Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

Visited St Lucia for the first time and resided here. It’s a nice hotel with the absolute friendliest staff I have encountered and i have travelled globally quite a lot. St. Lucian’s take a lot of pride in their home and hospitality. The layout and landscape is amazing. The only downside was the food. I didn’t love any of the food. First time I had food called creole without seasoning or flavor. Also, the lil beach is very much a little beach, with chickens running around. Sorry but that was weird but not as annoying as all the cats at the pool and restaurant. I am allergic so I had to be cautious of fur. Note: it’s a long ride from the airport so plan that accordingly.i got a bit car sick on the long trek down the winding hills to the airport. I would probably opt for the ferry next time

Everything exceeded my expectations—the food was outstanding, the staff was incredible, and the property was gorgeous! The level of personalized service truly sets this resort apart. A special shoutout to Sonjay, Carlton, and Mandel for making my stay unforgettable. They checked in on me throughout my entire visit, made sure I had everything I needed, and even greeted me by name every time they saw me around the resort. That personal touch made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and truly exceptional experience in St. Lucia, Zoëtry Marigot Bay is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Zoetry is beautifully placed in Marigot Bay! The resort is the best place to go if you are just looking for a place to relax and unwind. I like that they had a little beach to go to, but honestly just hanging on the resort by the pool was enough! The service was great and all the staff were friendly. Our Butlers were great as well. They were always checking in and making sure we knew they were available. They even went above and beyond with other staff to met a request that we had. It was such a surprise and made our 10-year anniversary trip even better! Thank you all :)

The hotel was beautiful, we had the master suite with bay view and wow it did not disappoint. All the staff were lovely and friendly, I would like a special shout out to Tiechma she made the treehouse private meal very special for my birthday and we actually share the same birthday. Rashida was welcoming and funny loved having a chat done at the cove at lunchtime. Olivia at the Hurricane hole was an absolute star she knew exactly what we wanted without even having to ask. Ronnie was a great character once met never forgotten sure made us laugh. Manvendra always made sure we were happy with everything. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some not so good reviews but wow how wrong are they. You will not be disappointed
