Dreams Huatulco Resort & Spa - All-inclusive

From start to finish, our family had a fantastic experience at this resort. The property was impeccably clean, the amenities were exactly as promised and well worth the rate, and the service was truly exceptional. The food overall was very good—some dishes were absolutely worthy of a gastronomic contest, bursting with flavor and creativity, while others were just fine and satisfying. The variety kept things interesting throughout our stay. Special kudos to Banely, Tania, and Felipe at the Mexican restaurant—their service was warm, attentive, and made every meal feel special. And we can’t say enough about the entertainment team: Marina, Paulina, and Mitchel brought so much energy and joy to every activity. They made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommend for families looking for a clean, well-run resort with great service and plenty of fun.

We had a lovely time at the resort, the service everywhere was excellent, near the beach, the pool, the restaurant (Giovanni Hernandez was so kind with us) and at the bars. Especially Constanza helped us out with every question and was the sweetest host of the International night on Friday. We are from Tlaxiaco and the Netherlands, we will be back again!

What a relaxing and wonderful location! We have visited various resorts in this bay and this was our first stay at Dreams. We will return. Beautiful pools,landscape and rooms, sparkling hallways and everything well maintained. Delicious food through the resort with friendly and helpful staff. Our favorite was Oceana/seaside with the Oceana menu being our favorite! The food was wonderful but every time,the staff ensured the experience was perfect. thank you to them all for making our last night so pleasurable and providing us a special and scenic farewell meal. they ensure we are coming back. shoutout to Angel for leading the charge! kudos to the staff at Dreams!

The hotel provides an outstanding experience from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Its location is perfect, close to major tourist attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, ideal for starting the day energized. Additionally, facilities like the pool and gym are well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality and excellent service.

Judy and I were at Dreams Huatulco on July 19-July 26, 2025. Our trip was wonderful and special since we were celebrating 59 years of marriage. The head concierge, Fernando Segura was great with a special room and staff greetings. Fernando is the best of the best! Since this was our 10th trip to Dreams we were able to greet many of our long time employees friends. Our long time friend and best waiter in the world, is Angel Silva at the Sea Side and Oceana restaurant along with Gonzalo, Antonio, Samuel, Christian, Leonardo, Yaria, and Cosina in the kitchen. From the Himitsu restaurant great were Giovani, Leonel, Neltali, and chef Orlando. Special beach waiters were Eddie Murphy and Eligid. Aura and Alvaro of the concierge staff gave excellent service, along with Esmeralda at check in and Fabolia at the world café Dias. Mario at the ground floor hall desk was also most helpful. Also Jarid in room beverage service did special duty. And last but also very special was my friend Rogelio, Manager of the World Cafe restaurant and his staff.
