It was great to Enjoy our time at resort and the entertainment team especially Sebastian/Christian. Christian from the pool bar was great as well. The service was great all around. The resort is a bit dated but the service was awesome. First time staying in this area puerto aventuras, super safe and quiet. My wife and I were actually able to go out for a walk at midnight and was perfect. Restaurants and bars in area as well. All within walking distance from resort

This is a hidden gem, the food the crew the entertainment are all top tier. My family and I had a wonderful time during our family trip. From the receptionist Jessica that made our check in smooth. The bell boy Romeo that also served as a tour guide helping us navigate the area amd the different activitied withing Puerto Aventura. My bartender Octavio that never failed to provied me the best aperol spritz or michelada paired with a good laugh and a friendly smile. Our waiter Cruz that went above and beyond his job to make sure we had what we needed, he catered to my parents dietary restrictions and was with us at dinner for most of the nights. Angel our waiter at the italian restaurant he was super helpful, and polite. I was extremly impreased by Enrique our wine guied and teacher. His vast knowled of wines truly left an impression on my sisters and my self. I cant forget about the entertainment Sebastian and Martin where superiority welcoming in bringing people in to participate. This crew was super friendly and nothing like what I have experienced at any other resort. Finally the café ladies Margarita and Diana that assisted us and provided delicious coffee every morning. My father loved the atmosphere so much he wanted to stay. Im trully thankful to the crew that assisted us this past week and hope to come back many more times.

Love the resort and the service! Jose from Oceana was especially great - tended to us at all times and is probably the best service we got in a resort for a while. Note: since the resort is small, I suggest upgrading to preferred - we got a swim-out room and Oceana serving breakfast and lunch was great - we chose this menu restaurant over the buffet available to everyone. There is no beach to speak of - it is small and the water is dammed so when we stayed there, it smelled. We hung out at the main pool as entertainment was good (Ariel, especially) and went to all of the shows - the fire show was Amazing (really top notch). The resort is close to Tulum too, which is convenient. Would go again!

We had a fantastic 9 days here. Was concerned about the sargassum, but barely noticed it. (We are not really beach people though) the pools were great. The bars and food also great. Big shout out to Natali, the preferred pool concierge, she was fantastic all trip.

The service is very personable and friendly. Concierges were always ready to help out. Shoutout to Myriam and Emelio for their onboarding hospitality. Favorite restaurant: El Patio. The nacho -salsa and other dishes were the hotels best. Great ambience and special mexican coffee w maya liquer. Servers here were also the best. Favorite bar: poolside main pool. Nice pool with friendly poolside staff in bar. Favorite places to chill: Day/afternoon: The bar with the swings on the far right of the campus near El Patio. Night: at the thatched pier. Probably most pleasant and ralaxing spot on the campus. Nice lighting and amazing view of sea and the resort. Wish we could dine there. Download the app: easiest way to navigate around restaurant menus/ schedules, events, affiliated tours, spas, room services, other general info. Events like live music and games kept the resort experience fun and interactive. Can loan books and board games if the group gets bored or sick. Several independent souvenir stalls open up in the evening near the main pool. Few negatives (But would still go again): 1) Strong seaweed smell during afternoons, can take time to get used to. (Resort tries their best to clear it everyday). Also beach is little small and not much area to swim at the beach because of the seaweeds. 2) Restaurants have days when they are closed off so if u like a restaurant or cuisine make sure to get its schedule. 3) Preferred club food was only a 3 rotation buffet system that usually had old food. Wish that rotated more often/ a-la-carte options. Since preferred club is closest to the rooms (easy access) 4) Music at preferred pool was a little dry on 2 days with just background elevator music. Main pools where the vibes were at. 5) Construction repair being done near our exit at the swim out pool. Hope that got done faster or before we checked-in. Since our pool chairs were constantly being moved during this period. (Took 1 day)
