The best place to unwind
In my opinion, this is the best place to unwind, connect with myself, grow and learn on many levels, and simply unwind. Everything is expertly curated for a relaxed, peaceful stay, which you can make your own because of its vast offerings, including emotional learning, outdoor experiences, picturesque views of nature, fitness, amazing food, creative arts you can make, beautifulart decorating the property, spiritual and meditative activities, an amazing spa and so much more). I will definitely keep visiting.

Not mindful family weekend.
Family weekend at mirival missed the mark. Very disappointed at the lack of family programming. They did not offer kid friendly activities. The menu and quality of food in the restaurant was poor. Will not be coming back for a while.

Babymoon Bliss
My husband and I spent a weekend here for a babymoon—and highly recommend this to anyone else looking for babymoon ideas! It felt so great to unplug and connect as a couple. The spa is beyond incredible, and offers a prenatal massage. It was a relief to be fed so many wholesome, healthy food options for the baby. Plus, there were so many meditations and calming and fun activities to choose from. Highly recommend!

The Berkshire Experience at its Best
If you want the opportunity to go beyond traditional spa activities this is the place to go. So many outside classes that offer challenges or relaxation, your choice. The Miraval is a beautiful resort with lovely fireplaces comfortable furnishings to gather or spend some relaxing alone time.

Nice weekend getaway!
We had a great time. Attend the pottery, pasta making classes, and yoga. It was all good and I think it was worth for money. Also, we did deep tissue massage as well and the experience is good overall but the skill level depends on the employee's individual ability. We are definitely coming back! :)
