Amazing staff!
By far one of the best all inclusive resorts I've ever stayed at! The attention to detail by all staff was beyond exceptional. I stayed on the 5th floor ocean front and Ruben from room service went above and beyond everytime! Truly exceptional. Will definitely be back!

Ok but not great!
Had some issues that we shared with Wendi at the front desk but she did not want to help us & seemed annoyed. Hannah was wonderful and open the sports bar just for us to watch the game. - Spa experience was great! They have a great & clean facility! - Nice ocean view rooms if you get the oceanfront room - Beach was full of seaweed and un-swimmable - Food was ok, needs a bit of improvement. The Steakhouse was great but the buffet lacked a lot of options. Overall, I would say it's an ok resort but needs a bit of work. Wendi from the front desk needs some feedback on how to deal with customers and trying to improve their experience rather than being dismissive as she could have made our experience much better from day 1.

Great experience with friends, enjoyed the activities by Melanie, Erik and Marvin, the Spa treatments and Pilates and stretching classes overall great hotel stay with friendly staff.

The service and atmosphere of this property was amazing! Every staff member was proactive and friendly! Our room was constantly cleaned and the quality of food was great in every restaurant! Erik from the activities staff at the pool is exceptional!
