Wyndham Alltra Riviera Nayarit

I was at the resort Sep 5 - Sep 19, and I must say, what a great place! The staff is amazing, friendly and attentive. Special thanks to all these names I can remember, in no special order; Angel, Arturo, Raul, Leo, Eddy, Valentina, Yadira, Bertha. The whole staff operate very smoothly and I can only remember so many names. Alex, the General Manager, thank you for our conversations, and yes, I will be back with my friend, still waiting for Sandra to send me details of your offer!!! Tick Tock Tick Tock. The pools and the beach are amazing. The sand at the beach is similar to raw sugar, the ocean is warm with fun waves. The pools are super clean and the surrounding decks are spotless. I have added 3 photos, the first one is the Boys at the beach bar/grill who took very good care of me. Leo would see me coming all the way back at the second pool and by the time I arrived at the beach bar he already had my double blended "Pineda" ready for me! His team of servers, Raul, Arturo, Eddy, that come down to the beach and to the pools to refresh your drinks and food are very hard workers and deserve every tip they earn! The 2nd photo is Valentina, a server at the restaurant. Man, she always had a smile, was quick and super efficient, great attitude and a good listener. Once again, it was the attention to the customer that is going to bring me back to this resort! The 3rd picture is Berta, by herself in the photo, who is the restaurant manager. I swear she lives at the resort. She is everywhere, helping the different restaurants with serving, setting up tables, dealing with customers, she is amazing. I really appreciate all she did for me while I was there. Oh, and the coffee shop personnel are special also. All kinds of fancy coffees, sandwiches, salads, and ice cream cones! Always a big smile on their faces when they see you come in to the shop. Last, but not least, the bell boy/security staff. Always polite and engaging, ready for a laugh, but super attentive to your needs. Angel, I'm talking about you especially!!! All in all, 10 out of 10 rating from me. I will be back! Good location and premises average. People and the person that attended us (pool, bars, restaurants( are amazing. The best. The con is the level of many services that is low.
