Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay

I loved the beach and pool. I loved my oceanfront room. The housekeeping services were the worst. They didn't clean the room good. Linen were not tucked under mattress. I only left 2 towels and washcloths per cleaning. My tub never got cleaned so I couldn't use it. The local drivers will overcharge you for local services. I paid $60 just to go to the market and KFC. I also paid $60 just to go to Pier 1. The entertainment was okay. Some of the drinks were watered down. The buffet was basic and not enough options for breakfast. One of the restaurants by the pool food didn't have taste. The Asian restaurant food didn't have taste and one of the cooks were very annoying by being too entertaining and it took too long for the food. I can cook better hibachi at home. I don't think I will return to this resort but I didn't like Jamaica. Traveled April 2025.

Myself and my husband stayed for 2 weeks in the preferred swim up room. The room was lovely lots of storage. Mini fridge and snacks topped up daily. Turn down service when u want it. We also had two buttlers for the 2 weeks we were there Duran and Kenroy . You could not ask for two more amazing people they went above and beyond trying to make the holiday special. When it was my birthday they decorated the room brought a cake nothing was ever to much they amazing. They had about 6 different restaurants that you could eat at in the evening, being a preferred member allowed u to reserve a table at each restaurant that you wanted to eat at which is a benefit as some night non benefit guest were waiting for a table quiet a while. Food was lovely several options on each section. Dress code for restaurants was smart casual, I.e men could wear smart shorts with colored t-shirt women anything. Entertainment was good variety plus nightclub from 10pm.

WOW! Wild Orchids was amazing! We had the best butler in Chase. He was so attentive and appreciative with everything we did. He was always appearing wanting to take care of us. Arlando at the Cabana was incredible. He was so fun and spiced things up delivering drinks on his head. We enjoyed learning about his life as well. The room was TOP notch and left nothing untouched. Amazing! The food left some to be desired but was good! We enjoyed trying new things!

it started as a business conference and we extend it! Can’t wait to come back and my family member is considering having her wedding here. The staff is so friendly and cannot do more for you. I’m looking forward to trying other Secrets locations after this one.

Jamaicans know how to provide the highest standard of service. Everyone is ALWAYS helpful and knowledgeable. World Cafe has a great variety of food options. Drinks were on point. Prices at jewelry store were a bit unrealistic, but the other stores were as expected. Great experience overall.
