Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

Completely opposite of what’s advertised. I booked this expecting a quiet, luxury wellness experience—as Zoëtry promotes—but there’s pop music blasting all day right outside my room. I even paid extra for a room with a view, thinking it would feel more serene, but it’s directly in front of a swim-up pool with constant noise. I came for reflection, meditation, and wellness—this place feels more set up for drinking and parties. The room isn’t up to luxury standards. Floors are scratched and worn, and overall cleanliness feels off — see the photos. I called to ask for a room change. They said they’d check and never got back to me. On top of that, I was quoted $300 for a taxi to a hike, and even the sauna requires an extra fee. Overall, it feels like a money grab. Not luxury, not relaxing, and not what I signed up for.

The view of Marigot Bay is absolutely beautiful, and most of the staff we interacted with were genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end — and the rest of the experience fell far below what a “luxury” resort should deliver. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the resort is in noticeably poor condition. There was stagnant murky water gushing from the lawn. Throughout the property we noticed a persistent smell. Our room's bathroom was extremely outdated and had suspicious stains and spider webs in multiple areas. For a resort marketed as “luxury,” the level of upkeep was far below acceptable. The front desk experience was the worst I’ve encountered at any property claiming to be high‑end. We arrived around 1.30pm from another resort and politely asked if early check in might be possible. The receptionist responded by silently mouthing ‘Wow’, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and completely uninterested in welcoming guests.

Customer service was definitely remarkable. Food was also really good. Special mention of Dionne and Mandel who were very attentive to us and assisted with everything we needed.

I honestly had an awesome day with Hildreth, Rasheeda and Renatta. Talk about customer centric and caring😅 The recreation staff at the time as well she added the fun to this stay {dumpling I believe is her nickname lol}

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Drinks were amazing. The bartender took good care of us as far as taking photos for us. All the staff treated us great. Cant reget coming here will do it again.
