I wanted to love this resort, but sadly it fell short on several key factors. One, the staff seemed more interested in interacting with one another than they did in helping guest. From the check in experience, to the bar tenders, to the servers in the restaurants, I felt like I was constantly bothering them by being there. Two, our room was cleanish but the tissue box and decorative flowers in the bathroom were covered in dust. The sofa was broken and didn’t fit together correctly, the light in our closet had a short and kept going off. These things made the place feel run down and in need of some updates. Third, and probably the biggest for me personally, the food. I can accept the Market food being just ok, but the restaurants they advertise as fine dining, should be fine dining. I made sure to be on the app at 8:00 a.m to make a reservation for our anniversary dinner that night. It took us over an 1 1/2 to get our meal and when we did, the food quality was pretty blah. I was highly disappointed. I had also noted it was our 25th anniversary in the reservation, Nothing was offered to celebrate us in any way. Overall I will not be recommending this resort.

This property has everything! Lots of restaurant choices, activities, and things to do. We stayed in the adult section so we had our own breakfast area, pool, and clubhouse. If you are able to stay in the adult section, it's worth it! The property is big but there are shuttles that go around and take you where you want to go. My only struggle was that you can't make reservations for dinner until the day of and they fill up really fast. Ultimately, we were able to get in but we had to have our concierge make the reservation for us. Not sure that's possible if you aren't staying in one of the towers. The other bummer as that the activities that require a reservation fill up really fast as well so there were a few things we couldn't do. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Great experience. Great staff - they made it so fun. Always happy to bring you a drink or get you what you need. The property was awesome and well kept. The Bamboo restaurant was for sure the best and requires a reservation, but it was worth it. The Pad Thai was awesome - overall the food was very good - no complaints for my kids which is unusual. The beach was awesome - water was warm and the waves were fun, and the drop off was the only challenge but our son loved floating on the boogie board with us. Erik G in the blue shirt on the beach was super helpful with finding an excursion that was awesome - the waterfall that we saw was incredible - highlight of the trip. Also, got a massage on the beach which was incredible! Overall great experience and would definitely go back! And….not to mention the fun wildlife on the property - we were always searching for the next monkey!

This property was a dream. The staff were were more than committed to guest experience. Their warmth, kindness, and eagerness to serve seemed almost unreal. I can write a separate full length review on how stellar their service was. The experience specialist (Jimena) and the main concierge (Camila) ensured our stay and birthday celebrations were made special as well. Very attentive and thorough in their execution to giving us an unforgettable experience. The grounds were beautiful and the shuttle transporting guests around this huge was not only convient but a vibe in and of itself. The bed slept great and the amenities were fun. The food was hit or miss but when it was good, it was delicious. And if you didn't like what you ordered, you can easily order something else or utilize the 24/7 room service at no extra charge. My family and I had a GREAT time. Well worth it.

We stayed at Weston Reserva Conchal Resort for almost a full week. The place was beautiful and such a great stay for an all inclusive. From the time we checked in to the time we left we were constantly taken care of. We had a golf cart pick us and our luggage up in the lobby that took us to our bungalow and help us get all our stuff in. The service at all of the restaurants was great and we constantly had people coming by the pool checking on us for food and drinks. When my son fell going back to the room one night the staff saw it and called it in. The front desk immediately called to check on him and made sure he was ok or if we needed anything. When we did our excursions off resort we used Erik G (wears a blue shirt with Google on it). Look him up on Google! He was super responsive and checked in the whole week. He was fantastic from getting us to and from the airport even with flight changing on our departure. With our trips we went out on a catamaran (Lazy Lizard) which was awesome and fun even with the rain chasing us back in. Our other trip was to Llanos De Cortez waterfall, Las Hornillas volcano/ hot springs/ mud pit, visiting sloths in the rain forest and a coffee/chocolate experience. That trip was so fun and we packed so much in to a day. He helped us make sure we weren’t going too far away from the hotel which would have made the day super long while still hitting all of our wants to go see. Overall I would highly recommend the trip no matter the size of the group and go have fun!
