Food and alcohol selection limited
Food is okay but buffet is mediocre. Alcohol selection is not great. They only have the cheap alcohol. For a 4 star hotel, they should at least have the good brands of alcohol or more selections. Listed several restaurants but they close and just alternate opening. They should do better with food and alcohol.

Very limited activities, shows or entertainment to cater young adults and kids. Very quiet so it is safe to say it is boring. Not lively. If you are looking for some fun this is not the place to go. I suggest them to add more activities throughout the day/night as staying here for long time will bore you.

Great experience in Nuevo Vallarta
The amenities, food and service were amazing. The rooms are big and clean. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun. Shout out to the restaurant staff, entertainment staff Ezekiel, Loretti and Teresa, our servers Jorge and Ruben, and all the bartenders. They all definitely made a big impact on our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Service is great David the server at the at the restaurant is great very attentive to us. Sandra at guest service has been a very helpful and friendly person. Carlos the baggage service is very helpful.
