Wyndham Alltra Riviera Nayarit

The staff at the fiesta Americana were outstanding. We paid for a club level rooms, however didn’t think we received the value for the price. The room had maintenance issues, we did not receive turn down Service every night ( only once in 14 days). Food was good. Some was fantastic and some had areas for improvement. They are on the best beach in the Vallarta area. Swimmable, walkable and hard pack. For families it’s great.

We could not be more pleased with the Fiesta Americana. The room is great and cleaned daily. The food is tasty and there is good variety. The staff is so friendly including Anna the hostess, Liliana, Dante, Gabriela, Ernesto, Rosario, Fabiola and Froy our waiters/waitresses and finally Leo and Alan who keep us well hydrated with Margaritas. Thank you all for making our stay incredible. The beach is the most beautiful. We took 3km walks south and a 4km walk to the north. All sandy and easy to walk on. We will definitely come back here.

This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and I am already looking forward to our next trip back! The highlight of our stay was definitely the incredibly warm and welcoming staff. I want to extend a special thank you to our amazing servers: Raul, Augustine, Maxeli, Ana, Daniela, Toni, Rosario, Sesi, and Froy. We also want to give a special shoutout to Mario and Naomi for providing us with a fantastic breakfast experience every single morning.

We had an excellent stay at Fiestqa Americana Nayarit, and will most definetly return. The resort offers a perfect balance of relaxation and comfort. One of the standouts for our girls 2026 trip was the customer service. The laid bak and quiet atmosphere. The beaches are stunning in PV. The food was exceptional right from the buffet to the al a carte's. We appreciated that one didn't need to book at the al a carte's, and were able to access them on a first come first serve basis, based on our needs of time. We never felt rushed to get to a reservation. Please note* there is very little night entertainment. Kids are welcome at this resort, however there is not alot of activities for them. The only suggestion, would be to try and add another bathroom closer to the beach, as the only restroom was in the middle of the resort close to the 2nd pool. This was a bit of an inconvienence. The staff was excpetional right from the initial check in, to the waiters and waitresses at the bars and resturants, the hotel cleaning staff also went above and beyond as well. Will most definetly return!

I had an excellent stay, the staff was wonderful and the service was great. The restaurants all had good food, my favourite was the Mexican restaurant, which is a really good grill in the middle of the day. The room was nice and clean. It's not a brand new hotel, which I saw some other people commented on, but it's very nice and comfortable. The view off the patio was gorgeous! Javier was a wonderful concierge and was very helpful whenever we had questions. I know there are a lot of concerns about safety in PV right now, but I felt very safe at this location because it is far from downtown and in a very secure location.
