We loved the resort and the preferred club customer service! We would like to point out the excellent service provided by Viviana Ramirez at the preferred club beach and our server at the beach bar Francia.

What a beautiful place! We had the best time. Everyone is kind and eager to please. Definitely went above and beyond. We spent a lot of time at the secrets preferred bar and Raul was AMAZING!!
