Devossion by Live Aqua Playa Del Carmen

First off, the location is amazing. You can walk to Playa del Carmen and there is a great fish restaurant at the corner across the street. The service is impeccable and intimate. The food and cocktails are class A!!!!

My family and I stayed at Devossion by Live Aqua for a week, and we genuinely loved our experience! It’s definitely one of the best all-inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at. The resort is beautiful, modern, and luxurious, with so many great amenities to enjoy. We loved relaxing by the beach, and the Cenote Spa was absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view. There were also plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, with excellent food and drinks. What really stood out was the wonderful service throughout the resort—the staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Everything was thoughtfully designed to make you feel relaxed and pampered, making our stay truly memorable. A special shoutout to the team at Nami Asian Restaurant and Oswaldo at the Breakfast Restaurant! They were so warm and attentive and made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. Florella Italian Restaurant was truly one of our favorite parts of the resort, and we have to give a very special shoutout to Candido! He made our experience so memorable. We often stopped by for drinks near the pool/beach, and he always went above and beyond to make something we loved. Every drink was beautifully made, perfectly balanced, and presented with so much care. He remembered our preferences and always greeted us with a warm smile. His kindness and hospitality were definitely one of the highlights of our trip! The Florella lunch team—Ignacio, Pepe, and Santos—were also wonderful. Ignacio was incredibly kind and accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken cared of. Pepe was equally attentive, while Santos kept us laughing with his fun personality. They each brought something special to our meals! Another big shoutout to Andres, the event coordinator! He was great at engaging everyone and making guests feel included without ever being pushy. Devossion by Live Aqua is truly lucky to have such an amazing team. Candido, Ignacio, Pepe, Santos, Oswaldo, Andres, and the entire Nami staff each played a part in making our stay genuinely special. Their kindness, hospitality, and exceptional service, combined with the beautiful amenities, excellent dining, and relaxing atmosphere, made our experience truly unforgettable. We’re so grateful for everyone who made our stay so wonderful!

I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The resort was so beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Room serviced cleaned the room everyday without having to be asked. The food was AMAZING including the service. Juan Pablo at the Asian restaurant was very nice helpful. Along with many other like Santos at the italian restaurant, Scarleth at the steakhouse and my favorite Pool Server Miguel! All though there is not alot of night entertainment Erick and Andres keep the fun going during the day with all the actives they host!

The location was perfect! It is right near an awesome area of the beach. Only steps away. If you want to go into the city with the shops, bars etc, it is just a short walk away. We couldn’t be happier with the location. The rooms were so clean and spacious. Our room was cleaned everyday and we were even asked throughout the day if we needed anything more. There are activities throughout the day. A special shout out to Melanie for leading us through so many activities like water aerobics, water volleyball and bike tours. She made them so fun and explained the activities in both English and Spanish so that everyone in the group could understand. Another special shout out to Erick as he led us through activities like kayaking and paddle boarding that is offered at the resort. He carefully explained each activity as my husband I are beginners. He ensured the activity was safe and comfortable. Both Erick and Melanie were kind and welcoming. They definitely made our trip more enjoyable. The look of the hotel is modern and chic. Everyone was so welcoming. The service was perfect. A special shout out to our server Omar who was so fun and helpful too. There is also a great selection of food and different restaurants. Some aren’t open everyday but we stayed a week so we were able to try everything. Our favorites was the Mexican restaurant Ceviva for lunch and flor de Sal for dinner. Seafood here is really good quality. We had things like shrimp, octupus and tuna which tasted delicious. The Italian restaurant was amazing as well for lunch and dinner. The risotto is a must try. Great selection of cocktails and mocktails and all the bars will make whatever you want. Service of the staff is top notch. Every single person is hospitable, friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommend coming here for an amazing all inclusive experience.
