Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

Wonderful hotel and staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Room was well kept and overall experienced great! Dining options were great as well from local to international cuisine.

I spent 7 days at the Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia with my friends and I have to say, my stay was immaculate! The beds where so comfortable with great AC, the food at the restaurants on the resorts were fantastic. Real branded spirits were served with the all inclusive and À la carte style restaurants. If you're looking for a great please to spend your hard earned money on an all inclusive hotel, Zoetry is the way to go! The bundle we booked came with a personal butler service, where me met our AMAZING, SWEETEST, MOST GENEROUS butler Neil, see photo :). Neil made sure we had everything we needed from water & land taxi bookings, delivering us drinks at the bar when he didn't need to, to sending an extra taxi free of charge when one suitcase was left behind. He was so patient and so kind, the managers at Zoetry need to give a pay rise because he really went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

My wife and I came to celebrate her 31st birthday, honestly it started out a bit shaky with the responses from a staff or two but throughout the day the experience grew better and better. Thankfully I am a strong believer of second chances given that I work within a similar capacity and environment. Thank you Zoetry! For a memory we will cherish forever! Special thanks to... Welcoming team at the main lobby Security team on the day shift Allison from LA Bateau F&B Supervisor Renatta we also had some great staff at the breakfast restaurant as well, can't remember the name of the restaurant. We will definitely be back!!!

My wife and I visited Zoetry for our honeymoon. It is a beautiful resort in Maginot Bay located closer to island sights like the Pitons, volcano and mud baths than most resorts. It is on the smaller side, which is great if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The beach is a short ferry ride away but is quite small and shared with another resort. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Zoetry Margot Bay St. Lucia was a beautiful resort with overall excellent customer service. I would recommend it to others to visit. It was a great first time visit for me and my sister!
