I would like to express how much joy I experienced during my stay at Secrets La Romana Resort & Spa. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming, and they truly made our stay special. Dining at Sakura Our experience at Sakura exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, Patricia made us feel genuinely welcome with her friendly and attentive service. The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, and every dish was beautifully presented. My favorite person, Santa! She made us feel completely at home. She is someone who makes anything possible. I cannot express enough how much I adore her and appreciate her exceptional service. The food was incredibly fresh, the hot dishes were perfectly prepared, and every bite was packed with authentic flavor. It is clear that Sakura takes great pride in both the quality of its food and the overall dining experience. Thank you for offering wonderful vegan options as well. Héctor and Robert were our servers, and they treated us like family. Héctor, who has the same last name as I do, is truly a brother from another mother! Robert is an absolute joy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sakura, especially because of these incredible individuals who make dining there such a wonderful experience. Has the best time here - all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Wendi Vargas at the pool was so attentive always coming around to see if we needed waters or refills on our drinks. Junior at the preferred bar was so much fun and made really great drinks. Resort was clean and beautiful!!

We had a great experience at the Caoba Buffet at Secrets La Romana. The food was very good, but what really made our experience special was the service. David Santana was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and great attitude really stood out!
