Great staff and property!
I love the Grand Velas! I always stay in the Zen building because it’s quiet (Zen). Jessica Meza was my personal concierge and was always a text away from answering any questions. I felt she could do anything! Andrea Tagle Conference Concierge was a huge help in making our conference a success! All of the staff were exceptional!!

Grand Velas, place u will want to experience!
It was great to be back at the Grand Velas. Everything was fantastic as before. Accomodations, property grounds, food & beverage options, option to sleep near the water or in the Jungle and customer service, top notch for an All Inclusive property. Loved the restaurant options and In Room dining. Wish I had the option to do a course at each restaurant bc I definitely liked one delicious dish at each. The staff was helpful & pleasant. The service from all I interacted with made the trip for me. Thank you Jessica, our own personal concierge for my colleagues and I. She was a text away to respond to my daily requests. Dinner reservations, laundry and a couple minor fixes in my guestroom. I appreciated not thinking about it bc I knew Jessica would get it done. Ty Jessica🤗! I look forward to going back to the Grand Velas in the future. SC

Best Resort in Riviera Maya
Grand Velas Riviera Maya is my favorite destination in Mexico. The rooms are fabulous, the food is excellent but what I love more than anything is the wonderfully attentive staff. My concierge Jessica Meza and Raul Gomez, Chef Miguel Leon and Bellman Antonio along with many, many other staff are always so kind and go above and beyond in customer service. Looking forward to my next visit.
