From start to finish, our family had a fantastic experience at this resort. The property was impeccably clean, the amenities were exactly as promised and well worth the rate, and the service was truly exceptional. The food overall was very good—some dishes were absolutely worthy of a gastronomic contest, bursting with flavor and creativity, while others were just fine and satisfying. The variety kept things interesting throughout our stay. Special kudos to Banely, Tania, and Felipe at the Mexican restaurant—their service was warm, attentive, and made every meal feel special. And we can’t say enough about the entertainment team: Marina, Paulina, and Mitchel brought so much energy and joy to every activity. They made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommend for families looking for a clean, well-run resort with great service and plenty of fun.

We had a lovely time at the resort, the service everywhere was excellent, near the beach, the pool, the restaurant (Giovanni Hernandez was so kind with us) and at the bars. Especially Constanza helped us out with every question and was the sweetest host of the International night on Friday. We are from Tlaxiaco and the Netherlands, we will be back again!

What a relaxing and wonderful location! We have visited various resorts in this bay and this was our first stay at Dreams. We will return. Beautiful pools,landscape and rooms, sparkling hallways and everything well maintained. Delicious food through the resort with friendly and helpful staff. Our favorite was Oceana/seaside with the Oceana menu being our favorite! The food was wonderful but every time,the staff ensured the experience was perfect. thank you to them all for making our last night so pleasurable and providing us a special and scenic farewell meal. they ensure we are coming back. shoutout to Angel for leading the charge! kudos to the staff at Dreams!
