What a wonderful hotel this is! Loved the massive room with plunge pool and the excellent views of Marigot Bay. Took advantage of the amazing hotel extras like the sunset cruise which was included, the rum tasting and the mixology class all of which I would highly recommend. The food was also wonderful and we liked that we could order a la carte. When we were driving to the hotel we asked the driver what the best thing about St Lucia was, he said the people and we cannot agree more. The restaurant staff, pool staff and reception were excellent. They go above and beyond and make you smile everyday. Special shout out to Dionne, Ronnie, Alison and Alison M because they are truely special. It’s nice to be nice!

We stayed for 16 days as a family of 5 at the Zoetry Marigot Bay and had a lovely time overall. The hotel and setting and are stunning and every day you wake up in paradise. The fact that the hotels are set high was lovely as whilst you have to walk up stairs to get to your room, the views are worth it when you arrive. The restaurants were all of a very good standard, albeit service was generally not very quick but if you're not in a rush then this doesn't really matter. Ronnie and Scolar looked after us really well with smiles and conversation as well as a number of others too. My wife is a vegetarian and struggled with the menus to begin with but the staff allowed us to be creative with the menu, removing meat items and combining dishes to make her perfect meals. All menus were a la carte (not buffet which was only one evening at one restaurant per week) catered for all ages of the family with a really nice level of quality. The coffee shop served really nice quality and ice cream and Wendy was always there, remembering our order, serving with a smile and plenty of chat too. The same could not be said for Keya who seemed to hate her job with a passion and even the simplest of tasks were too much of an effort - maybe consider a career change. Our room was perfectly laid out with lots of space for the whole family. Beds were comfortable and a variety of pillows gave us all good nights sleep. Throughout our whole stay, Rachel looked after the rooms amazingly, going the extra mile to write lovely notes each day. Thank you. The pool was plenty big enough for the whole family and the swim up bar provided plenty of selection for drinks and food. Carlton was on hand with great service throughout and Alison was so good from start to finish, really looking after the children with a huge smile and a big warm welcome every day - she really made the holiday great for us! Sean and Neil were very attentive as our butlers and always happy to help at the end of a WhatsApp message throughout. As with any longer stay, issues will arise but they dealt with these promptly and professionally which was the main thing. They were key to holding the holiday together. As some general feedback on the stay, I would recommend doing the sunset sail which needs booking and runs once a week but is included and was lovely. the crafts activities for children were poorly organised and not regular enough. I feel the hotel shouldn't really be taking such a large cut of things such as arranged taxis which were coming in double that of directly arranged ones - this should be done as part of the hotel service through the conceirge rather than trying to make more money. The gym was small but absolutely perfect for a holiday hotel gym with two treadmills, a Pelaton bike, other cardio equipment and sufficient selection of weights. There was never more than a couple of people in there throughout the whole stay and it was ideal to keep any fitness fans ticking over. On the whole, the stay was amazing and we'll remember the country and hotel with really fond memories - thank you!
