Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall

Our entire family stayed at the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The customer service across the board was lacking, and several staff members especially, (Diamond -Buffet & Theodore- Sports Pub) were unprofessional and unaccommodating. Housekeeping was particularly concerning. We requested a linen change and instead of changing the beds, clean sheets were left on the luggage for use to change ourselves! That is unacceptable for a resort of this caliber!!! There were also numerous issues with staff attitude. One server at the buffet, named Diamond, rolled her eyes and was visibly annoyed when asked for assistance. At the Sports Pub, an employee named Theodore told us there were no more wings left , yet we later saw them being served-suggesting dishonesty. He LIED!!! Overall, the resort experience was full of "No's" and POOR SERVICE. The facility itself is in need of upgrades, both infrastructure and major in staff training. Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall has a long way to go if it wants to deliver the level of luxury and hospitality it advertises. Hyatt should be ashamed to have their brand attached to this location. Also, Nicholia was an amazing bartender and provided service with a smile and kindness.

We just returned from a wonderful week long family vacation at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall. It was so relaxing and fun. The resort is really beautiful and it never felt overcrowded. The beach is so lovely and on the smaller side which we prefer. The water is calm, not too deep and especially great for little kids. Pools are great, very clean and big. Food is as great as it could be at the resorts. We stayed at the oceanfront room 3306 which was amazing. This is an older hotel so of course you notice some imperfections but they are minor. The first room they gave us was 3206 which was not good as the trees were completely blocking the oceanfront view, but they switched us to a different room on a higher floor that same day and it was great. This was the only hiccup during our stay. We would definitely return to this resort again! The staff are very nice as well.

We came back last night. 1st time in Jamaica.We stayed 6 nights vacation for family of 12 including small kids and seniors.. we had the most wonderful time . We did a room upgrade to the new building and the room and view was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurants and food were excellent. Some out of my comfort some because of the spicy but overall was amazing. They have variety for all. I tried some food that I never thought in my life that I will be eating..The pool super huge and beautiful. No worries about pool and beach chairs or towels. My only suggestion will be the night life..begins too early and most of the time we were eating and by 10 pm is done. They should have a little more live music and different activities because we came across with 2 wedding around the entertainment area and there was no entertainment at all those 2 nights. Besides that everything was amazing… I hear the adult area (Zilara) has more night entertainment but with the kids we couldn’t go!…the beach was a 10+ and the resort areas super green and beautiful.the staff super friendly… we also came across with 2-3 rude staff members in some locations but overall everyone was really nice…. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and we loved it!!! Jamaica u were better than expected! We will definitely come back!!!!

The Ziva resort is well kept and the staff are friendly. I found there could be more food station with more Jamaican food delicacies for the price per night fee. There could also be more entertainment to entertain your family. The beach is clean but small.

4309 We came to celebrate my girls birthday and we had an amazing team. The food was great Urban Heat had some delicious dishes. The service was top tear!! Jermaine from Playa Collection took great care of us!!! The massage is worth every penny!!!
