Villa del Palmar at The Islands of Loreto

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Villa del Palmar. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the views of the Sea of Cortez are absolutely stunning. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service we received from Gerardo at the pool. In an industry where good service is expected, Gerardo delivered something far beyond that. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and always seemed to anticipate what guests needed before they even had to ask. No matter how busy the pool area was, Gerardo consistently greeted us with a smile, checked on us regularly, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. His positive attitude and genuine desire to help created a memorable experience that elevated our entire vacation. Villa del Palmar is fortunate to have team members like Gerardo representing the resort. He is a true asset to the property, and his exceptional service is one of the main reasons we look forward to returning. Thank you, Gerardo, for making our stay so enjoyable!

We just returned from the best 4 night vacation at Villa del Palmar. Beautiful property, service was excellent at the restaurants, bars, paddle boarding, pools, fitness center, concierge, front desk and shuttle ride to sunrise at 17th hole. Food was excellent, truly the best breakfast buffet ever at the Market, great lunch with an awesome burger at Casa Mia. Dinner there was fantastic with amazing sunsets. Danzante was outstanding with terrific service and amazing food. Whenever I return from a trip, I only think about getting back to work and getting back to our normal routine. This is the first time that as soon as we returned, I wanted to go back. We met with Diego and he explained everything we needed to know to join. It was not high-pressure and we kept waiting for the “catch” but there wasn’t one. It just made perfect sense and the resort it’s just a perfect fit for us as a couple and we look forward two years and years of returning. Thank you Diego for your patience with us with our questions and explaining all of the benefits of the resort. It was truly an amazing vacation. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a fabulous dinner on the beach tonight with our large party. It was so beautiful. Tiki torches lit! A magical night with delicious food. The staff gives exceptional service. Especially Jesus! Very friendly and helpful. We shared the lobster and steak. Also had the salad and Tres Leches.
