Sandals Ochi

Pleased we went, didn't fancy Jamaica to honest, however as it was Sandals and they had Hobie Cats I agreed. Sailing was a wash out though, either too rough to sail alone or no wind at all. Butler suite was very nice recently renovated, shared a small pool with 3 other flats. Butlers Josie and Sean were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. Loved the entertainment especially Lady Sher at the Rabbit Hole and Andrew the Piano singalong guy. Food was good especially at Soy, Manor, and Tapas. 90 percent of the staff were very good, Tavis and Amanda stood out, but some of them were not completely engaged with the Customers. If you are grumpy don't work in the service industry, a lot better than other Caribbean island hotels though! Overall a nice holiday, very relaxing and would return to a Sandals resort.

Deashane was amazing and made the trip a memorable time. She was sweet and attentive. The beach club and manor pool activities were fun and a good way to spend the day in the sun. We will definitely come back just to see her!!! 🥰 we would recommend sandals ochi to other couples!! Come see Deashane.

First time to Jamaica and Sandals for my boyfriend and I. Amazing resort, Staff are so friendly and the views are breathtakingly beautiful. We were there for a week and loved every minute. The food was delicious, BF loved the Italian restaurant. He has a fish allergy so pretty much ate steak every night but he said it was delicious. The Jerk chicken shack had THE best chicken, The Hill side of the resort has more of a party vibe around the main pool which was fun. The Beach side where our room was, was a little more relaxed and chill vibes. We tried all the bars and lots of different cocktails, Will definitely be returning to s Sandals resort.

After hearing negative reviews, we were nervous. However, we had a fantastic time! We stayed in a non-butler room on the hill. Every single staff member we encountered were so gracious. Always happy to help and to make sure you are having a great vacation. Marcia in the spa, was outstanding. Food was great, small portions, but you can order multiple things. The entertainment staff are so much fun and super talented! The bar tenders are fun espically at the main pool where the bartender dances while pouring your drinks. Loved the Rabbit Hole and all the theme nights. We can't wait to be back in 2 years!

Decided to check out "Reunion Week" this year for the first time. It is every April starting the day after Easter. They go above & beyond to plan all kinds of special activities & an off resort excursion that was a big beach party not far from the resort. Beach with 2 water falls. Our room at the very top of the hill with a panoramic view of the ocean is our favorite room of all the Sandals resorts we have been to & we LOVE the room comes with a full size shared pool. Housekeeping is superb every trip. Rooms & pools have all been updated & refreshed. The Butler service is off the hook. We've had the pleasure of Richard & Cameka for a few years now. Top notch team. Another reason that we love Sandals is the butler service. The food was really, really good as always. So good to see our same servers every year Carlington at Le Gourmand, Sanjay at my fav Valentino's & Alloy at Kelly's last night. These guys are pros & could work at any 5 star in the US. Was nice to see Milton at Kelly's & Fitzroy in banquets. There is a bartender Kadia at the hillside bar that makes the best rummer runner we have ever had. Also we always enjoy seeing Neil our beach cabana guy. Also a pro. We won a cabana at the hillside pool where we had Richardo & Miguel. Bother very friendly & attentive. Ruth Ann & G Pat in the Spa were excellent. The Loyalty & Travel staff ALWAYS so much fun & welcoming. Always book while on property. Shadine, Big Joe, Keisha. They are happy to show you any room on the property & get to know your preferences. As far as the big wigs the GM Miss Carol & Hotel Manager Gary & Michaelangelo operations manager, & Prianka Butler Mgr they are also a big reason this resort has become our favorite. We are always amazed at how much effort is put into the dinner for the return guests & other special events. You don't get all this personalized service at any other resort. We thank you all once again for your hospitality & will see you again in Dec. Charlotte & Eric Owen
