort. Pro tip , bring a rough itinerary so they can make reservations immediately. We download the Hyatt all inclusive app prior to arrival and we’re able to see menus and what days they were open. The spa was a dream. We had Nora and another wonderful woman. We did the Hammam similar to Turkish bath house. Then a relaxing massage. The amenities were beautiful. Everything wonderfully and beautifully crafted. Our butlers were Wedinzon and Vianey. We gave them our itenirary and they made our reservations immediately and their own suggestions to make the experience seamless. Any change or accommodation we needed they were there via WhatsApp . Staff was amazing but the name I remember is Carlos from rooftop pool service. His energy was fun and personable. Food was way beyond all inclusive food, best I have ever had. Some dishes I would have paid for.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Our butlers, Raffa and Leo, went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect and always made us feel genuinely cared for. Carlos and Miguel provided outstanding service at the bar and pool, always remembering our favorite drinks and greeting us with a smile. Their friendliness and attention to detail truly made our vacation even more special. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxury getaway!
