I would like to share our experience (my husband and I) at this hotel. I would like to mention first that we were surprised by how the flora and fauna are integrated in this hotel, we are animal lovers and we were surprised to see a monkey in the "papala" of the Lobby, the receptionist mentions that sometimes she comes to steal some fruit. In the part of the Cenote we saw some deer passing by, we were very surprised we could not take a photo, among others. The rooms, despite the fact that there is a lot of vegetation, are incredible, comfortable, spacious and due to the lot of vegetation that surrounds it, an atmosphere of privacy and above all tranquility is created. The food in the restaurants has been good, I would like to mention that the RoomService service has an extra cost, but it is worth it as it is fast and the food is as good as in the restaurants. Likewise, the beach is clean. Overall we have loved visiting this hotel. We hope to return.

The experience that my friends and I had in this hotel was wonderful, it is surrounded by green areas, we were in Pateo room and we really liked the atmosphere of tranquility that transmits all its facilities. In most areas such as bathrooms, spa and reception, we were always enveloped by the scent of incense. On the beach side the service was sometimes a bit slow, however the food was well worth it. The lounge chairs are comfortable and the beach is clean. During our stay we ran out of sunscreen and they have a very well stocked boutique not only with personal care products, it is also full of 100% Mexican amenities and some other things such as clothes, jewelry, very amazing and I decided to have an "Alebrije" It's a wooden figure, a very colorful animal. Everything has been wonderful.

An extremely comfortable hotel, full of amenities and above all attention, my husband and I did NOT drink alcoholic beverages so from the first day we asked them to remove the alcohol from the mini bar and instead put only water and sodas and they were very attentive. In the same way, the drinks that were offered to us in the bar were very cheap. The room, despite being somewhat old, is extremely comfortable. The color of the sea is amazing, it's too beautiful and the water is refreshing. Ana the waitress was always very attentive to us, in general all the staff. We leave very satisfied.

Although I went as a couple I want to share my personal opinion of this Hotel, since we arrived we have been welcomed with some refreshing drinks, the Check in process has been slightly delayed but they were very friendly, they provided us with a map and indicated where each thing was. From the moment they said SPA I knew it was going to be my favorite place and I wasn't wrong, the place is extremely cozy and relaxing, everything looks very clean, the spectacular pool, unlike the one at Playa (which is on a second floor and doesn't have much to spare) is surrounded by trees, I like to practice yoga so I asked for access to be able to use the yoga studio and it was a great experience. Wonderfully, the place is very quiet and has music that helps for concentration and meditation. All the staff have been very kind to me and my partner. This place helped me a lot to disconnect and reconnect with myself, it is very different and beautiful, without a doubt I would return.

Excellent service from all the hotel staff, the food was very delicious and with a lot of variety, the drinks were the same and the facilities were in excellent condition. Thank you for the good service. We will definitely return. incredible amount of flora and fauna that can be seen
