Ana velis Y Esteban did an amazing job with the stretching class. I felt so good after it. They were very thorough with all the exercises and made me feel very comfortable.

Just fabulous
Travelled with adult daughter. They accommodated our request for a double double without the disabled bathroom. Ask to move if you are given one. The hand basin was knee high Pools are large and clean and the gardens beautiful and well kept. We stayed on Family side and this was more central for many of the a la cartes. The beach was down a few steps and was gorgeous. Warm clean and calm. Lots of sunbeds there. Sunbeds around family pool were padded. Plenty umbrellas and shade available. We went to the water park several times. Had some fun there. They need extra single doughnuts for the river and slides. Plenty sunbeds there and a food/soft drink truck. Towels available at beach hut and water park. Wifi worked fine. The staff were all extremely polite and friendly. Some in the main buffet learned our names. A nice touch. It was Hilton when we visited in March

The February activities were great with the entertainment girl, everything was cool, the room, the pool, the food, the beach, everything was great, everything was excellent, I loved the stay, everything was great, everything was spectacular, Ana Velis and Yuliana, everything was great, the dancing and everything.

Friends trip
We participated in the hat making class with Ana velis during the storm. We had a good time painting our hats and using while using our creativity. Ana was very encouraging and made us laugh during the class. Definitely added surprise!
