Hilton La Romana All-Inclusive Adult Resort & Spa Punta Cana

Stayed at this resort for 10 nights. We had a fantastic time, the resort is very well kept, clean and tidy. The staff are so helpful they can’t do enough to make your stay memorable. The food options are extensive, you can always find something to try. The pool areas are great and each one has a different vibe. The beach area is clean and tidy and is also a good option for relaxing. We had the ‘preferred’ option which was a good extra, to give you access to other areas of the resort and some extra dining choices for breakfast and lunch. Our room was very clean, housekeeping came several times a day to make sure we had everything we needed. Hilaria (our housekeeper) was exceptional. I cannot recommend this resort enough. We will definitely be retuning.

Very lush landscaping. Pleasant atmosphere but, since the common areas are open to the outdoors, it's often hot and muggy. Room was cleaned spotlessly every day. The road to the resort from La Romana airport was very rough but the resort grounds are very nice and secluded and felt safe. The bed was very firm, so if you like a plush bed, you will likely be uncomfortable. The preferred pool bar had the best drinks but the preferred pool has no ocean view. Special recognition to Olga at the preferred pool bar...she was always smiling, friendly and made the best drinks!

Olga and Jose at the Blue Bar were great! we had a large group and they were very kind and patient with us. They were always making sure we were having a good time! Very friendly and we loved seeing them each day!

An honest 5* hotel- clean pool amazing staff- David in cobo restaurant n Olga at the preferred swim up! The best staff Iv experienced on holiday Omelette made to Oder fresh meat n fish everyday we preferred the buffet restaurant than the themed! Spotless hotel loved every minute even with the transformation taking place didn’t effect us !
