Wyndham Alltra Riviera Nayarit

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to relax and savor our respite from Winterpeg. The food was great, the facilities although a bit dated were clean. Good variety of ala carte restaurant. But the real readon I posted this review is the excellent staff. Super friendly and always attentive and ready with a smile. 88% of this 5 star review is because of them. Special mention to: Raul and Mayelli of the Ventanas buffet restaurant. Excellente!

My husband and I stayed at the Fiesta Americana in Nayarit for 12 nights. It was a good experience. Our ocean view room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view. The food was good but did, after 12 days, become quite repetitive. We did enjoyed 2 specialty restaurants, especially the Steak House where I found the salmon delicious. Also really enjoyed the Italian Restaurant. The pools were beautiful and the beach was nice, great for boogie boarding. Special thanks to our room maid, Magala for fulfilling our requests. Thanks to Leo and Eric for their super service at the Beach Bar. Thanks to Salvador, Essenea and Luis at the Lobby Bar for friendliness and great service. Ernesto and Brenda at the Italian Restaurant were kind and attentive. The iguanas around the grounds were interesting and enjoyed watching them sunning and climbing the palm trees. My one complaint was not having a Gift Shop! I don’t like leaving the resort to get some minor things I may have forgot and I enjoy buying snacks, souvenirs, etc at the Resort. The beach vendors were around if you like that type of shopping. The nightly entertainment was lacking but that could be because we went at the beginning of the tourist season. However, at this time it was quiet and the weather was perfect. Overall this Resort did not disappoint.

This resort had so many wonderful things to offer. We stayed for 10 beautiful days. The weather was perfect as were the ocean and the pools. Enjoyed walking on the walk path to the market. The staff could not have been any better. The food was very good, we especially enjoyed the Italian à la carte and the Argentinian à la carte. The other restaurants were good, maybe we didn’t give them enough of a chance as we so enjoyed the Italian and Argentinian restaurants. The rooms were beautiful and clean, appreciated everything being tidied every day and the turn down of the sheets at night was nice too. Special mention to Angel, our friend in the lobby who helped us with anything we needed. I didn’t get his picture. The other staff that we really appreciated are pictured below.

Great resort and great staff… lots of fun playing beach volley ball! And food was excellent. Will be back! David awesome

My husband and I needed a short vacation just to get away. We wanted to relax and celebrate our 40th Anniversary. Our very first vacation together was at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta and decided Nuevo Nayarit would be the perfect place to go. The resort was rather quiet, which suited us just fine. Pools, beach and restaurants were all very enjoyable. Staff was amazing and resort was very clean. Met some wonderful people who we will stay in touch with. So Fiesta Americana didn’t disappoint. Have to recognize several of the staff that went above and beyond. 1. Concierge Team Surprised us by decorating our room for our 40th Anniversary with red roses … I’m adding photos because I was so surprised and happy I cried with joy. 2. Ernesto in the breakfast buffet area. Every morning when he would see us coming down the stairs, he would set up coffee at our table before we could even get there. He treated us so nice, but it wasn’t just us, watched him go over an help a woman in a wheel chair who was having a difficult time. He took her over to her chair and got her to smile. Another time, I saw him help a little boy out. He was just so alert and willing to help everyone out. 3. Miguel a security guard down by the beach. Always had a smile on his face and greeted us each time my husband and I walked by. He even asked if we wanted him to take a picture of us. So kind and always alert to make sure all the visitors were safe. Staff like this is what makes peoples vacations extra special. Thank you Fiesta Americana for a nice vacation …. So much nicer than the 18” of snow we had while we were away. We would rather be walking the beautiful beach or floating in the pool than shoveling snow!!
