I can honestly say this was one of the most incredible resort experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were swept into a world of peace, beauty, and unmatched hospitality. ✨ First Impressions: The welcome was warm and genuine, complete with refreshing towels and a welcome drink. The check-in process was seamless and personal—staff already knew our names and preferences, which was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire stay. 🏞️ The Property: The resort was a dream 😍 Every corner of the grounds was picture-perfect—lush tropical gardens, pristine pools, and stylish architecture that blended beautifully into the surroundings. Whether we were lounging by the pool, strolling the private beach, or exploring the spa, everything was spotless, elegant, and designed for total relaxation. 🍽️ Dining Experience: The food? Absolutely unforgettable. Every meal was a culinary journey. From gourmet breakfast spreads to sunset dinners in some of Playa Car best restaurants, the flavors were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of variety. The service was attentive but never overbearing, and the chefs even accommodated special dietary requests with ease. My favorite was Piaf were we celebrated my daughters 13th birthday 🎂 🧘🏽‍♀️ Activities & Extras: Whether we wanted adventure or relaxation, the resort delivered. We enjoyed a couples massage at the world known spa, and even booked babysitters for our toddlers recommended and backed up by the resort. There was never a dull moment, yet the atmosphere never felt rushed or crowded—just serene and perfectly paced. 💬 Staff & Service: The heart of this experience was the staff. Specifically our concierge Braulio Lopez. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were unlike anything we’ve experienced before. He remembered our names, surprised us with thoughtful touches like a birthday cake in my daughter’s suite and a stitch bounce bath balloon surprise for our little ones. Braulio made us feel completely at home. He always anticipated our needs, and treated every request with professionalism and warmth. Thank you for your outstanding dedication, kindness, and for making this trip truly unforgettable. You are the heartbeat of this resort, and your work does not go unnoticed!

Visited with multi-generation family from 70-year-old grandparents, 40s adults, and kids aged 4, 8, 10, 16, 20, and 22. Everyone had a great time! A ton of stuff to do for all ages. The service is Ritz-level. Personal concierges Nora and Francisco took care of everything we needed. Activity guy Nicolas was so great with the kids - so many activities for them, as well as aquaaerobics and bike tour with the adults. The food is outstanding - the Michelin star restaurant is legit Michelin level and the other restaurants are not far from that level of quality. Spa was among the best my wife has ever been to. Included alcohol selections are very high quality. Only downside was the beach isn't great. They do what they can about the seaweed but there are no waves, lots of seaweed, and rocky. We didn't spend much time at the beach. But the pool was great! Blown away to get this level of experience at an all-inclusive resort and will visit again.

It is an amazing property, a genuine all inclusive, and outstanding service all around. Highly recommend for families.
