Zoetry Marigot Bay St. Lucia

St. Lucia was our first Caribbean destination with family and friends and Zoetry made our stay absolutely pleasant and enjoyable. We were assigned butler(s) for 24 hours - who regularly checked in and guided us to all the local activities, sites and happily provided general information about St. Lucia. We also celebrated our kid's birthday and the staff at Zoetry made it delightful by providing the decoration and the cake while we were out. Overall, staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing experience at the Zoetry in fact it was one of the highlights of my stay in the beautiful St.Lucia ❤️ I visited with my group of 25 and was treated with warm, welcoming energy from when we arrived. In particular the pool & bar staff for their incredible hospitality. All thanks to the general manager, Lester for looking after us!! I will definitely be returning ❤️ thanks again!

Celebrating our symbolic wedding was absolutely perfect. From the planning process onward, my wife and I were treated with the utmost hospitality. Meeting Tammy elevated the entire experience—she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was both perfect and memorable. We are still truly amazed by her exceptional service. We will certainly be returning to visit the resort again.

We recently spent four nights at Zoëtry Marigot Bay. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the exceptional service from bartenders Nicholas and Mario—they were friendly, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond. They truly made our experience memorable. While the bay itself is beautiful and the staff were warm, this property unfortunately did not meet the Zoëtry standards we’ve experienced at other locations like Curaçao and Agua. Several brand inclusions were either missing or had to be requested repeatedly. Complimentary laundry and the wellness consultation were never offered upfront, and we were surprised to learn that Patron tequila came with a $12 upcharge despite the website stating that top-shelf liquors are included. There were also no poolside amenities as advertised, and entertainment was minimal—the activity schedule was inaccurate, and only one of our four nights had live music at dinner. Some of the core Zoëtry promises weren’t honored at all. There was no VIP arrival, no included airport transfers, and the “no check-in/check-out times” benefit did not apply. In fact, we had to sign a form agreeing to vacate our room by 12 p.m. on departure day. A smaller but inconvenient issue was the lack of umbrellas for guests, especially since it rains on and off throughout the day. One of the front desk staff kindly lent me her personal umbrella, but at a resort of this level, these basics should be readily available. Zoëtry Marigot Bay has a lot of potential, and we did enjoy aspects of our stay, but it currently falls short of the consistently elevated experience we’ve had at other Zoëtry properties. With better communication, consistency, and delivery of advertised inclusions, this resort could truly meet the brand standard.

Staff members were very welcoming and made the experience one I will not soon forget. Customer service was excellent. My family and I will differently be back.
