CSA is our very favorite resort! We are always are greeted with "welcome home." This is exactly how we feel at this truly all-inclusive resort. A at all the restaurants, the food is healthy and delicious. The Caribbean Sea is crystal clear and beautiful. There are plenty of loungers in the shade along the beach and floating mats to take in the water. We paddle board, snorkel and sail; and we love participating in FitBodies group yoga practice on the beach and in the studio at the Sports Complex. There, we play ping-pong, take tennis lessons and lift weights. Afterwards, we enjoy smoothies and wellness shots. All the staff is kind and helpful. Thanks to them all including... Stephen, Donvue, Ultimate Chocolate, Joshshia, Rossetta and everyone else! We will be back home soon!

If you're in search of a beautiful beach, this destination could meet your expectations. However, if you’re hoping for more than just a stunning shore, I would advise caution before booking. This marks our eighth visit to Negril, and regrettably, it may be our last. The customer service at this resort was disappointing—apart from the concierge's desk, the overall experience was quite poor. My husband and I traveled here with my sister and brother-in-law, eager for them to enjoy Negril, as we had often spoken about it being one of our favorite places, largely due to the hospitable people we encountered on previous trips. Sadly, this time, that warm hospitality was missing. It felt genuinely disheartening, and to describe our experience as a letdown would be an understatement. It became apparent that even simple requests seemed to irritate some staff members, who acted as if serving guests was an inconvenience. On the third day, I began to wonder if perhaps we were the only ones experiencing this treatment, but my feelings were validated when I observed three other couples at the beach bar calling out the bartenders for their blatant rudeness and condescension. To be fair, we are easygoing people. At the end of the day, if someone chooses not to engage in conversation, that's fine, but a smile is a small courtesy that can go a long way. The real issue, however, was the noise. It wasn't just the sound of tree frogs or birds in the early morning hours; it was much more disruptive. I found myself calling the front desk at 3:50 AM to address the loud music, only to be told that they couldn’t do anything about it. The music was so loud that you could actually feel the vibrations while lying in bed. When you’re paying a significant amount for a stay at a couples resort, you would expect to be able to relax during late evening and early morning hours. Overall, this resort left much to be desired, and if we do return to Negril, it will likely be to stay at Sandals or Rock House instead.

The entire experience at Couples SA was great, from the pickup at the airport to the drop-off at the airport. We stayed in the beachfront veranda suite. It was very spacious and clean. The AC worked well, and the mini bar was stocked/restocked daily. The grounds of the hotel is expansive, so lots of walking -nothing strenuous. The staff was very welcoming and warm. Whatever you needed, they were helpful. The beach is amazing, one of the best in the Caribbean. The food is delicious too, we ate at ALL the restaurants. The only one we didn't particularly like was Lemongrass - the Asian-inspired food fell flat. The buffet is really good - I stuck to the 'local' section. Would I return? Of course! It's a very easy going resort, quiet and enjoyable.

This was our first visit to CSA, but definitely not our last. We can’t wait to go back! We expected a good resort and we found paradise. It was truly a fantastic experience. First, the beach … so beautiful. The water was crystal clear and warm, the sand white and soft, and everything was so peaceful. You can float on the sunbed mats and see starfish just below you. Incredible. The beach is wide, with plenty of sunbeds and two bars ready to serve you whatever you’d like to drink. I didn’t go to the pools even once. Second, the food. I’ve been to many resorts, and I’m from a big city and still, the food amazed me. I especially enjoyed Lemon Grass (Asian) and the Patois Patio, but all the restaurants were incredible. The jerk chicken by the pool was my favourite! Third, our room. We had a garden room on the second floor, away from the road and close to The Palms. It wasn’t one of the renovated rooms, but it felt like new. Large king-size bed with a comfy mattress, strong A/C, and tons of space. We loved ordering drinks to the room for free! It was such a nice touch. Fourth, the team. Wonderful people, offering the best smiles and service you could ask for. We’re so grateful to have met them. A big shout-out to the water sports team, who patiently taught us so much about the island and took us on many trips. Last but not least, there was so much to do and almost all of it was included: scuba diving, snorkelling, catamaran tour, glass-bottom boat, sailing class, kayaking, paddle boarding, yoga, gym, salsa class... and much more that we couldn’t even fit in because we also wanted time to just relax. Night entertainment was fun too… we really enjoyed the silent disco (with headphones) and the blazing piano.

It was our third time at CSA. It is so relaxing. Can’t beat the beach and the staff treat you like friends as they take very good care of you. They make you feel at home. This time we bought our kids and their partners. The age group there is from 20’s (newlyweds and couples getting engaged) to 70’s (my husband celebrated his 70th). Make sure you go to Blazing Piano. So much fun. As is the catamaran and glass bottom boat. Make sure you speak with the vendors on the beach.
